When he got home, he threw his bag into his room, shutting it. Huffing, he walked to a cupboard in his room and opened it to expose some photos of Y/n. He shuttered as he grabbed a photo of her smiling at work. Gently pressing his lips against the photo, he sighed, "I would have killed him if you'd have let me." he kissed it one more time and placed it into a box. Closing the cupboard, he approached his laptop and began typing vigorously. He meant it when he said he would not stay quiet. When something infuriates you, you make the most rash decision and aim where it hurts. Where else in this day and age is social media? He played a female student in one of the profiles, and he only used it to get back at people, some being perverts at school and, in fact, bullies.
Smirking, he posts indecent pictures of Mike, some that he sent himself thinking that it was the girl in the picture, when in fact it wasn't. He laughed maniacly as Jacob slid into his room unnoticed. Staring at Dolan's screen, he scoffed, which caused Dolan to jerk his head to the side, some of his hair to cascade over his face. "What is it, loser." Jacob strode to the side of his dear cousin and leaned on the desk facing him, "I'm surprised you would steep so low." Dolan rolled his eyes, "Well I am glad you just listened and backed away from Y/n. You would have been too late again." he was right, what would he have done? He would have gotten hurt himself, and that jerk would have gone farther. He hated that he was right. It aggravated him to no end. "At least she likes hanging out with me.." He mumbled. Dolan shot him a death glare, slowly standing up from his chair, "What was that?"
"N-nothing!"
Dolan grits his teeth, grabs the collar of his shirt, and pins him against the wall. "Watch what you say. It might be the last!" He spat.
Jacob glanced away, squeezing his eyes shut. "She isn't yours! She is her own person! S-She already has somebody!" Dolan's eyes widen, and he is thrown onto the floor, causing his head to collide with the floor.
"You better be fucking pulling my leg! WHO! WHO IS WITH HER!"
He trembles as he stares up at his angered cousin, deciding not to tell him about Cody: "N-No one! I got upset! I'm sorry!" Dolan stalks closer, which causes Jacob to brace himself. Instead, his cousin opens the door wide and says, "Get out." Sighing, Jacob gets up, fixes his clothes, and walks out. Before he walks out of the threshold, he turns to his cousin and says, "You're mental, dude." He closes the door himself.
Sightly winded, he walks into his own room and sighs. Looking into the mirror above the desk, he stares into it, seeing a dark void and not his reflection. A dark silhouette stalks closer to the mirror and presses their hands onto the surface, "You're right...she is in trouble."

Later into the night, Y/n is sitting in bed, unable to fall asleep. Something was troubling her, and she had yet to know what. Laying back down, she stares at the ceiling, zoning into her thoughts again. Her life isn't the worst...she didn't change either. She just stood up for herself. Maybe she wasn't right, but he would have saved her. He really could have. She sat up again and stared at where he made a hole in the wall. She covered it with a poster of constellations that she bought for Cody. Sighing, she rubbed her face. Pulling her hands down, she was face to face with Cody...who looked ragged. "C-Cod-" He covered her mouth with his hand, "Let me speak." She lightly nodded, waiting for him to continue.
"I shouldn't have lost my cool. I was just upset that you haven't been sharing anything with me today..."
Her eyes softened as he gently pulled his hand away, "You are precious to me, and the only one who can really see me anyways...I just want you to be safe." Without realizing it, their fingers intertwined as she stared into his green orbs, truly seeing Cody. "I understand, and I thank you for caring for me. You made me able to find friends and survive high school on my own." He nods and sighs, gently sitting on the edge of her bed. Yawning, she lays back down and stretches. "Cody, you need to fix the hole." He laughs, and she remarks, "No, I'm serious, fix the damn wall!" She shoots up and points at the poster. His eyes widen, and he walks up to the poster and lifts it, "Oh shit.." She scoffs and lays back down.
