Currently, y/n and shizue were walking towards their newest quest. Though shizue felt this quest had some ulterior motives which y/n noticed so he decided to ask.

Gilgamesh: *glances at her* I know we didn't have any heroic spirits accompany us, and velzard decided to stay behind, but why do you seem uneasy?

Shizue: *sighs* As always, you can see right through me... Though to answer your question, doesn't it feel weird why so many adventures were called?

Gilgamesh: *glances towards the sky while walking with shizue* You are not wrong... though I sent hassan of the cursed arm to investigate, and he said that there definitely was a demon, he couldn't tell where it was hiding...

Shizue: I see. *determined* Then we will just have to make sure to protect as many people as we can!

TIMESKIP

Once they arrived, they met a man who welcomed them.

Knight: *bows slightly* It's an honur to meet the legendary Conquer of flames and the golden hero King Gilgamesh.

Gilgamesh: *smiles* The honor is all ours. (This man has the aura of a demon... I will wait to see where this goes).

Shizue: *nods* Yes, it's a pleasure to meet you as well. (I know, dear already sensed it, but this man is a demon...)

Knight: *stands up* Now let me take you to the meeting haul.

As they followed him through the haul, y/n and shizue used thought communication to speak to each other.

Gilgamesh: [Let's wait for now and see if there is more than one demon here.]

Shizue: *nods* [Alright, I will follow your lead.]

After another minute, they arrived in the meeting haul with all the adventures staring at both of them murmuring about them

Adventure 1: Is that the golden hero king Gilgamesh!

Adventure 2: I also see the Conquer of Flames!

Adventure 3: Man, I am happy they are here!

While they both walked forward, they ran into an old friend they met on their travels years ago.

Cougar: *spots them and waves* Man, it's been a while, shizue, gil!

Shizue: *stops next to him with y/n standing next to her* it's been a while, cougar.

Cougar: *smiles* I guess seeing you hear means you answered the request?

Gilgamesh: *nods* Yes, we were in the neighborhood, so we decided to come and help out.

Cougar: I see, well if you're here *blushes slightly* is Ereshkigal here?

Shizue: *shakes her head* No, she decided to head back and get some rest.

Cougar: *sighs disappointedly* Shame, that's another reason I should have ditched this quest.

Gilgamesh: *curious* hmm? What happened for you to say that?

Cougar: *come a little closer and whispers* Supposedly, 10 adventures have already died.

This slightly surprised them, though, because they have been adventuring for so long that they have already gotten used to these types of quests

Before they could respond, the knights banged their weapons on the floor as the door opened for the minister, which made everyone stop talking and look at the minister. After a moment, he started to speak.
