If there was a thing Damon loved most in the world, it was family dinners around the small circular table that rested near the bay window in the kitchen that looked out on the road.

He enjoyed the being locked in the safe heaven when he sat at the table with his father and siblings. Their was something he just couldn't describe, perhaps it was peace from all the trauma he had endured in Phoniex.

Or maybe it was the fact Charlie would always try to make his kids laugh and smile. He wished to bring joy into their life and watch their eyes sparkle.

"How was work?" Damon questioned, his voice full of excitement as he dug into the chicken that Bella had personally cooked him seeing as he didn't like fish. "See any dead bodies? Oh, or catch any killers?"

Damon's eyes swam with excitement at the thought of the dead bodies and the fascinating killers.

Charlie pursed his lips as he tried to ignore the slight worry in his chest when he saw the crazy look in his eldest sons eyes.

Hardin sighed, knowing he shouldn't have let Damon watch Fear Street last night. Hardin always thought Damon would make a good detective despite the older Swan thinking he would go nowhere with his grades in school.

The middle Swan believed that his elder brother could do so much more. He could become a great man with an empire behind him, and that's why Hardin was interested in the response Damon would give to Toby's father.

"No, Damon. No bodies or killers today." Charlie wished there was at least one body so his son didn't look so upset at his response.

Damon sulked with a pout in his lips, Hardin tried to hide his laughter but couldn't help himself.

Charlie looked at the three of them. "So what do you all do today?"

Damon pearked up as he remembered what he had done today, seeing Rosalie her sparkling golden eyes her luxurious blonde hair. The way her hands combed through his head, the way she gripped his curls. The way her lips..

What did his father ask again?

"Well, I mean, this last hour, we all just hung around the house watching a movie." Hardin told his father, seeing as the other two siblings were frozen in thought. "And earlier we were round the cullen's household."

Hardin said the words upbeat and enthusiastic when the final words left his mouth. Charlie's fork dropped from his hand.

The elder Swan's eyes danced between his three kids. "Dr Cullen's place?" Charlie questioned even though he knew the answer already. "What where you all doing there?"

He was well aware of how many children were in the Cullen family, and he was well aware they had three signle siblings, each who went school with his own children.

When Damon nore Hardin answered, Bella took it as her turn to talk. "I sort of have a date with Edward Cullen, and he wanted to introduce me to his family."
