"Come in," came a response from Veeransh in a robotic tone as he was searching for something on his MacBook. His face held a concentrated expression, highly focused on the device, with a scowl appearing and his eyes growing dead with each passing second.
Soon, the door opened, revealing a very nervous Samaira. She was anxiously biting her lip and clutching her jeans tightly, her gaze fixed firmly on the floor with her head hung low.
