"It's been said that as Targaryen's, we are closer to God's than to men." Rhaenyra told her three eldest children. "And that the Iron Throne puts us a touch closer perhaps. But, if we are to serve the Seven Kingdoms... we must answer to their gods."
Saelora looked at her mother with a smile as she, Lucerys and Jacaerys were all tasked in very important mission to help their mothers claim.
"If you take this errand, you go as messengers... not as warriors." Rhaenyra said as Ser Steffon Darklyn stepped forward with a book. "You must take no part in any fighting. Swear it to me now under the eyes of the Seven."
"I swear it." Saelora said stepping forward fist and setting her hand on the book.
Rhaenyra smiled at her only daughter. She has seen how far her daughter has come and was amazed at how much she has accomplished.
Saelora's brother than both swear to their mother following their sister's step. They walk down to the beach where Rhaenys and Laenor were waiting for them.
"Brothers, I love you both." Saelora said with a smile hugging her brothers. "Don't make any stupid decisions."
"We won't." Jacaerys said.
"I swear it." Lucerys said with a grin.
Unaware that would be the very last conversation she ever has with Lucerys, her favorite brother.
Laenor walked over and hugged the boys who he had seen as his own for years before turning to his daughter.
"Be careful my sweet girl." Laenor murmured.
