Chapter 20 : You made it special

ALESSIA'S POV :

" Jin ? Are you there ? "

I stopped moving as I felt something was really suspicious.

Alessia : Jin why the lights are off ? Are you here ?

I was about to go to the switch board when suddenly all the lights turned on. Everyone popped out of nowhere.

Everyone : HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU ALESSIA.

I was all shocked by their sudden shout. I blinked multiple times to clearly see all of them. It was Father, Mrs. Choi , yoongi oppa, Mr. Lee and IU, Mina. Also Jin and Jiwoo in his arms. Also some of my close business partners and friends were present. I can't believe they all left me alone just to arrange all this. The house is almost full.

I stood there silently. There is a cake not so big but a medium size one where on the top it was written in English language " happy birthday Alee". By that time jin walked to me and stood in front of me. I looked at him.

Jin : Happy birthday Aleesia. I'm sorry I lied but trust me it was all for making your day a little special.

He said when I smiled. I can't get angry with him. I don't know why and what magic he is doing on me. I swear if it wasn't jin then they all must have got scolded by this time. But today was different. Jin arranged all these i can say by looking at the simple yet beautiful decorations. Jiwoo is wearing a birthday cap and holding one for me.

She extended that to me indicating me to wear it. I chuckled. I took that cap from ger hand and wore it. I turned to everyone and smiled.

Alessia : Thanks. Thank you for arranging all this.

Mr.Choi : Nope. It's not us. It's your husband who did all this. Isn't it beautiful ?

He asked when I looked at jin.

Alessia : Yes. So beautiful.

Jin looked into my eyes when IU dragged me to cut the cake.

IU : Miss Alessia. It's time to cut the cake.

I nodded and looked at the cake for a second. It's chocolate cake. My favourite one. I closed my eyes and made a wish. I blew the candle and cut the cake when everyone beside me started to sing happy birthday song. It's not the first time for me celebrating my birthday but it's a special one. More beautiful one. I absolutely love this. And jin? I can't believe this man.

One by one everyone started to feed me cake when I gladly accepted that. I feed jin a piece of cake when he feeds me back. I took Jiwoo in my arms and talked with my other friends. My eyes fell on my father and mrs.Choi who were standing at a corner looking at me with their tender eyes. Must be thinking about my behaviour right now. It's not me. I'm not like this. But with jin i became a different soul. Maybe this is actually me and the past wasn't me.

That was just a mask of coldness that I showed to the world but near him i want to put down this mask and want to live my life. I want to smile and enjoy my life. This is actually me.

By that time Namjoon and Taehyung also came to me with gift boxes in their hands.

Namjoon : Happy birthday sister in-law.

Taehyung : We will pray for your happiness.

I smiled at them and hugged them a little. These two people are the genuine one for sure. When someone says that people with both a good heart and a good face don't exist,  I remember Jin , Namjoon and Taehyung. I mean look at them.

Yoongi oppa spoke in the mic when everyone shifted their gaze towards him.

Yoongi : In this beautiful moment of my cousin sister's birthday. I would like to thank everyone who attended this family time event to make it more special. Now I would like to give this mic to our birthday girl to say something in front of everyone.
