*Third Person's POV*

The evening had finally arrived for the Forks High School End-of-the-Year concert and the atmosphere buzzed with excitement. Students, parents, and friends filled the auditorium with chatter and laughter. Addi was set to perform and the anticipation was palpable.

Carlisle and Esme arrived together as their presence was calm and reassuring amidst the buzz of the crowd. Esme smiled as she thought of Addi, while Carlisle's demeanor remained focused, aware of the gravity of the situation surrounding their family. As they walked toward the entrance, Aro, Caius, Marcus, and the Guard met up with them. The Kings moved with an air of authority, yet they blended seamlessly into the human throng, while their otherworldly nature was masked by the festive spirit of the evening.

The clamor of the crowd dulled the heightened awareness that usually accompanied their presence. No one seemed to suspect that the elegant figures among them were high rulers of vampire world, a fact that both relieved and cautioned Carlisle. He could feel the excitement of the evening unfolding, but he still kept a cautious eye on the group to ensure that they had kept their word of having self control around humans.

They stood in line, waiting to enter the auditorium. The sound of laughter and music drifted from within, mingling with the warm night breeze. Carlisle and Esme exchanged glances, both eager to see Addi take the stage. Suddenly, Aro's gaze drifted toward a familiar pair standing nearby—Bella and Edward. The Volturi Kings shared knowing looks, intrigued by the unexpected presence of the young couple.

"Bella." Aro called out, stepping forward with an air of charm that was hard to resist. The other two followed, with a hint of curiosity in their expressions. Bella's eyes widened in shock as they approached. "What are you doing here?" She asked, with her voice tinged with disbelief. "You're...at a high school concert?" "We are here to see Addi." Aro replied, a smile playing on his lips. "We wanted to witness her performance as we've been told that she possesses quite the talent." Marcus added. Bella exchanged a quick glance with Edward, who stood protectively beside her, and nodded in response of their reasoning.

"I see you are still human. You promised to become one of us. It seems rather foolish to dally in this world when you have made such a commitment." Caius reminded her, abruptly. Bella's jaw tightened at his words, but she held her ground. "The date is set. I'm not backing out." She said, with a nod. Edward nodded in agreement, with his expression serious. "We're going to sit with Bella's father." He said, gently guiding Bella away from the Volturi.

As they turned to leave, Caius sneered as his voice was dripping with disdain. "A human keeping her promise? How quaint." He scoffed, clearly unimpressed. Marcus, who had been quietly observing, sighed softly. "She will fulfill her agreement, Caius. Do not underestimate her resolve. She is more determined than you think." He said, calmly yet firm. Aro watched Bella and Edward disappear into the crowd, while a thoughtful expression crossed his face. "Indeed, this will be interesting." He mused, with a smile returning on his face.

The doors to the auditorium swung open and a wave of sound rushed out to greet them as the orchestra was warming up. Carlisle led the way, guiding the Volturi Kings and the Guard toward the back row seats, where they could observe the concert without drawing too much attention. Afterwards, Carlisle and Esme settled into the seats directly in front of where the Volturi were seated, with Emmett and Jasper.

Caius' sharp senses detected something in the air that set him on edge. "The enemy is among us." He hissed, with his voice low and filled with malice. Carlisle overheard Caius, so he followed his line of sight and noticed Bella and Edward seated in the front row with her father, Charlie. To their right, Jacob Black sat with his father, Billy. The tension in the air thickened as Caius' eyes locked onto the direction where Jacob's werewolf scent was detected, brimming with barely contained hostility.
