"It's official," I said. "This is the greatest movie of all time."
"Y/N, I don't understand why you like y/f/m so much," Kendall joked. "Although, it is better than when you made me watch Top Gun: Maverick a million times with you in junior year."
My smile faded at the mention of that movie, reminding me of Glen.
"Do you want to watch anything else?" Kendall said quickly, changing the subject.
"In a minute, Kendall," I replied, getting up off the couch. "I have to check the mail real quick."
"K."
I headed into the elevator, got out on the bottom floor, and walked towards the mailbox. I unlocked it and was greeted by a red envelope. I took it out and headed back up to my apartment. As stepped in, Kendall lifted up her head and gestured towards the envelope in my hand.
"Premiere invite?" she asked.
"Yeah," I replied.
"Which movie?"
I opened the invitation and skimmed through it. My brows raised as I read through it.

My mouth dropped open in shock, and I turned the invitation for Kendall to see. She walked over, perused it, and then turned to me.
"Oh my god," she said. "Are you going to go?"
"Should I?"
"Yes!" she exclaimed. "Show Glen how well you've been doing."
But I hadn't been doing well. I had spent the last month getting over both Glen and Caleb. Although, these past few days had been my best in quite a while.
"I'll go," I said.
