The Saiyans all yelled in unison as they landed their attacks, Buu's body bending and recoiling from the heavy assault before he cackled and spun, knocking all 4 of them away from him. Zara and Gohan recovered first, their auras bursting as they dug their feet in and launched after Buu.
The pink fighter shot up into the sky as Zara and Gohan followed. Zara brought her hands up and yelled as a volley of energy blasts shot from her palms, Gohan zipping up behind them and following them up to Buu.
The volley hit Buu head on, and the creature laughed before Gohan burst through the smoke, his fist pulled back with a fiery look in his eyes.
Buu stopped laughing suddenly, bringing his arm up to block Gohan's punch. The Demi Saiyan bared his teeth and pushed, his aura surging around him as he tried to push Buu back. Goku fazed into sight above Buu, his hands cupped as energy pooled between them.
"Move, Gohan!" Gohan looked up before dashing backward, just as the blue beam of energy enveloped Buu. Goku strained in effort as Buu pushed upwards, holding the energy above his head as he laughed. "I'm not done yet!" A wave of red energy mixed into his golden aura as his attack grew in size. "Kaioken!"
Vegeta appeared at Goku's side, slamming his hands together as golden energy formed in his hands. "Final Flash!" His attack launched with a boom, mixing inside of Goku's Kamehameha and driving Buu to the ground. The explosion enveloped the crater they had been fighting in, erasing more buildings from the city as they both yelled out, putting more energy into the attack.
They stopped the attack, watching the smoke for signs of Buu when a volley of purple blasts launched from the crater. The 4 Saiyans began to dodge the assault before Zara growled and began launching her own volley, quickly countering Buu's. Goku and Vegeta joined her side, launching their attacks as well while Gohan moved behind them, his hands cupped as he began focusing his energy into his hands.
Zara felt the scales tip against them as she bared her teeth, turning back to Gohan as she continued to launch blasts.
"Any day now, Gohan! We're just wasting energy here!"
He continued to charge his attack, a bead of sweat running down his face. "I'm not ready, Zara! If we want this attack to finish him, then I need time!" She nodded and looked go Goku and Vegeta, who both nodded back at her.
"Gohan! You stay right there! Don't jump in until you know you can finish this!" The 3 Saiyans all yelled out together, Zara's aura bursting as she took on the defense against Buu's assault on her own. Goku and Vegeta powered up before launching themselves downward, closing in on Majin Buu as he continued to fire off blasts at Zara. They crashed into Buu, forcing him into a rapid clash between them. Zara shot down after them now that she no longer had to defend Gohan, slamming her fist into the top of Buu's head as Goku and Vegeta landed their own punches to the sides of his head. Buu staggered, and the Saiyans all smirked as he stared wide-eyed at them, bringing a shaky hand to his battered head.
"It looks like our attacks are finally sticking!"
Zara and Vegeta both continued their attack, eyes widening when Buu caught Zara's leg and Vegeta's fist. He swung Zara into Goku, sending them both crashing to the side as Vegeta bared his teeth. He brought up his other hand and charged a blast as Buu laughed, grabbing his face and charging his own blast. Vegeta's eyes went wide before he felt the heat and a wave of pain.
Zara got to her feet, looking up in time to see Buu blast Vegeta. Her eyes widened when Buu did it again, hearing Vegeta finally scream out in pain. She felt something snap within her mind, and she bared her teeth, her pupils shrinking as she growled, and her aura flared up violently around her.
Her growl grew into a yell and then into a piercing scream as she gave in to her fury.
A wave of black swept through her aura and the sparks around her shifted to black. Goku's eyes widened as he noticed the shift, and he almost thought he heard a second layer to her voice as she screamed.
