With his sword drawn, Cornum rushes outside to join the ongoing battle. He sprints toward the city walls, ready to defend his home.

When he arrives, he's met with a gruesome sight of burnt, injured men laid out on Stretchers, and everyone is panicked.

Rushing to the Garrison officer, he asks.

"What is the meaning of this?!"

The officer is startled, but firm replies.

"Sir King Paxton has gathered the Tribes against us, M'lord, and He plans to burn Ossa to the ground.. the men wish to know the orders that are to be given."

Cornum walks to a Nearby Building, grabs a stool, and stands upon it, grabbing the gaze of surrounding troops.

With a roar of Upbringing Voice, he lifts his blade high.

"I HAVE A VISION!!!" The troops look to him.

"I have a vision... That centuries from now..the dust from our bones will blow with the wind down to the fields of our beautiful spacious valley! I HAVE A VISION BE DAMMED I DO! We few will remain to defend these walls, and our children and their CHILDREN'S CHILDREN!  They will speak of this day for all time! I tell you, PASS THE WORD! that we Ossians have never been known To Run From a Fight, For we are LIONS! WE ARE WARRIORS, And if Fate wills it, we will die, Lions!" Cornum ROARS.

The men look to him all eyes on him, aflame with a look of hunger. A pang of hunger and hope filled with determination, anger, and sadness, but hope for the future.

"We are Lions frail, strong, small, or Large. Be in size nevertheless! WE ARE LIONS! Beasts to be feared, and I tell you this, men! Men die every day, and many ask. What difference will it make years from today? I tell you this. Everything. It changes everything, and It is laid upon your shoulders to choose what man you will die as. When you enter the bar of judgment before our makers, and they ask who ARE you and Whom did you die as?." Cornum Yells as he gazes at every single one of these, both young and old, but nevertheless. Lions Gazing back At him, Eyes Focused Locked upon him ever the last pair Burning with Fear, yes. But Behind it Determination. A torch burning through a hopelessly lost time.

With a shuddered faltered breath, he continues.

"Will we say before them, oh my lords and Ladies of the court, I died a coward who could not stay to do much worth, That I was not of a good brother or father and that I was not good to my neighbour nor Kind to the meek sisters I pass by in these streets? Or will we go before them telling them I wandered before death and As I faced it down I roared defiantly like the Lion I am, That I lived a fruitful life no matter how low the Trial was I thought myself Mightier than a king." Cornum waved his blade to his men.

"So when we go to face certain doom, I ask you WHO WILL YOU DIE AS!?" Cornum roared Emotional And teary but Defiant In spirit.

'A LION MY LORD I AM GOING TO DIE A LION UNTIL MY SPIRIT CAN FIGHT NO MORE!' One cry Turned into two before the entire garrison Roared A fearsome cry Running from soldier to soldier spreading the Word 'We Are going to DIE And Glad Am I To die a lion'

The gates of Ossa opened with a loud Eerie Creek black and gold lined in numbers, but the roaring was evident throughout the field of green and patches of Brown Earth.

Cornum Kneeled North to the Mountains, Silent in prayer. Full in spirit, he rose and sent a kiss to the sky.

"God's help us all.." he murmured.

Before taking his place at the head of the army.
