"That was a great practice girls," clapped Lisa Bluder as she walked into the locker room, and the girls cheered as they started to take off their basketball shoes and practice jerseys. "Now, we have a lot of work to do and games ahead of us so please keep that energy up. Jan? Where's Lewerke squared?"
Jan looked up at the mention of her name, and only nodded to go leave.
"Like I said, we have a new person on board to take your cute little pictures you guys love," teased Bluder, making the girls laugh. "She should be coming in with Jan and her sister...oh! There she is."
Kaci walked in, her camera still in her hand and Bri also the same. Kaci was walking behind Bri, a nervous smile on her face as she walked inside the locker room. Shifting from her attention all on them for taking their pictures, now all their attention was on her. Bluder already made it known she was here, so she told next to her sister in front of all the girls sat in their little cubby hole designated to their name.
Kaci waved a little, and Bri chuckled a bit before speaking.
"Hey girls, it's good seeing you guys back in action, huh?" smiled Bri, and girls cheered as they were still hype from the good practice run. "Well I guess I'll address the newest person of our team this is my sister, Kaci."
Kaci waved shyly again, with a smile on her face. Meanwhile, Caitlin was eyeing Kate who had a smile on her face and her eyes trained on the younger Lewerke. Caitlin smirked, knowing exactly what she was going to tease Kate about when she drove them back to her and Kara's house.
Kate was, in fact, enamored by Kaci's presence. Maybe it was because she was so shy and Kate was intrigued. She wanted to just reach out to her and learn more. Kaci was tempting.
"Hi," softly greeted Kaci, with a small laugh. The smiles on all of the girls' face comforted her and calmed her down a bit. "It's nice to meet you all."
"Well, we are more than excited to have you on board," clapped Jan, making Kaci smile.
Meanwhile, Caitlin leaned towards Kate. "I know someone who is the most excited."
Kate gave Caitlin a look, and Caitlin only giggled as Jan and Bluder were still talking about the new season and the Lewerke sisters.
"Not funny," huffed Kate, now crossing her arms over her chest and leaning back in her chair. But she still had a smile on her face.

"Kar! We're home!" yelled Kate, as soon as her and Caitlin walked through the door from the garage into their house.
"In the living room?" yelled back Kara.
Kate and Caitlin took off their shoes, still in their shorts and undershirt from practice. Kate greeted Kara with a kiss on her forehead and sat down on the couch. Well, more like plopped down on her back.
"Hey, babe," greeted Caitlin, giving Kara a kiss on her lips. Kate fake gagged.
"Shush, Kate," laughed Kara, as Caitlin sat down next to her. "How was it? Did you meet Kaci?"
Kate sat up, quite quick. Kara looks at her best friend with a suspicious smile.
"It went really well, the crowd was pumped," chuckled Kate, holding onto a pillow on her lap.
"Someone else was pumped..." muttered Caitlin, and Kate only threw the pillow that was in her lap at Caitlin.
"Ow!" yelped Caitlin, and Kara laughed.
