The whole encounter between Bridget and Ella had made them a bit more distant towards each other. They haven't talked from days or hung out together, in fact Bridget always spent her time in the dormitory during the free times and thought about literally everything.
Ella had a point that her parents would freak out if they hear that their daughter is dating a pirate who's supposed to be a future villain, but her heart told her otherwise. She loved him and he loved her, that's all it mattered for Bridget and her parents or anyone else wouldn't change it.
Like usual Bridget had finished her potion class and start to leave the room until Ella suddenly appeared with guilty expression on her face and in her hands she held a cupcake who she cooked by herself, she wanted to fix the things with Bridget and she wanted to be a better friend for her best friend.
"Before you leave and give me a silence treatment...I want to heavily apologise for my behaviour and that I was one of the worst friends. You deserved my support and I on the other hand being paranoid and like your goddamn parents treating you unfairly and not being happy for you...I hate when we fight and when we both don't talk with each other...will you forgive me?"
Bridget felt touched from the sincere apology of Ella and the fact she even baked a cupcake with her favourite frosting - it touched the pink haired woman's heart.
A smile formed onto her lips, her arms hugged gently her best friend whose eyes were widen and yet a relief flashed over her features then returned the hug.
The two girls had fixed their friendship even Ella had worked on herself to be more better version of herself than to be like Anastasia and Drizella who were the most spoiled devils with hidden horns under their hairs.
After a very long conversation, hugs and forgiveness time both of the girls separated their ways towards their dorms to take a bit afternoon rest and plan their gowns for the upcoming Castlecoming event/week.
It was a very important event for every prince and princesses even the villains - it would be the night of their lives and indeed one unforgettable as how Uliana and Morgie planned to.
The young princess had returned back to her dormitory and sighed in relief when she laid in her bed and closed her eyes for a moment until she heard a knock on her door which made her to stand up and open the door only to see her lover in front of her with smile on his face.
"I want to show you something, it's a surprise for you." James said which made Bridget to smile softly and being excited - he had made a surprise for her? That touched her heartstrings.
"It's not a live crocodile is it?" Bridget joked with a soft giggle escaping from her lips which made James to scoff and snicker at the same time, he feigned an insulted look and touched his chest with his fleshy hand "How dare you...I would never give my love such a present. It's not for everyone after all."
Both of them snickered at each other about their banter until Bridget gently took his hand and let him to lead the way outside of the academy.
A small snicker escaped from her lips when she felt his hand covering her eyes and start leading the way carefully while keeping Bridget's vision in the dark and helped her to move.
"Is it necessary?" Bridget asked with a small giggle escaped from her lips who made James to smirk and shake his head slowly then to speak in a teasing manner while being extremely carefully with leading the way and keeping Bridget's eyes covered and his hook gently touching her left hand.
"You're such an impatient thing, ain't ya?" Bridget scoffed softly and smiled at the same time, James knew her so well as it seemed.
Their steps were slow and calm, both of them exchanging words filled with excitement, teasing and love - their love grew more stronger and stronger that they even moved in the hallways of the academy holding hands and announcing their relationship in this manner.
At first the royalties and the villains couldn't believe in their eyes that James Hook and Bridget Hearts were having relationship and not some temporary one - it was amusing, shocking even unreal that a villain pirate and a princes of Wonderland were dating even if they were the heavy opposite of each other.
The walk suddenly stopped, Bridget could feel James's chin to rest on her shoulder and gently whisper in her ear which made a shiver to be sent down her spine, her cheeks to turn soft crimson pink and her lips to form a soft smile.
"Are you ready to see your surprise, my love?" his whispered question made her weak in the knees, excited in her whole body and her breath to hitch from the warmth of his breath.
"Yes..." Bridget said with the same soft smile on her features and even clapped her hands in excitement even if she couldn't see that much. James chuckled at her small childish action and shook his head - he loved her for so many things including her child like gestures when she gets more excited than usual.
"Alright then..." the pirate said with smile on his face and slowly moved his hand away from her eyes who sparked with shock and affection.
Her jaw was half dropped when she stared at the surprise in front of her - a pirate ship just like he spoke at that night on the rooftop under the stars.
James could see waves of mixed emotions which warmed his heart and soul - he made her indeed happy and kept half of his promise.
The pirate got in front of his beloved, his hand gently taking hers and speaking softly while staring down at her beautiful brown eyes and caressing her hair with his hook in the most careful way so he doesn't harm a strand of her silky pinky hair.
"I promised you that after when we graduate this shitty place we will run away and explore the world together. As long I have you by my side, I don't need gold or a crew to worship me...I only need you. And that ship costed all the money I had but it was worth it for you and only you."
Bridget felt heavily touched, her expression was a blushing mess again just like when he confessed his love to her at her dormitory. She couldn't restraint herself and quickly wrapped her arms around his neck and placed a gentle kiss on his lips.
"I love you..." Bridget whispered softly with gentle smile on her face, her thumb moving across his cheek in a slow circular movements, enjoying to feel his cold flesh under her warm fingerprints.
"And I love you more than anything else, more than even the sea." James replied with a soft, tender voice, his hand gently caressing her cheek and smiling down at her. Their lips met again in a soft yet passionate kiss, their hearts thumbed in the same rhythm and their love growing more stronger and strong with each day.
He literally bought a ship for her as how he promised to her and he really hoped that they will run away, that they will have their happily ever after while exploring the world only to be free and to make his beloved the happiest woman alive which he already does.
Both of them were so deep in the love moment than to notice a evil pair of eyes to stare at them while they were hid behind the rocks of the sea where the love birds shared one of their romantic moment after the surprise of the pirate.
Uliana smirked cruelly at the sight, talking to her mind that they wouldn't last long and she will make sure of it. The castlecoming is coming very very soon and Uliana will strike there, where it will hurt the most and that relationship will be shattered in million pieces.
