I've been pondering over werewolves in this story - the original series didn't have time to find a conclusion to their story - and I think they'll need more than the tale of Kendra Gale.
Meanwhile I'm keeping that story - maybe lengthen it a little to go on in the background of all three seasons (or a fourth one in between the events of 2 and 3 so far?).
What would be cool could be the Burgue starting to use werewolves against their "enemies" - maybe Kendra's experiments have only reached a certain point so far, and there's more to be reached yet.
It would also be a great opportunity for everyone to put everything on the table to get the werewolf squads on their side instead, both using conversation and Kendra and her pack to achieve this. Maybe they even used the last of her subjects as soldiers, who are rescued this way now.
And once they do, they stand united with them against the Burgue, ready to free the people trapped inside - and once pretty much everyone has left, the Burgue government is forced to cooperate at last. I like it :)
