Will POV
Nico fell to the ground. Right in the middle of the room! What happened?! He shouldn't fall to the ground! Almost everything was healed! He needed rest, but that was it! Was he even alive?!
I slowly walked towards him. Luckily he didn't fell with his head against the bed... I checked his pulse. Slower than usual, but still alive. He should be alright, but... I wait here just to be sure and i ask Kayla or Austin to get some food for me and for Nico, for when he wakes up.
"Austin, kayla! Can one of you come for a sec?" I ask, hoping that someone answers. For a few seconds no one answers. Then my little sister Gracie puts her head through the doorway. "Will, can i help with something?" Gracie asks shyly. "I heard you asking something and i heard a sound." She says. I just wanted to say that she didn't have to, because she is still 11 and she doesn't have healing as a gift (she has archery), but then Gracie said something that warmed my heart.
She said:" I can help you, i am 11 and i know from the stories you told about you and Lee and Micheal and all of the other siblings that you always helped eachother, no matter what age. You also healed on a young age, and now i also want to help!! You always take care for us very, very much and now it is time that we also care for you!" She said the last sentence more confident, with a still a very cute and shy smile on her face. I never heard her say so much in one hour! She ran to me and gave me a hug. I hugged her back. In the little sister/big brother hug she said: "I love you big bro!" And i said "I love you to Gracie."
"Can you get some food for me and Nico" i said to her a few seconds later. "Yes, sure" Gracie said, and she ran outside.
Short chapter, but i Hope you liked it. There is way too few Gracie love!
She is at the end of Toa, i think?.
And i think of Will like the brother who doesn't see that the little siblings also grow up. :)
