Taehyung's hand trembled as he held Taewon close, the adrenaline still coursing through his veins. Jungkook stood there, his expression a mix of shock and fury, the sting of the slap lingering on his cheek. Taehyung's eyes were fierce, his protective instincts overshadowing his fear.

"How dare you," Taehyung spat, his voice shaking with emotion. "How dare you talk about Eunwoo like that in front of Taewon."

Jungkook wiped the blood from his lips, his gaze never leaving Taehyung. "He needs to know the truth, Taehyung. The sooner, the better. The reality of eunwoo"

"The truth?" Taehyung's laugh was bitter. "The truth is that you're a monster who kidnapped us and now you're trying to poison my son's mind. Taewon doesn't need to know anything from you."

Jungkook's face twisted with a mixture of anger and pain as Taehyung's words cut deep. The reality of Taehyung's loyalty to Eunwoo, despite everything, stung more than he wanted to admit. He took a step closer, his eyes locked onto Taehyung's with an intensity that made the room feel even smaller.

"Why are you still siding with Eunwoo, even after he sold you to me?" Jungkook's voice was low and dangerous. "He was unfaithful to you."

Taehyung's grip tightened around Taewon as he glared back at Jungkook. "Because he was there for me when no one else was, not even my parents. He... he helped me through my hardest times."

Jungkook's eyes darkened, his fists clenching at his sides. "It's because of you that he took that decision. He didn't have any choice."

"We'll be so much better without you," Taehyung shot back, his voice trembling with emotion. "In the past, you treated me like a thing, just to break the curse. But Eunwoo treated me as a human."

Jungkook's breath hitched at the raw honesty in Taehyung's words. He reached out, his hand trembling, but Taehyung stepped back, pulling Taewon closer.

"You don't understand, Taehyung," Jungkook said, his voice softer now, almost pleading. "I was lost. I didn't know how to handle my feelings. I made mistakes, but I never stopped loving you."

Taehyung's eyes filled with tears, but he held his ground. "Love? You call that love? You kidnapped us, Jungkook. You tore us away from our home, from our lives."

"I did it because I couldn't lose you again," Jungkook replied, his voice breaking. "I couldn't stand the thought of you with someone else."

Taehyung shook his head, his heart aching for the man in front of him, but also for the life they could have had. "You already lost me, Jungkook. And this," he gestured around the room, "this isn't the way to get me back."

Jungkook looked down, his shoulders slumping in defeat. "What can I do, Taehyung? Tell me how to fix this."

"You can't," Taehyung whispered, his voice filled with sadness. "You've done too much damage. The only thing you can do now is let us go."

Jungkook looked up, his eyes filled with a desperation that made Taehyung's heart ache. But he knew what he had to do. For Taewon, for himself, and for the future he wanted to build, away from the chaos and pain.

"Please," Taehyung said softly, his voice barely above a whisper. "Let us go."

Jungkook took a step forward, but Taewon clung tighter to Taehyung, glaring at Jungkook with all the defiance his little body could muster. "Stay away from my mom!" he shouted, his small voice filled with determination.

Jungkook paused, his heart aching at the sight of Taewon's fierce loyalty to Taehyung. It was a stark reminder of how much he had lost and how much he still wanted to reclaim. "Taehyung," he said softly, his voice losing its edge, "I just want us to be a family again."
