It really, truly couldn't have been more obvious. And it was so hard for Atsumu not to laugh as he watched Osamu and Suna help each other during warmups.
Aran side-eyed him. "What's with that shit eating grin?"
"You see it, don't you?"
"See what?"
Atsumu rolled his eyes. Surely Aran, the guy who noticed when Atsumu simply changed his shoelaces could see what was going on between the two people in front of them.
His friend chuckled and wrapped and arm around his shoulder. "Oh, you mean that. Yeah I know. Have they made it official yet?"
"No," Atsumu groaned. "Suna's been at Samu's last two chemo appointments, plus Samu mopes around on the days he barely sees him. And still they are both so oblivious."
"Since when are you so wise on love?"
"Since my twin is so madly in love that it's one of the few things that makes him smile."

"Damn, Samu, your temperature is really high."
The gray-haired twin shrugged. "It's fine. The doctor said I would get sick more often."
Atsumu wasn't buying it. His brother's whole nonchalant attitude may have fooled their parents, but it would absolutely not work on him.
"You also barely ate anything tonight."
"I'm just not that hungry today, Tsumu."
"Bullshit. You are never not hungry!" Atsumu sat next to Osamu on his bed, something that had become a normal routine between the two, and sighed. "Do you need your extra medicine tonight?"
Osamu just shook his head.
"Well if you change your mind let me know, okay?"
"I will," Osamu agreed. But he still looked a little sad. And when he noticed Atsumu still staring at him he raised a brow. "Anything else?"
Atsumu crossed his arms. "I don't know, you tell me."
It seemed that, at last, the sick twin was going to admit a secret.
"Tsumu."
"Yeah?"
"I think I like Suna."
Atsumu pulled Osamu into a half-hug and smiled. "I know, Samu, I know."
"I don't know what to do about it. I'm not exactly great with talking about feelings."
"I think for now you go to bed because your fever is getting worse. And you let the rest sort itself out."
Osamu sighed. "I like it better when I'm the smart one."
"I know you do." Atsumu stood up and quickly climbed the ladder leading to his own bed. He peaked over the edge and grinned down at his twin. "Oh and by the way, I'm pretty sure he likes you too."
Osamu's sad face lit up a bit, and that was all Atsumu needed to know that his brother would finally have a peaceful sleep.
