Chapter - 12

Raiden Grayson

She was checking the tint or something on her lips. I never noticed but her lips were the most attractive feature of her after her hair. It was literally heart shaped.

SHE IS SO BEAUTIFUL.

She suddenly asked me, “How does it look?” I got blank at the sudden question.

“It looks stunning on you.” I replied. “Uh… thanks… sorry for that sudden quest-” she tried to say. “You were always stunning.” I unknowingly said that out of nowhere.

We had the unbreakable contact and silence. Meanwhile, Mira, Kai and Adrian came back with 5 matching hats and one seperate for herself.

“Something’s happening, huh?” Mira said with a smirk. We broke the contact.

“Huh? No, we were just talking.” She said, hesitantly. I scratched the back of my head and started walking towards Kai and Adrian.

THAT WAS SO RANDOM, RAIDEN. WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT?

Mira stopped us, “Yo, guys. Wait! Take this. We have matching hats to mark this day.” “We don't need to ha-” Mira cut me off and handed me the hat. Kai and Adrian were already wearing it.

We kept walking. We went to the garage to leave.

“We’ll be parting ways from here.” Kai said. Kai and Adrian lived close to each other so they left together while me, Lia and Mira’s house were on the same direction. We were about to leave together.

We saw them off and then started walking towards our home. With no convo. We just kept walking. Mira’s house was before mine and Lia’s. And mine was before Lia’s. We saw Mira off.

Now, again that awkward silence. Within minutes we reached my house. I could see Lia moving forwards with a sigh... of relief? I ignored that and went in.

“You’re back?” Aunt said while marking some papers. “What are those, aunt?” I asked out of curiosity. “These? These are the answer scripts of the surprise test I took of my class. It has been half a month but I didn’t get the time to check it…” She replied. “Oh… can I see?” I asked. “Sure, check these ones. They are checked.” She replied.

I started seeing those papers while having a lollipop in my mouth.

Woah, everyone is so good in mathematics. I don’t even understand what those are lmao.

While I was checking, I found Lia’s copy.

OMG! 80/80?! Wth is that girl made of... My head hurts… I’ll just go get fresh and then take a rest. Damn it!

I went upstairs and got fresh. As usual, I got through the pictures I took today. I took one of Lia too. A candid. That picture was the best.

Maybe she's just photogenic or how come  the picture turned out this good?!

*Beep*

“Who’s it now?” I muttered to myself.
A group chat... Mira opened it in instagram.
