Jackson's house is a beautiful two story surrounded by trees. There is also a huge fenced in backyard that hugs the tree line. A family home that I have always dreamed about. There is two living spaces, four bedrooms, and a balcony outside the master bedroom. There are two and a half bathrooms; two upstairs and the half down stairs for guests. I did notices a few little things he added with me in mind. I can still remember all the conversations we had about our future home. It is like I have been on his mind when he made his decisions. I can see myself living here with him. I can see the girls growing, finding themselves, and being a family. One that we never had before.

"What do you think?" Jackson asked as we stood on the balcony looking over the backyard. I can see the woods lining the back of the yard.

"I love it."

"Can you see yourself living here? If you want to change anything we can do it. I want you to be happy here."

"I am happy anywhere you are. Why did you add a balcony?"

"I'm not going to lie, I was thinking of you when I did most of the work. I hoped that one day you would find me. I built this house for us."

"So sure of yourself." I teased him as I turned around in his arms.

"I held on to faith that I would see you again."

"I love you." I said as I stood on the tip of my toes to give him a kiss.

"I love you too, baby." He replied as he pulled my body closer to his and placing his lips back over mine. Kissing me deeper than we have in years. It has been a long time since I have been kissed this way. I could get lost with his lips on mine. It is like we have not been apart. This is home; he is my home.

"Wow." I whispered when we broke apart.

"I know right. Let's get ready to see our girls."

"I miss them." I confessed as he took my hand and lead me back into the bedroom. Our bedroom, our home, and I would not have it any other way.

It did not take us long to get to Lucas' house. I found out that the whole family has their own houses on the property. I knew they would not go far from each other. They have always been a tight knit family. They are what true families are and I am glad that the girls and I have found ours. Finally we have someone to love us and not turn away. I hope that this is not to good to be true. It would break all of our hearts.

"Are you ready to see our girls?" Jackson asked when we pulled up in the driveway and parking behind Lucas' truck.

"Yes, I'm not use to being away from them so much." I confessed as I took my seatbelt off and reached for the door handle to get out.

"I'll get it." He said, climbing out of the truck and rushing over to open the door for me.

"Thank you." I replied placing my hand in his as he helped me down.

"Lucas said that everyone is in the back." I forgot how much time this family spends outside. It would be good for the girls to get outside in the fresh air instead of spending all their time cooped up in doors. The house we are in now does not have a yard for the girls, but out here they have room to run.

"Uncle Jack Jack!" Sophia screamed running towards us with Kate on her heels with a huge smile. When was the last time I saw her run or wearing a big grin? I have missed way too much. All the shifts I have been working to pay bills, household items, and making payments to my lawyer. I have no time for my girls and it breaks my heart knowing that I am not there for them like I should be.

"Did y'all have fun?" Jackson asked the girls breaking me out of my thoughts.

"Yes! And Kate didn't get sick once." Sophia answered him.
