The two Angels stood in the dark looking at the brown Nissan Amy and Dean had vacated. The night was silent except for the occasional ticking from the cars engine as it cooled in the evening air.
"No one in Heaven knows what made John Winchester stop driving earlier today" said Jerahmeel his suit even more crumpled and dusty from the desert sand.
Castiel looked down at her companion, her voice was smooth and clipped "Nevertheless our instructions are clear. Now Amy and Dean have met it will be very difficult for us to keep them apart. We must separate them as soon as possible, and try to find a way to keep them that way until the time is right"
"Whatever we do they must not have intimate relations" Jerahmeel's face looked slightly queezy at the idea of the young couple having sex.
Castiel let out a small chuckle at her fellow Angels comment "Belive me Jerahmeel after watching Dean Winchester for so long that will not be an easy task"
"We can not let it happen Castiel. We must do everything in our power to ensure Amy's virginity remains intact"
"Well then let us not waste time" Castiel looked over to the shadowy silhouette of the group of large rocks, she could not see Amy and Dean through the darkness. The physical pull of the two souls would be strong and it would only grow stronger the more time they spent together. The Angel walked over to the beat up old car, her posture straight and ridged, her steps confident over the dark uneven ground. She placed a hand on the hood of the car and closed her eyes. The headlights lit up flashing on and off again in a continuous rhythm as the horn bleared loudly to the same beat. "This should do for now" she said stepping away from the car "but we will have to come up with a more permanent solution and quickly"

Dean glanced over to Amy in the passenger seat of her car, the moon light caught her chestnut curls making it look like they were entwined with silver threads. His breath caught at how beautiful she looked right then, her lips still swollen from his kisses a soft dreamy smile on her face. He had to physically force his eyes back to the road and once again found himself shifting uncomfortably in his seat. Dean had never been short of female attention. Turning up at various high schools, the mysterious stranger, a carefree yet slightly dangerous attitude ensured he had a string of girlfriends growing up. Now he enjoyed the company of waitresses and the occasional thankful victim of some sleezy monster he'd ganked. He never had a problem with love 'em and leave 'em and he was always quite thankful for the Adios.
But Amy, damn that girl. He usually preferred women with experience, but there was something different about Amy. Her inexperienced charmed him, the fact no one had kissed her before like he had, that he was the first to feel what it was like to have her perfect body pressed against him, turned him on more than anything ever before.
The trust she placed in him despite her nervousness sent warmth through his entire body.
"How you doing?" his voice sounded rough cutting through the silence of the car, startling Amy from her reverie.
"I'm ok, just thinking"
"Just thinking about?" he probed.
Amy's curls bounced lightly as she shook her head slightly "nothing much, just thinking about how I was really enjoying our evening together and wondering when we will get to do it again" there was a mischievous glint in Amy's eyes. Dean took one hand off the steering wheel and placed it on her thigh once again marveling at the sensations the slightest touch sent through him.
"I was really enjoying the evening to Amy" his voice had dropped an octave and he gave her thigh a slight squeeze. "We could always revisit the making out in the back of your car idea when we get back"
Amy glanced behind her at the back seat weighing up the option "no go Dean, I refuse to have my first time in the back of this crappy car"
Dean sputtered, the car swerving dangerously across the road, he knew she'd been into him back in, what he now thought of as, their spot but he didn't think she had planned to take things that far.
"You ok there" she couldn't hide the amusment in her voice as she asked.
"Yeah, yeah of course" Dean cleared his throat "it was a rabbit"
Amy raised a questioning eyebrow "a rabbit?"
"Yeah" Dean huffed "a rabbit ran across the road" Amy just laughed in response "Well you wouldn't be laughing if I'd mown down Thumper" he stated sulkily.
This just made Amy laugh harder until eventually he broke and joined in with her.
The atmosphere in the car settled into a comfortable silence.
"So I have to go out with my Dad early tomorrow we've got business out at Carlsbad Caverns but it.." Amy quickly interrupted him "Wait your going out to the Caverns tomorrow that's perfect"
"What's perfect?"
"Well I was gonna drive out there tomorrow anyway this way I can tag along with you"
"No" Dean's voice was loud even to his own ears "you can't come with us, in fact you can't go at all" he felt a tinge of guilt at the shocked look on Amys face but he and his Dad would be hunting and there was no way he would put Amy in danger "I mean it Amy under no circumstances will you step one foot in that park tomorrow"
"Sorry sir, but no can do sir, I have to get my brother sir" Amy's voiced mimicked a solider being yelled at by a drill Sargent.
"Your brothers out there" Dean ignored Amy's obvious annoyance
"Yeah he's camping with a couple of friends, should have come back today but didn't show. I'm gonna drag his ass back and make him pay for making my Mom worry" Amy tried to sound nonchalant but Dean could tell she was worried
Dean went into immediate hunter mode asking questions in order to gather as much information as he could. How long had he been out there, where exactly was he staying, was this normal for him or did he usually check in on time.
Amy answered each question seemingly growing more and more worried with each one.
"OK Amy me and my Dad will look around for your brother and belive me if he's still out there I'll bring him back, but please you have to promise me not to go out there" Dean changed tact bossing Amy around was clearly not working
"Why? Whats going on? Is my brother in danger"
"Your brother is fine" Dean didn't like lying to Amy. In fact the missing person reports where piling up, that's what had alerted his dad to the case in the first place. "I can't tell you what's happening but trust me it will be ok" he sent a pleading look in her direction. The rest of the journey was spent in silence. How on earth had this gone from such an amazing night to Amy bearly able to look at him. Dean could kick himself for brining up the stupid Caverns in the first place.
He pulled up outside his room and got out of the car leaving the keys in the ignition. Amy got out and walked round to take her place in the drivers seat. His arm shot out and grabbed her arm before so could bend to enter the car. He pulled her in to his arms happy with her lack of resistance. His arms tightened around her and he felt her body relax against him.
"Please don't be mad with me, I don't want the night to end like this" he said his voice muffled in her hair.
Amy leaned back slightly and layed  her hand on his cheek "I'm not mad Dean, I'm confused and honestly I'm over this mysterious stranger shit, but I'm not mad with you"
"I promise I'll tell you everything tomorrow but please stay away from that place till I do" Dean actually ment his words, he had every intention of telling Amy all of it, the hunting, his Mom dying, what it did to his Dad, everything.
"Mmm" Amy didn't exactly agree but she didn't argue either, she tilted her head up to his. He brought his lips down to hers hating the feeling that this would be the last time he felt their soft plumpness on his. He was determined to not let her go. No matter what it took he wasn't ready ready to say goodbye.

"Dean" his Fathers rough whisper woke him from his sleep. He was laid on top of the bed still fully dressed from the night before. As he sat up to accept the cup of steaming coffee his Dad offered him, he caught the scent of Amy's perfume clinging to his shirt.
It had been hard releasing her from his embrace last night and watching her drive away. He had finally fallen asleep only a couple of hours ago thinking of how he would make this thing with Amy work. He knew his Dad would want to move on as soon as this hunt was over but could he think of a reason to persuade John to leave both him and Sam behind for a bit. It certainly wouldn't be the first time his Dad had disappeared off hunting on his own.
He carried on his musings as he got into the Impala and his Dad drove them away from the motel.
"You ok Boy? Your pretty quiet this morning" John never took his eyes off the road as he spoke.
"Yes sir, I'm good, just thinking"
"Well make sure your thinking about ganking that cannibalistic son of a bitch and not that piece of skirt you were out chasing last night. Keep your head in the game Dean"
"I've never let you down before Sir and I'm not going to start now" Dean's tone was clipped, he was pissed with his Dad's attitude. He reached forwards and turned on the stereo. The sound of Led Zeppelin filled the car. Robert Plants voice drowning out any further attempts at conversation between the two men.
John followed the signs sending them deeper into the Carlsbad national park, eventually pulling into a parking area marked camping. This seamed to be base camp for most hikers and campers in the area.
Once parked they both went around to the trunk of the impala Dean glanced around quickly before raising the false bottom of the trunk. He and his Dad set to work quietly filling an old green duffle with tools for the job. Dean grabbed a large hunting knife, briefly pulling it out if it's canvas scabbard to ensure its sharpness, John loaded a couple of shot guns with silver bullets putting one in the bag but keeping the other other close. Dean pulled his Colt M1911 from the back of his waist band and checked its rounds.
John finished loading the bag with various knifes and guns topping the pile with a blow torch. Dean zipped up the bag slung it over his shoulder and followed his Dad into the corse scrubland ahead.

The first thing I saw when I pulled into the parking area was Dean's Dad's car. I parked behind it admiring her sleek lines, she really was a beauty.
I spied my brothers friend's pickup, got out my car and walked over to inspect it. It was locked up tight no signs of damage or anything else untoward. Not sure which way to go I looked around for signs of life. I spotted a well trodden trail and decided to follow it.
It seemed like hours later when I caught sight of something yellow flapping in the light breeze. As I got closer I saw it was a small tent the fluttering of the unzipped door was what had caught my attention. It wasn't Tony's tent. He and his budies were sharing a much larger one. I approached cautiously, there was a strange smell in the air that immediately turned my stomach. I called out but no one answered. I reached the tent and bent to peer into the doorway. The first thing I saw was blood and lots of it. It shined in the sunlight sticky and thick, it was pooled on the floor and spattered up the walls of the tent. I quickly took a step back then tried to scream as a large hand clamped around my mouth.
