James Hook had his goals for Uliana and his other buddies: lure the pink princess in his manipulative games, make her fall in love with him and when the castlecoming comes he would just crush her heart, watch how Morgie and Uliana humiliates her with that cursed cupcake and laughs alongside with them.
Until something indeed had changed. He had changed for Bridget Hearts - the princess of wonderland who became the sun to his moon, his light in the darkness and the reason he start to feel love.
From a prank it turned to a slow burn love story who at the end of that night it got crushed by Uliana and her gang. That's where he lost her and that's when he realised what Bridget meant for his heart, mind and ambitions.
It was his first time he ever felt love, a ray of happiness and sweetness, the desire to be a better person only for her until the real devil decided to crush James's ambitions and romance between him and Bridget.
The Castlecoming should be something special even for the villain like him but there was the suffocating, toxic character who desired to crush Bridget Hearts to pieces even to show that James had done a mistake for even leaving them over some common woman.
Many emotions went through his body - rage, anger towards Uliana and himself, sadness for causing Bridget so much pain and guilt for not telling her the truth sooner or later.
He wouldn't leave the things like this, James Hook never gives up from something his dark eyes like a dark sky laid on, he would make sure Uliana pays for it, for breaking his Bridget's heart and mostly he would change for Bridget as how much he could.
From some villainous, cunning, arrogant and self centered pirate who cares about himself he turned into a lovesick man who desired Bridget and wanted her touch all over him. He will burn the world for her, he will steal for her and mostly he will do everything so they can be together again.
That's a bitter yet sweet attraction between two souls from different worlds, circumstances and hearts.
