Harry's pov

I stood by the bar, watching Amelia and Kenan on the dance floor. The way they moved together, so in sync, made my heart ache a little. I had always seen Amelia as a close friend, but seeing her like this with Kenan made me again realise there were deeper feelings I had buried for years.

Mike got close to me. "And now we trust him?"

I hesitated, thinking back to the conversation we had with Kenan. He had been upfront, almost disarmingly so. "I do, actually. He's respectful, and he knows what she means to us."

Mike grumbled something under his breath. "I just don't want her to get hurt. You know how she is."

"I know," I said softly. "But we have to give her the space to figure this out. She's smart, and she'll know if something's off."

As the song changed to a slower, more intimate melody, I noticed Kenan lean in to whisper something in Amelia's ear. She smiled, a genuine, bright smile that I hadn't seen in a long time. It was clear that Kenan made her happy.

I turned to Mike. "We have to support her, Mike. If this is what she wants, we need to be there for her."

Mike nodded reluctantly. "Yeah, I get it. I just... I've always felt like it's my job to protect her."

"It still is," I assured him. "But sometimes protecting her means letting her make her own choices."

Just then, the rest of our friends joined us, drawn by the scene unfolding on the dance floor. Eva, Sofia, and the other girls watched in amazement as Amelia moved effortlessly with Kenan. The way she moved with him, so fluid and natural, made it clear they had a deep connection. The girls exchanged glances, their eyes wide with shock and curiosity.

"Is that really Amelia?" Sofia asked, her voice full of disbelief.

"Yeah, it is," I replied, smiling despite the knot in my stomach. "Looks like she's having the time of her life."

'Yes ,she is! She kisses the celebrity !'-Eva shouted ,as always fangirling.

We all watched as Kenan twirled Amelia, pulling her close for a brief moment before spinning her away again. They were laughing, lost in their own world. As the song neared its end, Kenan gently cupped Amelia's face and leaned in, giving her a soft, tender kiss. It wasn't overly passionate or showy; it was just right, full of genuine affection.

The girls around us gasped, their hands covering their mouths in shock. Even Mike, who had been so resistant, couldn't help but soften a little at the sight.

"Wow," Eva said, finally breaking the silence. "I've never seen Amelia like this."

"Me neither," Sofia added. "But she looks so happy She finally had her first kiss."

I nodded, feeling a mix of emotions. "Yeah, she does. However,it is definitely not the first kiss"

'She will need to explain everything tonight'-Lisa said standing next to Matthew.

As the night went on, I found myself watching Kenan and Amelia less with jealousy and more with a sense of hope. Maybe, just maybe, this was exactly what Amelia needed. And if Kenan could make her happy, then I would support them, no matter what.

Kenan's POV

After our dance, I couldn't help but pull Amelia close for a kiss. It was soft and tender, just enough to convey the depth of my feelings without overwhelming her. As we pulled away, her eyes sparkled with happiness, and I knew this was a night neither of us would forget.
