"Come on, let's say goodnight to your sister." Mary says, leading the three boys into the nursery. She turns the light on, smiling at her daughter who is babbling.

"Goodnight, Rachel." Dean leans down, kissing the baby girl on the head.

"Night, Rach." Thomas lightly kisses her on the head.

Mary lifts Sam over the crib, the boy not yet tall enough to reach. He leans down, placing a kiss on his little sister's forehead.

"Night night, Rachy." He says, patting her stomach.

Mary puts him down.

"Goodnight, my love." Mary coos to the 16 day old baby. She kisses her on the head.

"Hey, boys." They all turn to John as he walks in.

"Daddy!" All three cheer, running over to him.

"Hey, kiddos." John manages to pick all three of them up, carefully holding onto each one. "What do you guys think? You think we could get Rach to toss around a football yet?"

"No, daddy." Dean giggles.

"No." Thomas' nose scrunches up in doubt.

Sam wildly shakes his head, his mop of hair swishing with each movement.

"You got 'em?" Mary asks.

"I got 'em." John nods as Mary walks out. "Sweet dreams, baby girl." He quietly calls over to her. He turns, having Thomas turn the light off on his way out.

"Sammy, did you know it's your half birthday?" Thomas brings up.

"What's that?" Sam frowns.

"It means you've been 3 for exactly 6 months. So in 6 more months, you turn 4." Thomas explains.

"Yeah, that's some pretty exciting stuff." John says. "Just don't go growing up on us too fast -- any of you."

Mary wakes up when she hears Rachel whining and babbling.

"John?" She turns the lamp on. She looks over, finding his side of the bed empty. Mary groans as she gets up.

She walks to her daughter's room, finding the girl sleeping in her crib. Walking down the hall, she stops at Sam's find, seeing John standing  by Sam's bed.

"John? He okay?" She asks. John shushes her. "Okay." She begins to go back to the bedroom, stopping when the light at the end of the hall flickers. She walks over to it and taps it, getting it to stop. She hums, confused, but ready for her sleep to resume.

As she starts to leave, she glances downstairs, hearing the TV play. She walks down the steps, freezing when she finds her husband asleep in the rocking chair.

"Oh, my God." She runs back upstairs. "Sammy. Sammy!" She runs into his bedroom. "Nooo!" She screams.

John wakes up at the scream.

"Mary? Mary!" He races upstairs. "Mary!" He runs into Sam's room, finding the toddler asleep. John sighs in relief, walking over to the small bed.

John rubs his son's back, frowning when he notices a small red spot. He goes to touch it, more of the red substance landing on his hand. He looks up at the ceiling, finding his wife pinned to it with her stomach slashed.

"No! Mary!" He yells, falling to the floor. As Mary bursts into flames, Sam wakes up and immediately begins to wail.

John quickly grabs Sam, carrying him out of the room. He puts him down in the hallway and rushes into the nursery, retrieving his sobbing daughter.

He runs back out into the hallway, Dean and Thomas standing with Sam, Thomas tightly clutching onto his younger brother's hand.

"Daddy!" Dean calls.

"Take your siblings outside as fast as you can!" John yells, giving Rachel to Thomas. "Don't look back! Now, boys, go!"

Dean grabs onto Sam's hand, dragging him downstairs as Thomas follows, carefully carrying Rachel.

They run outside, looking up at the flames through the window. John runs out, snatching his kids up and running further away just as the windows break.

The firefighters use their giant hose to put the fire out, the ambulance and cops there.

John and his children sit on the hood of the Impala, John cradling his daughter to his chest, anger slowly beginning to completely consume him.
