CHAPTER 10

Ryker's POV

Our mate was getting angry, I could feel it. Because Hunter was not listening to Xavier and Ashley, I pulled up my head and told him that it's okay to ride bikes and it's not dangerous. I was against it too. I was afraid too that my mate would get hurt but after seeing her drive that bike, I was proud of her.

"both of you. You know I'm against - " he was indicating to me and Xavier. We had this conversation before and just like before, I won't back down. I used my powers and within a second I was on my knees on couch as my legs were on both side of Hunter's thigh. I looked down at his angry face as I held Hunter's face in my hands and made him look into my eyes.

I mind linked him trying to make him let Ashley drive her bike.

[Hunter... It's okay. Let her drive. She's not gonna get hurt. ]

[Shut up Ryker. Those things are dangerous. Do you even know what will happen if you loose your balance even a bit.]

[I'm sure she can handle it. And looks like she likes her bike. Do you want to anger her? She'll leave us if you make her angry, she'll hate you. ]

I didn't want to use those words but I had to. Hunter was using his Alpha powers on me trying to make me submit as I was countering it with mine. And I saw him flinch a little.

"fine.... But if anything happens to anyone of you because of those damn bikes, I'm gonna make scrap out of them. And don't forget your punishment that'll come afterwards. "

Hunter said with a defeated sigh as he still glared at me intensely. His threats are funny. His glares were getting dangerous.

We were fighting eachother for dominance. But neither of us were backing down, why would I, I'm not like others. Even if I'm not the top with Hunter, I'm still an Alpha. And I've lived my life being a dominant, I'm not gonna stop now.

I glanced back a little to see others had their head down. Our mate was holding on to Xavier. It's affecting them. I let my power down as I mind linked Xavier and others to leave.

After that I bent down and kissed Hunter so he won't notice anything. He smirked against my lips in thought that he won and started moving his lips against mine. Sparks were flying in my body as his hands went to my ass and squeezed them harshly.

I gasped against his lips as he slipped his tongue in my mouth. Our kiss got heated as we both were making out on the couch. His scent changed as I smell his arousal. It was mouthwatering.

My hands went to his t-shirt as I pulled it off from his body and stared at his naked chest. Never thought I would be aroused by seeing a man's chest. But that was until I met Xavier.

"guys get a room. " we heard Daniel as he entered the room with his hands behind his head.

That was when Hunter turned his head around and panicked after not finding our mate.

"She went home a while ago. " Xavier said as he jumped above the couch and sat beside us. " now please continue " he said with a smirk as he watched us.

He sure do like steamy stuff and teasing us.

"Shall we continue this Mr alpha. " I asked Hunter as he glared at me but sighed later. I started moving my hips over his hard bulge as he glared at me and he let out a growl. But nonetheless, he let me do whatever I wanted.

I licked my lips as I pulled his shirt up and discarded it behind me somewhere. His eyes were on me the whole time as I reached for my jacket and pulled it off me.

His eyes darkened as he watched my hands go down to my waist to my pants and he suddenly stood up with me , startling me. His hands were on my butt as he squeezed them making me hold his shoulders tightly.

And suddenly I sensed his dominant aura again. My eyes widen in fear as I gulped. I heard Xavier whistle with a damn tone.

"Hunter.... "

"save your explanation for later. Right now, let's move you my room. "

Daniel's POV

After both of the guys left, I went to sit beside Xavier that was going through some TV channels. He stopped on national geographic channel with some wolf documentary going on.

Damian was in office again telling us he'll busy himself in work cause Hunter is with Ryker now, knowing the alpha work is important. He's been in the office with that stupid sad face for so long after the incident but now that our mate is back, he looks happy.

I looked at the screen but my mind was elsewhere. I was thinking about Ashley. Will she accept me? After knowing what I did in past will she be able to accept me?

But most importantly, she don't even know our history yet. How we end up together living at same place while none of us are related. We need to tell her, but will she be able to accept us after that?

"Daniel. What's bothering you?" I heard Xavier as he turned in his seat and held my face in his hands. His eyes went soft with worry as he looked into mine, again those eyes. He should really learn to control them, but maybe he just like using them.

"N-nothing. "

"it's clearly not nothing. I've been watching you behave like this for a while now and even after meeting Ashley, you look bothered. So tell me what's wrong?" his soft deep voice asked me in worry and I couldn't help but wrap my arms around his neck as his hands circled around my body and he held me close comforting me.

"it's really some stupid thing. "

"tell me babe. What is it?" he asked forcing on the topic making me feel scared, because I don't think he'll like it.

"we have to tell her everything and I'm scared that she'll hate me." I confessed as his hands tighten around my body and he growled in anger.

"She'll not do that. " he growled at me as he pushed me to the couch and looked me into my eyes then his eyes went soft again. "Daniel. Stop thinking about past. It was a mistake and you have already corrected it. You went through punishment as well. So stop degrading yourself. She won't hate You. "

"at some point everyone did. "

"No. We were mad, but we also know you regretted that. We've already forgiven you, even Damian has forgiven you, so can't you forgive yourself. You are just being pessimistic because you hate yourself for doing that. And you need to stop. Everyone has over come that, it's in the past and we don't live in past, babe. We love you. I love you, even our wolves agree." he said softly while I was still unsure of it. I mean what if everyone does hate me but are not showing because it'll hurt me.

After seeing me not reply or react, Xavier growled at me in anger and that was enough for Damian to descend down the stairs.

"Xavier. Daniel. What's happening here?" he asked with a worried look and I whined in embarrassment and hid my face in Xavier neck who was still hovering over me.

[ don't tell him please ]

I said to Xavier through our mind link and he growled lowly. He stood up from me as he pushed my hands away and stomped out of the house in anger leaving me with Damian to answer all the questions.

"Daniel. Tell me what happened?"
