The two love birds were back in their dormitory room so Bridget could treat her pirate's wounds from his violent fight with his father, for their luck the wounds were small and it would be easy to treat them.
There's no need of infirmary or serious medical care at least that's what both of their minds thought yet Bridget was more concerned like a mother saw her child to fall from a bike which made James to hold back a snicker while she treated his wounds in that manner.
"Y'know it's not that serious...I literally lost a limp that pain can't be beaten." A huff escaped from Bridget's lips when James spoke in such nonchalant manner - even if he didn't lose another limp that still didn't soothe her soul.
"It doesn't matter, you were still in pain even if it's a small one. It is a luck that you don't have any other serious injuries from your fight with your father."
James could see how much she was concerned even scared that something worst could've happened to him which made his heart to skip a few beats. It felt nice hell peaceful someone to care about him like how his passed away mother did but in a very different font.
Bridget gently bandaged the knuckles of his hand while being careful and giving him some soft soothing glances to make sure he's comfortable yet all he did was to stare at her like she was an angel from another planet.
A snicker escaped from her lips when she saw how he was dozing himself while staring at her even his heart beat is more louder than her own one.
"You really shouldn't stare at me that much, your nose will bleed even."
James rolled his eyes and huffed yet he snickered at the same time from her small joke, it made him feel again all fuzzy like at the enchanted lake when they were knowing each other more better.
Yet his mind still scolded him to tell her about the whole plan of Uliana from who started their relationship but still he couldn't let himself to tell her, something held him back. Perhaps the fear that he will lose the only good thing of his life and will become the same disgraceful pirate as before.
A sigh escaped from his lips, his hook gently playing with strands of her pink wavy hair and then he muttered in a deep tone while staring in her brown eyes, getting lost in their beauty and making him more in love and more protective over her.
"...I don't deserve you." Bridget blinked twice when he said it, a look of softness, determination and sadness got on her features she hated when he thought that he didn't deserve her.
He did and Bridget knew it with her whole heart and soul. A soft hand got placed on his cheek, her thumb moving in circular soothing motion while looking into his eyes with a lot of love that it couldn't be described with words hell with letters.
"James...you do deserve me. You deserve to be happy and if I'm that happiness, I'm glad you finally experience something good in your life. Because you are the first man who makes me to feel this 'love' emotions...nothing will change that. I promise you."
Her speech soothed his heart and soul, the troubled thoughts fading out of sight and his mind getting filled with the sweet words of Bridget and how she showered him with unconditional love like he did with her.
Her words brought back his charming smile while he leaned so close that their foreheads were touching each other, their fingers holding gently feeling half warmth, half coldness from their skins and finger prints then their lips got in a soft, passionate contact or so-called kiss.
The kiss was way more longer than usual, the same passionate emotions coming back in their bodies and none of them didn't want to break the kiss not even for a single knock on the door, hell for someone else.
Their hearts skipped a few beats when the kiss got more further and again they ended up in the same situation like a few days later after that night of confessions, sharing family traumas and promise to run away together from the miserable fates they had.
Their love seemed almost unreal for some students's eyes, even Bridget's parents didn't approve this love in fact it made them disgusted that their daughter decided to date someone from her low class. It was unbelievable and her behavior today too, she had changed to the worst in their eyes yet I'm reality she had changed for the best.
And for some people their love made them so disgusted that they couldn't wait any longer for the castlecoming and to crush the two love birds's love story, to ruin both of their lives and to give some payback to the traitor pirate.
Uliana of course saw the earlier events which brought a cruel smirk on her face, adding new strings in her plan and thinking for the perfect moment to strike at the night of the castlecoming - it will bring her a sweet victory for her humiliation, the betrayal of James and his two buddies and mostly she will crush Bridget's spirit to pieces.
Now Uliana was at the blue lagoon, standing around the pot and using spying spell to watch how the pair was kissing and speaking sweet words to each other which made her to feigning a throw up face and turn towards Morgie who stood loyal to Uliana even after the group got shattered.
"Look at them...pathetic and too 'sweet' for my bitter taste. James got ruined from miss walking sweet tooth."
Uliana muttered in a cruel manner while rolling her eyes and snapping her fingers for the spell to finish then turning fully towards Morgie who scoffed and matched her expression, his voice filling the empty blue lagoon.
"He got weak, that's his problem. He let some feelings to change him. She's the problem and he fell for her."
Uliana shook her head in agreement with Morgie then the same cruel look and a smirk got onto her face while she took out her small pocket mirror and fixed her appearance.
"Oh he will pay for what he did, for what he didn't do perhaps. Just watch and enjoy how we will crush one clown love story. It will be a triumph in my life just like yours, dear Morgie."
The both villains smirked at each other, a few cracked laughs escaping from their lips. The couple wouldn't expect the sudden stab in the back when the castlecoming comes.
There will be tears, crushed hearts, betrayals and a broken love story.
