Currently, walking around the empty halls of Avalon was none other than Merlin himself... Or more commonly known as the D*ck Wizard!

As Merlin walked the halls, he couldn't help but frown instead of his usual smile. The reason for that was simple... He could sense something that shouldn't be here.

Merlin: *Frown while walking* (This isn't good... I don't know why, but I get the feeling that King Gilgamesh may be in danger...)

A unique skill Merlin had was the ability to see everything in the present. People could get around this ability if they knew how. There weren't many.

Though that wasn't what bothered him so. It was the fact that after they finished studying the runes, they found something people back then wrote in those runes... And it wasn't good.

Merlin: *Stops and stares out a window while seeing some of the ogre's King Gilgamesh brought* (If what those runes say is true, then the worst-case scenario has occurred... A beast is here in this world!)

Even though Merlin tried to think about how it was impossible, he couldn't shake the feeling that it may be speaking the truth.

This was one of those times that Merlin hoped he was wrong about since they may have two grand servants, but it may not be enough for a beast.

Merlin: *Stops looking and continues walking* (I guess I will just drop it since I'm not getting anywhere.)

With a sigh, Merlin decided to give up on thinking about it since he had no way of knowing currently if he was right or not.

After a couple more minutes of walking, he arrived at his destination. With a knock and no response, he opened the door that was blocking his way and entered a room that looked like a mages' dream.

Books, magic theories, and more were all scattered around while a girl in a very revealing dress was currently finishing something.

With another sigh escaping Merlins' lips, he walked up behind her and asked.

Merlin: *Peaks over her shoulder* It seems you're almost finished!

Not caring about his entrance or the fact that he exists, Morgan calmly spoke back to the grand caster candidate.

Morgan: *Working* What do you want, Merlin...

Even though she spoke in a manner, most would assume they want to be left alone. Merline didn't get the hint and said.

Merlin: *Smiles* I was just checking up since I have nothing to do!

Morgan paused for a second before she continued working on something before she asked.

Morgan: Really? Last I checked, you were supposed to go get the ogres food. Have you already completed something that should have taken you another 3 days to complete?

Merlin gasped and said in a hurt tone.

Merlin: *Gasps and looks hurt* I thought after all we have been through that you would have more trust in me! How cruel!

Morgan didn't care anymore to put on an act and just told Merlin what she thought.

Morgan: *glances at him* I may be busy, but I still saw you not doing your assignment and talking to that purple-haired ogre... You weren't trying to sleep with our guests, right?

Merlin's eyes widened as he had been found out so easily! With a reluctant sigh, Merlin speaks up.

Merlin: *Sighs* Fine, you got me... But can you blame me? She was the most beautiful girl I have seen here thus far! And-

Having enough of Merlin speaking, Morgan releases her magic energy before saying.

Morgan: *Glares at Merlin* I am trying to focus! Can't you see that and leave me alone?! *Sighs* No matter the era, you still are the same...

Before she could retort, Morgan noticed that what she had been working on for a year now was finally finished!

With a smile appearing on her lips, she spoke in a gleeful tone.

Morgan: *Smiles* Finally, it's finished!

This immediately caught Merlin's attention with him asking.

Merlin: *Looks at her* Is it done? I thought you needed another year!

Morgan calmed down and answered the D*ck Wizard's question.

Morgan: *Scoffs* For someone like you, but thanks to my bloodline, it was easy!

Merlin felt a little angry at her, but he decided to suppress it and ask.

Merlin: *taps his chin* I see, so now it's possible to summon heroes from the throne of heroes! *Sighs in relief* What a relief!

Now, knowing they could get grand servants. Merlin was not a lot calmer about his previous inquiry.

Turning towards Morgan's window, Morgan decided to correct him since she was in a good mood.

Morgan: *Cleaning up some books on the floor* It's still being tested. It probably won't be ready until another month from now.

Even if what she said dampened a little of Merlin's mood, he decided to think about the others who were given assignments before he left to go do his.

Merlin: *Scratches his chin* (I wonder how everyone else is doing... From what I know, Lilly and others that accompanied her should be back tomorrow if I'm not mistaken!)

As for the others, Merlin didn't bother to look since they weren't going to be back for a while, from what their last report said. Though only fate could tell when they would next meet.

Seeing as that this place was getting boring, Merlin decided to say farewell before he left to go do his assignment.

Merlin: *Turns to face Morgan* I see, well I guess I'll leave it to you then! Since I have my assignment to still do, I will head to go do it and leave you be!

Seeing as she didn't want his company, Morgan simply said.

Morgan: *Looks at him dully* What made you think I wanted you here in the first place, you unreliable mage!

Ignoring her last statement, Merlin walked out while waving goodbye, and she simply turned around and ignored him as well.

As Merlin was heading to do his task, he decided to use his clearvoyense to see what y/n was doing. Seeing him and a couple of other people riding dire wolves made him pique his interest until he remembered that he was in the Jura forest to deal with a new Orc Lord that appeared recently.

Merlin had one last thought before he stopped his clearvoyense.

Merlin: *Walking* (Let's see if I was right or not...)
