Silence was the only thing Rimuru heard. After saying that phrase, the golden haired man looked at him with an amused look. Though Rimuru broke out of his embarrassment once y/n started laughing up.

Gilgamesh: Fufuhahahaha!...... Alright, slime, you have interested me! (Let's see just how strong you are!)

Shizue backed up, knowing what y/n was about to do. While Kavals party looked confused on why Shizue backed up. Though they followed suit once they noticed, y/n looked like he was about to fight.

Rimuru: *Confused* Huh? Uh, I have? (What is this guy's deal?)

Great Sage: Notice! It seems like the individual in front of you wants to test you in combat!

Rimuru: *Shocked* (W-What!? Why would he want to test me in such a way!?)

Gilgamesh: *His clothes dissappear with Casters outfit appearing on him* (I haven't fought like this in a while... Let's see how rusty I am!) Let's see how you fair, Rimuru Tempest!

As he said that, an ancient tablet appears on his hand. Making Rimuru get on guard, confused about what it does.

Rimuru: *Confused* (Great Sage, what does that tablet do?)

Great Sage: Omniscient Clay Table: It has the ability to increase the individuals power by five times... Any other information seems to be blocked!

Rimuru grew wide-eyed in his slime form. He couldn't help but think in a panicked tone.

Rimuru: *Fearful* (Are you joking! He was already a monster! But he also has something that gives him such a buff!!?)

Rimuru calmed down after a couple moments of ranting, seeing as the golden haired man opened the tablet and spoke.

Gilgamesh: *Smirks* May you entertain me, mongrel!!

As y/n finished speaking, He gave Rimuru no time to react and opened the Gate of Babylon. With ten portals opened, and all of them having golden staff's coming out. Rimuru couldn't help but be awed at the ability. Only to realize something.

Rimuru: *Realizes* (WAIT!! Is this guy Gilgamesh from fate!!?)

Before he could digest on who he would be fighting, y/n used the staff's from his gob and fired fire blasts at Rimuru. Making him dodge and try to counterattack with a water blade. Once the water blade was centimeters from y/n, he dodged it easily, without breaking a sweat.

Rimuru continued to try skill after skill, though no matter what, he tried. He couldn't even scratch him. Making him dodge another fire ball and start, rattling his brain for a strategy.

Rimuru: *Dodging fire balls narrowly* (Damn! No matter what I try, I can't even scratch him! Also, how the heck does he have magic staff's!? Wasn't his Gate of Babylon only able to have swords or something!!?.... *Sighs internally* No matter, he isn't trying to kill me, so I will use my strongest skill to end this!!...) *Smirks arrogantly* Alright, I have had enough! I am going to go all out! Prepare yourself!

Y/N stopped firing and looked at him with an amused smile. Though he stopped smiling and smirked while speaking to the slime.

Gilgamesh: *Smirks* Then come slime! Show me your best! (I wonder what skill he will use? From what I remember, he didn't have that many skills until after the Orc Lord...)

Rimuru: Then behold one of my strongest skills! {Black Lightning}!

Once Rimuru said the name of the skill, y/n felt that something was approaching him from above. Though he couldn't help but think.

Gilgamesh: *Smirk widens* (Black Lightning, huh? I guess that would make sense. After all, it was a very strong skill when first watching the show. Though now it was nothing but a tickle to me... Alright, I will accept your attack head on Rimuru Tempest!)

Truthfully, y/n knew that the Rimuru right now had no real way of actually killing him. No less actually being able to harm him. Though this fight wasn't a means just to prove he was the best.... No. Y/N wanted to test and evaluate the slime and see if the future he had seen could be changed.

After a second, the Black Lightning striked y/n. Making dust appear every where the lightning striked.

Leaving Rimuru holding his breath, even though he didn't need to breathe. While kavals party were shocked at how a monster had such strength, though they grew concerned for the Hero King. Shizue, on the other hand, remained calm and smiled slightly where the dust was flowing.

Shizue: *Smiles slightly* (It seems you really find this slime interesting.... Though when I think about it, did the slime make a video game reference from a game my old student used to play?... I got to ask later.)

Kaval: *Takes a step back* (What the hell! How can a slime possess such a skill!... I hope the hero king is okay...)

Gido: *Backs away in fear* (M-Monster! This slime is way too powerful!)

Ellen: *Shocked and afraid* (Is there even such a way to get such a skill?... I didn't see the Hero King move... I hope he is okay.)

As the four-watching waited to see what happened to the Hero King. Rimuru stared intently while asking Great Sage a question.

Rimuru: (Do you think that got him Great Sage?)

Great Sage: Awnser! Most unlikely. After scanning memories, I can confirm that the one you are battling has a 98% match to masters memories of the individual known as Gilgamesh!

Rimuru: *Sighs* (Just as I suspected... What are the chances of beating him?)

Great Sage: Awnser! You have less than 1% chance of beating Gilgamesh!

Rimuru wasn't that surprised since he could tell in the fight that Gilgamesh wasn't even trying. Which hurt Rimurus pride. Though when he thought back to when he watched Fate, he couldn't help but understand that compared to a man who lived in an age where miracles were common place. Which would make the slime have no chance against the King of Heroes.

Rimuru: (Man.... I don't know how that Shirou kid actually was able to beat him!-)

Before he could continue with his thoughts further, everyone couldn't help but hear laughter as the smoke cleared. Revealing y/n not even scratched by such an attack!

Gilgamesh: *Laughs* Fufuhahahaha~!!

After a minute of laughter, y/n stops and says in a satisfied tone to the slime.

Gilgamesh: *Smiles genuinely* A very interesting attack! You definitely interest me slime-No, Rimuru Tempest! I can tell without a doubt that you are a very interesting individual! (Maybe the future isn't doomed.... though, just having a little bit more power won't do much on what is coming...)

As the battle concluded with y/n as the winner. Everyone walked towards the two. With a very shocked trio and a very happy shizue! As y/n changed back to his outfit, he came in. He could only hope Rimuru would get stronger as time passes.
