The tale of Kendra Gale

I think I finally found a werewolf-subplot - enjoy :)

Kendra Gale worked as a scientist for the Burgue, experimenting on werewolves to make them less wild when transformed. Eventually though, she became conflicted about what they were doing - realizing the Burgue would never "help" any werewolf, she turned agains them and freed several of her subjects.

She was imprisoned at the same mental hospital as Telly's sister, forced to continue her experiments and threatened to be infected and hurt herself if she didn't comply. During the confusion caused by the rescue in season 1, she manages to escape - when some of her colleagues pursue and corner her, she uses a syringe full of werewolf poison to infect herself and fight her way out, escaping to the countryside. 

There, while in werewolf form, she met some of the people she freed and also some more werewolves they've formed a pack with. They began making plans to do something. Escaping wasn't possible, since they didn't want to abandon the wolves still trapped in the Burgue. Eventually, the group who commits the murders hears of their wild pack hiding somewhere in the woods and approach them, offering to work with them on their plan to take revenge. They agree.

Kendra has meanwhile been performing more tests, but only with members of her pack who consented, with utmost caution and the aim to reduce the harmful effects of the condition as much as possible - and she has been rather sucessful, managing to make them appear like wolves and leave them as mostly controlled. Appearing like dogs when wearing collars and covered in mud, they can sneak in and out of the Burgue through a narrow sewage drain.

Mayhaps Kendra's even a friend of Cicely? Someone who she meets sometimes when picking herbs? Someone Darry knows as well? Would be a nice way to set her up as a character :)
