Joelle packed her suitcase with clothes and the most important necessities. She sighed as she looked at a picture of her, Tatum, Randy, Sidney, Stu and Billy at the fountain where they always sat during lunch break.

Joelle was closing her suitcase when suddenly her window slid open. The brunette frowned and grabbed a lamp to defend herself.

"Ow, dammit," sounded a familiar voice. Joelle sighed in relief as a familiar tall dark blond boy crept through her window.

"Stu? What are you doing here?" asked Joelle in surprise as she put back the lamp. Before Stu could answer, another familiar voice interrupted the two.

"Stupid asshole, just slide that window open further," Billy hissed. Joelle rolled her eyes and slid her window open further. "Good evening to you, too, William," Joelle teased him.

"Why are you leaving? Don't leave," Stu begged before Billy could even open his mouth. "Great, so apparently we're not sticking to the plan," Billy muttered under his breath.

"It's the sheriff's orders," Joelle sighed as she lifted her suitcase off her bed. "Since when do you listen to the police?" asked Billy as he sat down on her bed. "Since this killer really wants me dead," Joelle replied as she turned to face him.

"But we are here, we can protect you," Stu said as he begged her to stay. "I get that, but...." Joelle sighed in frustration. "But what?" asked Billy as he walked toward her. "I can't risk it. I just can't risk that you guys might die because of me," Joelle said as tears formed in her eyes.

"Don't worry about us," Billy tried to reassure her. "I do, I'm sorry," Joelle sighed as she wiped away her tears. "I have to go, they are waiting for me."

"What about us?" asked Stu as Joelle put her hand on the doorknob. Joelle turned around confused with a frown. "We waited a whole year for you."

"You'll find me again," Joelle said softly as she tried to walk out of her room, but Billy grabbed her wrist and pressed her back against her door. Joelle was startled by his action. "No, we didn't wait a whole year only to see you leave again," he hissed.

"What do you want me to do then? Wait here until this killer cuts me up?" asked Joelle in frustration. "No, of course not," Billy snorted, "we've already done our research and we have an idea who the killer is."

"Who?" asked Joelle wide-eyed as Billy released her wrist. "That movie freak, Mickey," Billy replied as he looked at her for a response. "Mickey?" asked Joelle in disbelief. She looked at her two favorite boys nodding their heads. "There's no way. Mickey would never do that."

"Are you sure?" asked Stu. "Yeah, well I thought the same about you guys last year," Joelle said quickly. "Really?" said Billy as he looked at her irritated. "I'm sorry," Joelle said quickly.

"If you don't think it's Mickey, then who?" asked Stu as he went through her drawers. "I don't know, Derek or something," Joelle said as she slapped his hands away from her drawers. "Yeah, that's what we thought at first too, but he's too soft," Stu said as he carried Joelle aside by her hips.

"Peer pressure?" Joelle said as she raised an eyebrow. Stu rolled his eyes as he looked away from the brunette.

Joelle picked up her suitcase and walked to her door. Hallie and her new bodyguards were probably already waiting for her downstairs.

"Let's go, Stu. Before they see us," Billy said. Stu nodded and climbed out Joelle's window. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't leave like this," Joelle said with regret in her voice. "Don't be sorry," Billy whispered.

Joelle looked in his dark brown eyes. He leaned in and kissed her. Joelle dropped her suitcase and wrapped her hands around his neck as she kissed him back. The kiss was filled with love and desire.

"I love you," he whispered. "What?" Joelle asked out of breath. "I love you, Joelle," Billy said as he looked her in her eyes. "I love you more," she whispered back with a smile.

"Joelle? Are you okay? We really need to go now," Hallie's voice sounded from the other side of the door. "Shit," Joelle cursed under her breath. "It's okay," Billy said as he gave her a kiss on her forehead.

Joelle looked regretfully at the brunette she loved so much. "Find me again, okay?" asked Joelle as a tear rolled down her cheek. "Don't worry," he chuckled. He looked at Joelle one last time before disappearing from her window.

Joelle sighed and picked up her suitcase from the floor and opened her door. "Girl, what took you so long?" asked Hallie. "I couldn't find my walkman, sorry," Joelle lied as the two walked downstairs.

The blond bodyguard grabbed Hallie's suitcase while Joelle put her own suitcase in the trunk. "Where are they taking us?" whispered Hallie. "No idea," Joelle replied as she shrugged.

"Did Mickey say goodbye to you yet?" asked Hallie as the two got in the car. Joelle froze in fear when she heard his name. Billy's words echoed in her ears.

"No, he didn't," Joelle replied as she fastened her seat belt with trembling hands.

"Weird, he said he wanted to say bye to you before you disappeared," Hallie said as she frowned. Joelle's heart pounded hard against her ribs. This could have two meanings.

The two bodyguards drove off. Joelle looked out the window as the college flashed before her eyes. This might be the last time she would be here.

Joelle looked away from the window and sighed as she thought of Billy's words. Maybe he was right. Maybe it is Mickey.
