My hickeys had lightened up but they were still very visible. Mina and Hagakure tried to help me cover them but we hadn't gotten around to buying the correct makeup. I mostly wore turtlenecks around the dorms but I was heating up like an oven.

"The school festival is one month away! We don't have much time so we should start making decisions right now!" Iida declared
"First we need to pick out a song, right?" Hagakure asked
"I don't know much about popular music so I'll leave that up to you guys." Ojiro said
"Shouldn't it be a song that everyone knows so they can dance and sing along?" Kamanari aksed
"Yea it has to be something with a good beat." Sero said
"With those things in mind, I think I know what would make sense. A hardcore song, but dance wise adm would be good. But you guys wanna play instruments right?" Jirou asked
"Hey didn't you say your parents made you take music classes when you were younger?" Mina asked
"Take a seat and show us what you got!" Sero declared
"In your dreams moron." Bakugo spat
"Right I bet the drums are too hard for ya." Sero said
That made Bakugo stop in place, letting out a sigh.

I got a notification from my phone while in a work study class. My phone was luckily silenced and I reached for it. Mina had sent me a message. I clicked on it and played the video. It was of Bakugo playing the drums effortlessly. I smiled while watching when I heard someone clear their throat. My head shot up and Dad stood at the podium looking directly at me.
"No phones in class, Ianna." He said with a little sigh
"Sorryyy." I dragged out as I slid it in my backpack

I along with the others arrived back at the dorms. We were getting filled in on what we were doing for the festival.
"Oh! Ianna did you get the video I sent of Bakugo? It was totally awesome!" Mina exclaimed
"Yeah I did! You never told me you could play." I said nudging him
He grunted and shrugged while sending glares to Mina.
"I saw it too! She was beside me and I couldn't help but get a peak." Ochaco admitted with a giggle.
"Who's the singer? Shouldn't it be you Jirou?" Tsu asked
"We haven't decided that yet." Jirou said
Everyone started chiming in saying why they should be it. I laughed at Kirishima as he mimicked a song.
"I'm with Tsu! It should totally be you!" Hagakure said to Jirou
She was given a mic and began singing. Our class was in awe. Her voice was so angelic.
"I just had an eargasm!" Mina exclaimed
"I call this a unanimous decision!" Iida said
"Well let's sit that aside then. Now we need guitars. I'm thinking two." Jirou said
"Oh yeah pick me!" Kamanari said
"Don't volunteer unless you're gonna kill it." Bakugo said
Tokoyami strummed the guitar and before we knew it we had everything sorted. I was on the special effects team which I was thrilled about!

I had managed to get Bakugo out of detention with a very awkward conversation with Dad. He managed to get around the sex talk which I was very VERY grateful for.
