Taylor Swift's song 'Shake it off' was being played at a moderately loud volume through the speakers as the workers on the closing shift began preparing for the close.

A tired teen, who was unfortunate enough to get the closing shift, absentmindedly wiped down the counter as she yawned to herself, "Nearly done..urgh, I just want my bed. Stupid Sarah, calling in sick so I had to stay behind.." The girl mutters to herself as she moves to the till ready to take the cash register out.

*Ding*

'You have got to be kidding me! Sure, we've still got 5 minutes to close but come on!' The girl bit back a groan as she forced a smile onto her face and look at the customer, "Hello, what can I—OMG!" The girl practically screams, shocking the orange and brown suited hero.

"Vixen!" The girl squeals, "Can I please get a photo?"

'Was this a bad idea?' The fox hero thought before her need for caffeine overruled her doubt, "Sure." She grins as the now energised teen quickly walked round the counter with her phone in her hands. "Thank you!"

The barista stood by her favourite hero and held out her phone at arms length, "Do you want to do any hand actions?" Vixen asks, the girl looks at her in shock before her smile grew even larger "Can we make a heart, please?"

Vixen nods and the two create a small heart between them with their hands, the barista takes the picture before excitedly pulling away and looking at the picture in awe, "Thank you!" She beams.

It was a nice picture. Vixen had a large but tired smile as she stared at the camera while the barista, who seemed to be moments away from passing out from exhaustion a few minutes ago, was smiling brightly at the phone seeming full of energy. In the middle of the photo, the two would be using their opposite hands to create one heart.

"It's no problem." The hero smiles kindly before awkwardly scratching their cheek, "Is it possible for me to get a large Latte?" The hero wonders, silently begging that she can.

"Of course! Anything for you." She grins and walks back behind the counter to begin making the drink, "You know, you are my favourite hero. I admire you deeply, like you actually help save and protect people. Sure, Ladybug and Chat Noir help during akuma attacks but then they don't help with anything else. I used to despise working late's because the streets weren't safe, sure I still hate them, but I feel a lot more comfortable walking home at night because I know your there to protect me and others."

The girl rambles before turning around and giving me my drink with a shy smile, "Sorry, I tend to ramble when I get excited." Vixen let's out an amused laugh before smiling softly at the girl, "It's okay, I actually appreciated it, makes me know that all my efforts are worthwhile."

The hero takes a sip of the coffee before sighing in relief, "God, I needed this. Thank you." She pulls out a fiver before handing it towards the girl who shook her head frantically, "It's on the house! It's the least we can do as a 'thank you' for your hard work."

"You sure?" The hero ask looking unsure, the barista nod's with a smile "Yup!" She chirps. The hero looks at the money before still placing it on the counter, "Then please take this as a tip, I enjoyed our conversation." Before the barista could protest the hero left with a quick goodbye.

"Thank you Vixen!" The barista thanked just as the shop door closed.
