The carriage ride was quiet and peaceful. My gaze stayed out the window of the carriage as I took in the scenery of my kingdom for the last time before getting on a boat for two days and visiting the kingdom of Bengal. Knowing Sohma, he'll want to give me a tour of his favorite places, so it won't be a quick trip. I felt a small smile play onto my lips at the thought.
"Sebastian, what was the name of the ship we would be on again?" I asked, looking out of the window for a split second. "The RMS Lucania, My Lady." Sebastian answered with a soft smile. "Lucania... the sister ship of the RMS Campania. Ciel told me about his adventures on that ship. What was it like to fight zombies?" I asked Sebastian, recalling the memories from a chat Ciel and I had.
"It was entertaining, to say the least. After all, it isn't everyday you get to fight undead beasts." Sebastian answered, shrugging his shoulders slightly. "Part of me wishes I was there. All of my swordsmanship lessons would've really come in handy. But it sounded like Lady Elizabeth had that covered. We'll have to spar sometime." I tapped my chin at the thought of Elizabeth and I sparring. "I'll inform My Lord for your next visit." Sebastian chuckled.
The carriage came to a halt and I stepped out. The cool spring air danced around as the smell of fresh air hit my nose. The bright sun shot straight onto my face and I lowered my head so my sunhat would block the venomous rays. I looked around as other people crowded around the entrance to the ship. Sebastian grabbed my bag from the back of the carriage while Reya, Emile, and Toru grabbed theirs.
I turned to look at the ship, it's long, broad body spreading out for about a mile or so. The sight was enough to take my breath away. I had never been on a grand boat such as this, but a small paddle boat down a small river near the palace with my parents when I was a young girl. How I miss my mother and father so. "Y/n, my dear, it's time to board the ship." Sebastian's voice pulled me out of my trance. "Oh, right. Let's go, then." I walked onto the ship, Sebastian and the rest of my servants following behind.
The boat was just as grand on the inside as it was on the outside. I just... felt a weird feeling in the pit of my stomach. Like I was being... watched. "Sebastian, do you-" I turned to him and he nodded. "Yes, My Lady. I sense it as well. Best to keep an eye out." Sebastian insisted as I nodded in reply. Sebastian guided me to my bedroom in the lower part of the ship. I had requested for a room where I wouldn't hear the sound of the waves, since I had always been quite seasick.
Sebastian set my suitcase in the room with me, allowing me space to unpack and get somewhat used to the new surroundings. I sat on the bed of the room, slightly bouncing on it to check the bounciness of it. It wasn't the highest quality of a mattress, but it was still suitable to sleep in.

When I finished unpacking, I slowly made my way to the main area of the boat. I first found Sebastian who stood at the edge of the boat, looking out at the sea. The cool, salty smelling air made me feel slightly sick, but I pushed forward to speak to Sebastian. "Have you found anything, Sebastian?" I called out to Sebastian, holding my head to keep it from spinning.
"Unfortunately- Y/n are you alright?" Sebastian had turned to me with supposed bad news, but a look of concern washed over his face, replacing the look of frustration he had once held. Sebastian jumped off the nose of the ship and landed in front of me, resting his hands on my shoulders, his eyes scanning me.
"Sebastian, I'm perfectly fine. Just a bit seasick." I rolled my eyes. It was as if ever since that panic attack I had- which was almost half a year ago now- Sebastian has been treating me like I'm the most fragile thing in the world. I took Sebastian's hands off my shoulders and held my face in my hand. "So you where saying?" I asked, looking back up at Sebastian as he recomposed himself, clearing his throat before speaking.
"Right... unfortunately I haven't found anything. Whoever gave us that feeling is somewhat skilled at keeping themselves hidden." Sebastian tapped his chin as he held it in his hand. I sighed in frustration and looked around the ship to see if anyone was close by. Thankfully, we were alone. Or so I had thought. Before I could get a word out to Sebastian, Emile rushed towards me, tackling me to the ground.
Sebastian grimaced at the sight while I struggled under Emile's weight. "I'm glad to see you're enjoying yourself, Emile." I chuckled as I stood up, dusting myself off. Just as my back went straight, I felt the sickness rushing up from my stomach. I quickly dashed to the side of the ship, releasing the horribly tasting fluids into the sea, my eyes trapped shut. Sebastian held my hair and rubbed my back as I did so.
When I finished, my eyes fluttered open to the sight of the vast, blue sea, and I felt anxious. I quickly stepped away from the edge of the ship, my breathing still heavy. "Are you sure you're alright, My Lady?" Sebastian asked with that same look from before. "Oh please, I'm fine-" I rushed back to the edge of the boat, the slimy waste pouring out of me once again.
"Maybe I need some rest, but don't go treating me like a child." I admitted, even if I never wanted to. Sebastian's expression of concern softened into a smile. "As you wish, my dear Y/n." He bowed to me before leading me to my room, making sure I wasn't shaking too much from the boat's continuous rocking.
