"Everyone is starting to date people, maybe we should?" My best friend, Millie, asks. Everyone in our year at school has started dating for some reason, making out in the halls, passing notes in class, God they are so disgusting I could barf. But there is this girl, Elle, the girl in class that makes everyone laugh maybe she could make me laugh a different way.

"So you're dating Elle? You need to be careful, you know what she's like." Millie says. Okay, so I started dating her, and there's been some rumours about her. But I just wanna fit in, not find love disgusting, not find romance disgusting. She helps. I just wanna fit in.

"I love you." She whispered into my ear late at night.
"You're pretty." She whispered into my ear early in the morning.
"Stay with me forever." She whispered into my ear while we looked at the sunset.

Everyone has stopped dating, nobody had worked out. Luckily, Elle and I work out, I finally fit in, everyones including me in conversations and talking to me in the halls. I fit in.

"Shut up!" She screamed in my ear late at night.
"You're stupid." She screamed in my ear early in the morning.
"Get away from me!" You screamed in my ear while I looked at the broken glass on the floor emptily.

Everyone has stopped including me in their conversations they all think I'm crazy for dating her, I thought I finally fit in. But maybe I'm just not cut out for dating maybe it's for the best.

I shouldn't have done stuff just because other people wanted me to do it,
