I want to say two things; please read this before starting the chapter! ⬇️
First thing: if any guy/man is reading this chapter, please make sure to read Devendra's POV! The small things he has done, the gestures that show his love, and the things he has said—these are what women want in real life! The small gestures of love.
Not all women, but I'm sure most women want to feel those small gestures of love from their men!
And for the women who are reading this chapter, a small suggestion to you all. When Devendra's POV comes, play the song 'Ranjha' from the movie Shershaah in the background, and then read the chapter.
I wrote this chapter, especially the ending, while listening to that song. It felt so good! I was feeling all the emotions while writing it, and that song made it feel like all the scenes were playing right in front of my eyes.

After 7 and a half months
Devyani's pov –
I tried to get up from the bed as it was morning, but found a giant hand on my waist holding me tightly.
I tried to remove Dev's hand, and as expected, his grip on my waist tightened even more as he groaned in his sleep.
"Dev, I need to get up. Can you please remove your hand?" I whispered softly so the babies wouldn't wake up.
Both of them were sleeping in the baby cot bed just beside our bed.
"Dev," I said again, trying to remove his hand from my waist, but he tightened his grip even more.
I sighed and let my head fall back on the pillow as my eyes went to his face.
The first thing I always do in the morning is start my day by looking at him.
My eyes observed his face for a few seconds before moving to his upper body.
He was sleeping shirtless, giving me a full view of the sight I like to see the most.
Note: Yes, I was the one who had asked him to sleep shirtless every night. *wink wink.*
My eyes then reached the tattoo on his chest, just above where his heart is. It says "Devyani's" with a small heart on it.
It was his gift to me on my birthday.
I lifted myself and pressed my lips on the tattoo, on his heart.
He stirred slightly as I kissed his tattoo, but he didn't wake up.
Instead, he murmured something incoherent and pulled me closer. His warmth was comforting, and for a moment, I considered staying in bed a little longer.
"Dev, please, I really need to get up," I whispered again, trying to keep my voice gentle but firm.
This time, he slowly opened his eyes, still heavy with sleep, and gave me a lazy smile.
"Morning," he mumbled, his voice husky.
"Good Morning, princess," I replied, smiling back.
A look of confusion crossed his face.
"Biwi, I'm a man. How can I be a princess?" he asked.
"Because you're so pretty and Khubsoorat. So you're my princess," I said with a smile, giggling a bit.
"Biwi, you and your weird obsession of calling me with weird random names," he says his eyes narrowing at me with a mischievous glint.
He leaned closer, his face going near my right ear, "By the way, if I'm your princess, then I suppose you need to be my royal playmate."
