Cheers!

"Ms. Kazansky?... This is the part where you say I do." The lady at the front said, almost whispered it to Grace, who was so caught up in, she didn't even know in what she was so caught up, causing her to miss the one point where she had to speak up. Still, whispering it to her, as if Bradley, who was waiting for her to say that very thing and her father just as Maverick behind them haven't noticed.
Biting her lip, Grace turned from looking at the woman, who tried to kindly encourage her to Bradley, who wore an unreadable expression on his face. Because he was uncertain himself or because he expected a blow right now, she didn't know and she also couldn't possibly put her finger on it, which was bad, no?
They were getting married, right in that moment, right now. This was it, their big day, the big question and Grace had missed it because she was so worried that they weren't a fit after all. She feared that she would take all future happiness from Bradley should she say the two words everyone was waiting for her to say right now. She needed reassurance, but she couldn't turn around to her father and ask him to calm her down once more.
So, Grace thought why not start to work with the husband right from the beginning because it does look a horrible lot like they were really doing this. As long as Bradley did want her, she won't say no. Grace never could. Not after what she had sworn. Bradley was her responsibility, he was the big deal, which is why she needed his help right now.
"I... This is what you want right? Leave aside the why... This, us. Spending the rest of your life with me. Calling me your wife. You want that, right?" She had to know.
This right now was their last chance to say better not. The moment they are married, the moment they have made it official that they were to be one heart and one soul, yeah okay a bit exaggerated but still, from that moment on, there was no getting it over with easily. Once they were married, they would stay married for a very long time, Grace knew that, and Bradley had to know that too.
They were both oh so loyal, they were both people who stay, who stick with someone through thick and thin. If they decided they were worth it, there was no backing down. There was no calling it quits. That's how they are built, how they were raised. Giving up was no option. Not now, not anytime soon. The moment they said I do, the moment they started wearing those rings. It was forever.
No matter how happy or unhappy that would leave them.
"I want this, I want you." Grace watched Bradley, even the tiniest of changes in his expression while her heart was hammering so loudly in her chest. She feared she might not hear half of her own wedding ceremony.
It was different. This wedding, it was nothing like her first wedding. Her gaze was stuck on her soon to be husband. Reading and trying to judge each and every detail in the way he swallowed, the way he breathed. Not once did she glance over her shoulder hoping for someone to crash the ceremony and steal her away. The very man in front of her is the knight in shining armour she had hoped for the last time. Seemed like he had found her after all.
"I do." Grace said, her eyes on Bradley who couldn't keep a straight face, a small smile breaking his stern but neutral expression from before. He was nervous, she could tell that much if she could tell nothing else.
"Not yet." He muttered as he reached for her shaking hand their fingers intervening easily.
It was embarrassing how nervous she was, how totally caught up in him. Her cheeks rosy. As if she had never gotten married before.
"Now." Bradley muttered while he gave her fingers a gentle squeeze, which caused her to repeat the last words she had spoken again, her cheeks tingling, the rosy shine deepening in a light red tone.
