1 week after the incident.
Will POV
Nico is acting weird lately. He rarely comes out of his cabin, looks very tired and it looks like he is avoiding me. When he talks to me, he does it less than normal and i am really worried about him. First i thougth that he was just a little tired, but now i'm doubting it. Hazel comes to camp today, so i could ask her what's going on, and she can go to Nico and say hi. Maybe that works.

Later that day, around 11 o' clock, Hazel enters the camp and i let her say hi to Frank first. After hugging Frank and giving him a Kiss, she walked over to me.

"Hi, i saw you looking to me, is something wrong with you or Nico?" She says. I answer:"Yes, i think something's wrong with Nico. I don't exactly know what, but he rarely comes out of his cabin and everytime he does come out of his cabin, he doesn't talk and he looks like he hasn't got any food or sleep in days!! And this is already going on for a week, after another attempt!!" Hazel interrupted me: "another attempt?!" She said unbelieving. " didn't he tell you? He tried it again a week ago." I said. " than there is really something going on... Well, let's go to Nico then.." Hazel says, sounding really sad. 

While walking to the Hades cabin, Hazel said: " why didn't you tell me earlier about all this?" I answered: " Because i didn't knew sure if something was wrong. I can be a little overprotective when it's about Nico and i didn't wanted to disturb you with you're praetor duties now Frank wasn't there to help you." Hazel nodded.

When we got to the Hades cabin, i knocked on the door. No response came. "Nico?" I said. " I'm not feeling well and i want to sleep so leave me alone!!" Nico said groggily. "Hazel is here too and she really wants to see you so please open the door." I said.  " Okay, but not too long." Nico said. He sounded annoyed! He used to like it when Hazel was visiting! Hazel seemed to notice it too, because she looked at me suprised.

A few seconds later, Nico opened the door. Hazel gasped. There he was, looking as tired as he did last week. He gestured us to come in. We walked in and he closed the door behind us. Hazel immediately gave Nico a hug. I took the time to look at him some more. He was wearing the same look as always. His black jeans and skull t-shirt with an aviator jacket. Even when he is tired he looks pretty good, a voice in my head said. But he had dark circels under his eyes and he was breathing harsh and slow. It was impossible not to see that! Hazel must have noticed too, i thought to myself.  What's going on with neeks?! Okay Will, get in detective mode. Let's ask him some questions! I thougth. I was determined to figure out what was wrong with neeks, Even if it's the last thing i do!!

Me, Hazel and Nico walked to Nico's bed. It was pretty big, because of the small amount of people in cabin 13.

When we sat down, Hazel immediately started firing questions: " Are you okay? You don't look okay! Have you eaten?? Is Will kind to you?! Do you need help with something! Did you have nightmares again?!" I said: " I think it's better to ask the questions one by one." Hazel nodded and started asking things. I better keep listening, this could be interesting.

Nico POV

I was in my cabin, trying to read a book, when i heard a knock on the door. I shouted go away, but on the other side of the door i heard Will saying that it was he and Hazel. I knew that i couldn’t say no to them, so i agreed and opened the door.  When the door opened Hazel immediately came to me and gave me a hug, that i for this time accepted. When we walked to the bed, i couldn’t help but think, this is gonna be a long conversation.

First, Hazel asked how i was doing. I said i was fine, but i actually wasn't. My stomach and chest kept hurting, especially at my heart. It became harder to breathe and talk and i was verry dizzy and tired on some moments. But i can't let Hazel or Will notice. They need to let me go. I'm too much problems for them. So, i am going to answer any questions i get with things like i'm doing fine, so they wont notice that there's something going on. Then they can let go fast. Besides, i don't even know what the illness is and how i got it. Well i guess that no one else knows then. After a few questions i wanted to go to Will, but while walking i almost fall to the ground. Stupid dizziness. Will immediately said: " Are you okay?!"
And i answered: " i'm fine, just a little dizzy. " Come on, let me check you're temperature." Will said and he walked towards me and put a hand on my forehead. Oh no, i thougth. He said: " wow Nico you're temperature is way to warm on you're head! And you're shivering!" I didn't even notice i was shivering. Then he grabbed the blanket from the bed and he put it around me. It felt warm. Then we continued talking. I kept saying the same things and when i was answering too short, i just said i had a headache, what was also true. A little part of me was happy they where here. That little part of me hoped that they found out what was going on, so that it all can go back to normal.
