Rumble

"Uhh.." Paimon's belly growled. "Is anyone else hungry or is it just Paimon?"

Traveler sighed, shaking her head with a already knowing smile, then turned to Cale, "let's grab some food first. You just arrived here, you must be hungry, it's on me." They offered.

"Alright." Cale answered.

"Are we going to Diluc's tavern?" Paimon guessed.

"Yes." Traveler smiled.

'Diluc? Who's that?' Cale wondered but didn't bother asking.

They kept walking, following Traveler, and eventually ended up at a place labeled Angel's Share.

Traveler opened the door, letting Paimon and Cale enter first.

"Oh, Traveler!" A blueberry-head greeted him with a wave and smile. "Who's this new friend over here?" The man eyed Cale.

There was a mature looking man with long red-hair put up in a ponytail behind him, seemingly a worker. "What brings you here today, Traveler?"

Traveler greeted them. "This is my new companion, he also came from another world, his name is Cale."

"Hi." Cale greeted.

"He's quite the cute one, isn't he?" The blue-head commented.

'He's a player.' Cale came to a conclusion.

"Cale, the one talking to you right now is Keaya, the Cavalry Captain the Knights of Favonius of Mondstadt. And the one behind is Diluc, his stepbrother and the owner of this place." Traveler introduced everyone.

"Get it over with already! Paimon is hungry!" Paimon rushed.

Traveler sweated nervously, still smiling, "we'll get seated then."

"Suit yourself." Diluc allowed them to continue.

"Huhh?" Keaya whined, "I wanted to talk to the red-head some more." He leaned onto the bar counters.

Diluc ignored him, continuing on with his work.

"Whatever." Keaya got up, walking away.

Diluc eyed him, knowing what he'd do, he sighed.

"What would you like, Cale?" Traveler asked, handing him a menu.

"Anything is fine." Cale replied.

"Paimon wants some skewers!" Paimon said excitedly. "And lots of them as well!"

"Yes, Paimon." Traveler chuckled. "Let's get skewers for everyone then." They quickly called for a waiter and ordered.

"It'll be ready in a couple of minutes, please sit tightly until then."

"Thank you." Traveler excused them and turned back to everyone. "So, Cale, why don't you tell us more about you?"

"That's right! Paimon wants to know what it's like where you came from! Is it peaceful like in Teyvet? Paimon has never been anywhere other than Teyvet." Paimon shrugged. "I wonder how it's like on another planet."

"Well—

Cale was sudden interrupted when he felt something weigh his shoulder down. He looked to his right only to see Keaya's face in front of him.

"Nice to meet you again~" He said. "What're you three doing without me?" Keaya scotted beside Cale.

"What do you want now?" Paimon asked, a bit annoyed.

"We were just talking casually." Traveler answered him.

Keaya nodded. "Cale, if you don't mind me asking, you're not from around here, are you?" He chuckled a bit, amused. "It's just that your clothing seems like they're not from here, like the Traveler's."

Traveler looked at Paimon before turning back to them. "Yes, he's not from here. We found him near the Statue of the Seven while wandering."

"What's wrong?" Cale asked.

"No.. it's nothing. I was just wondering." Keaya replied. "An unparalleled beauty from another world, seems believable enough." Keaya smiled sheepishly.

Cale furrowed his brows, annoyed.

"Haha, I was just joking.." His voice weakened.

"How did you know?" Traveler asked.

Keaya smiled, "his clothing. I've never seen something of that style like that here in Teyvet."

"I guess that's true..."

"Yeah, even Paimon could tell from his clothes." Paimon added on proudly.

'Is it that different..?' Cale sweated. He thought he was wearing pretty standard clothes.

Traveler looked at Cale, noticing he seemed quite nervous, "are you afraid people will find out you're not from here?"

Cale shook his head, "no it's not like that."

"It's alright." Paimon cheered him on, "the people of Teyvet are very open-minded!"

Cale denied them again, "I just don't want to attract a lot of attention." He blurted out.

They turned to him, staring silently.
