Onyx scowled down at the unidentifiable slop on her plate. "I'd rather have nutraloaf," she grumbled, nearly gagging over the slimy texture. She ignored the others complaining about their food, instead watching Lloyd approach a group of rough-and-tumble inmates slightly nervously. "Hi, guys, care for some ninja company?" He said with a wave, only for the criminals to scoff and stalk away. "I suppose they can't all be fans," Zane said consolingly as Lloyd sat back down at their table with a huff.

"We may be out of the action, but that doesn't mean we can't take action. So what do we know about this djinn?" Lloyd said, jumping right back into business. Onyx had noticed that he'd been a bit antsy since they were incarcerated. Of course, she couldn't blame him.

"Did someone say djinn? You best not be speaking about Nadakhan the Djinn." Onyx jumped as a familiar piratey voice spoke from behind her. Her head swiveled around to see none other than Captain Soto clomping towards them. "His name is Nadakhan the Djinn?" Kai asked, leaning forward. Jay grinned. "Hey, it's Captain Soto. The first captain of the Destiny's Bounty," he said. Soto narrowed his eyes. "And it's Jay, the whiny sniveling blue pajama man who says everything obvious," he sniped. Jay scowled. "Why can't anyone be nice?" He grumbled.

Soto suddenly frowned, tilting his head at Nya. "But who be you? I don't know you. Are you a...uh...another pajama woman?" He asked. Nya's lips pursed. "Yes, you can say that," she said. Soto shook his head slightly. "No. You look really familiar for some reason," he said, a confused expression on his face. "Let's cut the small talk. You know him?" Lloyd said firmly, shifting in his seat. Soto smirked. "Know him? I was the one who caught him," he said. Onyx raised an eyebrow. She hadn't been expecting that. "So you were the one who trapped him in the teapot? But how?" Kai asked quickly.

Soto adjusted his hat and took a seat at their table, a glint in his eye. "Catching a djinn is harder than steering a galleon upstream in a storm with a leaky hull. But let me try to articulate me words so that you can visualize it. Long ago, me crew aboard the Destiny's Bounty, the finest ship ever built. Save one other: Misfortune's Keep. Nadakhan the Djinn was the most feared pirate of the high seas. Since he was from another realm, his powers were unmatched. He and his crew were always a step ahead..." he began, his hand coming up to trace an arc through the air.

"The trick to catching a djinn ain't be getting him into the vessel. It's making sure he don't poof away when you try to do it," he said. "Ha! Easy. Just wish him into it," Kai chortled. Onyx frowned. There were many different ways one could contort those simple words. "Easy?! Everyone knows you can't wish for more wishes, you can't wish for love, and you can't wish to harm others. Wishing a djinn into a teapot would most certainly fall into that category," Soto scoffed. Onyx rubbed her chin. Of course there were rules that made everything harder. There were always rules...

"What do you mean you can't wish for love?!" Jay cried suddenly. Everyone's eyes turned to him, and he shrank into himself. "What? I'm asking for a friend. Heh," he said nervously. Onyx and Lloyd exchanged a glance. Cole turned back to Soto. "Don't let us stop you. You were just about to tell us how to catch a djinn," he said. Soto nodded, eager to tell his tale. Either that, or he really was afraid enough of Nadakhan that he was willing to help his enemies. "Certainly. To stop a djinn, you must-"

Onyx scowled when a mechanical hand slapped down on their table. "Well, well, well! Looks like you saved us some seats. Now let's talk about those spare parts," the Mechanic said. Onyx curled her lip at him. "Vaffanculo," she snapped. Lloyd choked down laughter. "Yeah, whatever she said, Sprocket Arm! We're dealing with first tier bad guys here. You're fifth tier! Maybe fourth tier, tops," Cole said with an irritated scowl. "Fourth tier?!" The Mechanic cried indignantly.

Soto chuckled and backed away. "Look at that, pajama people, they have all the weapons. And you are chained," he said as the Mechanic and the thugs behind him pulled out a variety of different makeshift weapons. Cole smirked. "Yeah. Sounds like it's almost a fair fight," he said. Onyx stood, cracking her knuckles. "Don't underestimate the strength of my kick," she said, dead serious. And then all hell broke loose.
