"I'm freaking out.I think I'm sweating.Are you sure this will be fine???"Olivia asks.

I look at the phone and say "Olivia.Relax.Ive already met your parents and you have met mine.Its simply us..getting to know each other better".

"What if my parents hate your parents???Or vice versa??"."Fuck them"I say casually.

Olivia sighs and says "Only you Little Petal would be so nonchalant about this!".

"Olivia I'm still going to love you after this.This is simply the responsible thing to do.We are in a very serious relationship and our parents should know how serious it is.Got it?".

"Yes.I understand Little Petal.Oh! My mum is ready we will be over there in a bit".

"I love you"."I love you too".

She ends the call and I take a deep exhale.
I'm scared as shit over this dinner.

Because it isn't her parents I'm worried about, it is mine.I walk downstairs to see Ma finishing up the pasta as Mom is setting the table.

"Alright they are just leaving their house so they should be here in 20 minutes".

They both look up and nod.

"Mom".

Mom looks up and frowns at me."I want you on your best behavior you got that.You better not embarrass Olivia in front of her parents".

"Why do I feel like you are being the parent right now"Mom jokes.

"I mean it!Olivia is important to me and it's important that her parents know how serious I am about their daughter".

Ma smiles at me and says "Alright sweetheart.Dont worry.I will make sure that your mother is in her best behavior".

Ma glares at her and she grunts.

The doorbell rings and I quickly get up and walk over to the door.I open it and smile as Isabelle lunges at me.

"Zoe!"."Hey there princess!".

I pick her up and bow my head to Olivia's parents."It's nice to meet you again Mr. And Mrs.Ferth"."You as well,Zoe".

Ma walks over and smiles at us.She holds her hand out and says "Perfect I just finished up dinner.I am Emerson Moreau.Her mother".

"Robert and this is my wife Lia".
"Nice to meet you both".

Mom walks in casually and she smile softly."This is my wife Nadia Hassan-Moreau".

"It's a pleasure to meet you,both.Olivia it's a...pleasure to see you again"Mom says.

Olivia smiles at my mother and says "You as well Headmaster".

Mom's eyes twitch and she says "Please call me Mrs.Hassan".

I could see that was really hard for my mother to get out  and I sigh in relief.They walk in and I close the door behind me.

"I see your mom is in her best behavior"."She better be"I say.

Olivia kisses my cheek before I set Isabelle down and we walk into the dining room.

I take a seat down beside Olivia and my Mom who was to the right of me.Olivia's parents and Isabelle were on the other side of the dining table.

Ma walks out with the pasta and sets it down in the middle."This smells amazing"Mrs.Ferth says.

"Thank you.It is actually my late grandmothers recipe.The best Chicken Parmigiana you will ever try"Ma says smiling.
