Marcus and his dad walked into the comic book shop, the bell above the door jingling as they entered. The shop was filled with rows of colorful comic books, action figures, and posters of superheroes. Marcus's eyes lit up as he made a beeline for the comic book section.

His dad, though not a fan of the chaos superheroes often left behind, followed closely, keeping an eye on his son. Marcus flipped through the stacks of comics, his fingers pausing on a particular issue of the Freedom Force comics from 1994. The cover was vibrant and practically called out to him.

"Hey, Dad, check this out!" Marcus exclaimed, holding up the comic.

His dad looked over, a mixture of curiosity and caution on his face. "What's that one?"

"The clerk said it's the last one made, a limited edition!" Marcus's excitement was palpable.

His dad took the comic from Marcus, examining it closely. He then flipped it over to check the price tag and hesitated. "It's a bit pricey," he said, his brow furrowing.

Marcus looked up at his dad, hopeful. "But it's the last one, Dad. It's special!"

The clerk, noticing their conversation, chimed in from behind the counter. "That's a rare find, folks. You won't see many of those around."

Marcus's dad sighed, still looking at the comic. "Alright, let's get it. Just be careful with it, okay?"

Marcus's face broke into a wide grin. "Thanks, Dad! I will, I promise!"

As they got to the car, they heard shakes and screaming in the distance. A massive wave, towering and menacing, looked like it was about to crash down on the town. Marcus's eyes widened in fear. "What is that?" he asked, his voice trembling.

His dad, panic and fear etched on his face, grabbed Marcus's hand. "Run!" he shouted.

They sprinted as fast as they could, but the wave was getting closer, its roar deafening. Just when it seemed all hope was lost, someone leaped in front of them, wielding a trident. He had black hair and wore a fish fin mask—it was Tidebreaker

With a powerful thrust of his trident, Tiebreaker controlled the water, splitting the massive wave in half and sending it back to the sea

With a powerful thrust of his trident, Tiebreaker controlled the water, splitting the massive wave in half and sending it back to the sea. Out of the water, a bunch of creatures with long legs emerged, their forms dark and menacing.

"Everyone, get out of here!" Tiebreaker commanded, his voice strong and authoritative.
Tiebreaker stood his ground, trident in hand, as the creatures with long legs emerged from the water. Their eyes glowed menacingly, and with a guttural roar, they began hurling cars at him.

With swift, precise movements, Tiebreaker deflected the first car with his trident, sending it crashing harmlessly into the ocean. Another car came flying towards him, but he leaped into the air, spinning gracefully as he slashed the vehicle in half with a single, powerful stroke.
