Chigiri Hyoma, the young prince of the Chigiri kingdom which was well known for being one of the wealthiest kingdoms in the continent. He was an attractive young man, with piercing red eyes, matching red hair just like his mother, his face could rival those on the front page of magazines.

He attracted stares from both men and women alike as he walked down the streets of his kingdom, he was used to it, having been dealing with these stares ever since he was a young child. Next to him was his faithful knight, Kunigami. They had an inseparable bond, forged through spending their childhood together, having been childhood best friends.

The only reason Kunigami decided to become a knight was to protect his master, Chigiri. An incident from when they were young, where Chigiri had gotten kidnapped for ransom was still fresh in his mind, he vowed to never let that happen again.

And he kept true to his word, he was constantly glued to Chigiris side, constantly. He stood outside Chigiri's door till late at night, making sure there were no intruders and that Chigiri was sleeping peacefully before leaving, even then, he would always be outside his door in the morning, waiting for the young prince to wake up so he could be escorted for breakfast.

Even though many people would think Kunigami's overprotective behavior was annoying, Chigiri didn't mind. He loved the attention from Kunigami and he felt safe under his careful watch. But Chigiri sometimes wished Kunigami wouldn't be so... professional.

He admitted, he has had a long standing crush on the ginger knight. From young, he had always admired how strict Kunigami was with himself and the long hours he dedicated to training, but as they got older, those feelings of admiration blossomed into something more, love.

But Kunigami would never feel the same way, right?
