Joelle woke up from her nap as the car stopped. "Where are we?" she asked sleepily to Hallie. Hallie shrugged. Joelle rubbed her eyes and leaned forward. The nap did do her good after two nights of almost no sleep from stress.
"So, where are you taking us?" Joelle asked curiously. "If we tell you, we'll have to kill you," the older bodyguard said teasingly. The young blond bodyguard gave him a shove as he rolled his eyes.
"Very funny, ask Randy," Joelle said with a fake smile. The older bodyguard fell silent and turned around again.
Out of nowhere, ghostface jumped out. "Watch out!" Joelle screamed. Ghostface punched through the glass and slit the older bodyguard's throat.
Ghostface climbed over the roof of the car to get to the other side. The blond bodyguard ran out of the car, but Ghostface grabbed him and slammed him several times against the window on Joelle's side.
"Oh my fucking god, we have to get out of here," Joelle said stressed as she saw the state of the bodyguards. Hallie pulled on the door handles, but they weren't cooperating. "Fuck, it's of course a police car," Hallie said stressed as the two watched the blond man being thrown onto the hood.
Joelle's eyes widened in horror as she saw ghostface crawl behind the wheel of the car. "Get out of the car, you fucker," muttered the blond bodyguard as he pointed his gun at the killer.
Apparently ghostface didn't care, because he started driving and almost ran over the bodyguard. Joelle could only watch in horror as the blond bodyguard played with his life as he stayed on the hood and pointed his gun at the killer.
Ghostface kept driving around trying to shake off the bodyguard, but he persisted. Until he drove to a workplace. "Jump off the hood!" shouted Joelle when she saw there were metal poles. But it was already too late, the car came to a stop with a crash.
Joelle's head slammed back into her chair with a huge bang. She groaned as she felt the pain in her neck.
"Are you okay?" asked Joelle to Hallie. "I think so," she muttered. The two looked shocked to see ghostface lying unconscious behind the wheel. "Is he dead?"
"No, I'm sure," Joelle whispered as she heard his soft breath behind the mask. Joelle averted her gaze from the killer, but almost gagged when she saw the state of the blond bodyguard. Tears formed in her eyes. He was still so young.
"We have to get out of here," Hallie whispered. Joelle nodded in agreement. Hallie tried the doors again, but it was pointless.
"Wait, the pipe," Joelle whispered almost with relief in her voice. She pulled the fence down and pushed the pipe away from her a little so she wouldn't bump her head.
"Be careful," Hallie whispered scared as Joelle crawled through the hole. Joelle nodded and dropped into the passenger seat. She tried to ignore the bodyguard as she tried the other door, "fuck, we're stuck."
Joelle slowly turned to the only other choice. Over ghostface.
Joelle looked at the familiar mask in disgust. It was the last thing Tatum and Randy saw before they died. Her two best friends.
She shook her head to get them out of her mind. She could't get distracted now.
Joelle slowly climbed over ghostface. As soon as her feet hit the ground she rushed to Hallie's side of the door, "I can't get it open."
"Oh no," wailed Hallie as she realized. "Hallie, you have to. Do you want to live?" hissed Joelle stressed. Hallie sighed and mentally prepared herself.
She climbed slowly through the hole as she cursed quietly under her breath. "Yeah, good. Come on," Joelle whispered as she held out her hand. "Got you," the Rhodes girl said as she grabbed Hallie's hand.
She pulled Hallie out of the car. "Come on, Joel. Let's go," Hallie said as she pulled the brunette with her. "No," Joelle said as she stopped suddenly. "What do you mean no?" Hallie asked confused. "I need to know, I need to know if they're right," Joelle hissed.
"Who's right? Joelle," Hallie hissed scared as Joelle ran back to the car. The brunette frowned as she saw that the car door was slightly open. "Oh my god," she gasped as she saw the killer was gone.
"What?" asked Hallie when she saw the fear on Joelle's face. "He's gone!" Joelle yelled.
Ghostface popped up from behind and grabbed Hallie. "No! Leave her alone!" pleaded Joelle as tears formed in her eyes. She couldn't watch another friend die.
But ghostface didn't think twice as he stabbed Hallie several times in her chest.
Joelle sobbed as she watched Hallie's body fall to the ground. Ghostface cocked his head to the side as he saw the brunette stare. "You sick fuck!" Joelle screamed as she stood trembling on her legs with adrenaline.
Ghostface ran toward her. Joelle ran away as fast as she could. Thoughts flew through her brain as she ran away from the killer. She had to find Stu and Billy. They were right, she should never have left, she was safer with them.
She looked behind her and saw that ghostface was still running after her. She saw her college getting closer and closer. Here was Dewey and with any luck Billy and Stu were here too.
Joelle's lungs were on fire and somehow she tasted the taste of blood as she stopped running as soon as her feet hit the grass. But adrenaline still pumped through her body as she looked around fearfully. Ghostface was nowhere to be seen.
"Dewey! Billy! Stu?" screamed Joelle fearfully as she brushed the dust of the car off her face. She ran inside out of breath, hoping to find Dewey or one of the boys there.
Joelle frowned as she walked past the theater. She heard music from the theater play. She pushed open the door, hoping for people, but no one was there.
She walked onto the stage to see if there might be people who were backstage. But her eye caught the sun. Derek was attached to it.
"Oh my god, Derek," Joelle said with relief that she had found someone. She began to shake him awake as she removed the mask from his face. Joelle was shocked to see he had tape on his mouth. "Derek!"
The brunette boy startled awake as Joelle slapped him in the face. "Thank God, Joelle. I thought I was going to be stuck here forever," Derek said with relief as Joelle tried to untie him from the ropes.
"I'm getting us out of here, Derek," Joelle said stressed. "From what?" asked Derek confused. "From the killer! He already got Hallie," Joelle told him with sad eyes.
"Were is he?" Derek asked scared as he looked around. "Righ here," sounded behind Joelle.
