The Mystery Shack was being sprayed for skunks and cats, an odd mixture but Soos gave the bright idea to go to the local arcade. [M/N] yawns as he rubbed his eyes as the smell of sweat and pizza with the add sound of people hitting buttons on video games. He blinked as he saw Wendy and Dipper happily rush to the back where the two player games were, [M/N] ignored them for now.

"This is it, dudes, my favorite place in. Everything I know, I learned right here. A frog taught me how to cross a street. When my house was haunted, I learned how to eat ghosts. And this thing taught me how to dance." Soos' voice says as he walked them through the pathway of arcade games, showing each one with pride as he smiles, [M/N] gazes at them with little yawns escaping his lips as he walked. Nothing caught his eye in particular as he walked, watching people, even Stan was amused about the coin game.

[MN] walked around before stopping at a fortune teller machine; it had a wooden box like an arcade game and glass surrounding it unlike the other games. It was some standard game, throw in a quarter and get a crappy paper with a crappier meaning of life fortune. Though instead of some human figure in the box, it was a penguin with a suit and top hat with a bright white snowflake tucked onto the corner of the top hat. [M/N]'s fingers traced over the name printed on the glass as the game lit up suddenly making him flinch.

Dr.Future, Penguin of divinity

"Oh so...you can tell the future...as a penguin?" [M/N] mutters as he looked at the robot bird.

Then the lights of machine went off with the music coming out a bit creaky as the tuxedo-tuxedoed bird flapped its arms to life as "Pop goes the Weasel" plays as [M/N] flinched back shielding his face as the lights shine brightly between reds, blues, yellows and green before going to dark blue and white.

"Insert a coin and I'll tell you of your destiny." The bird says as [M/N] glanced over his shoulder to his friends' playing games, Stan's inserting quarters into the scam machine and Dipper still playing with Wendy at the back.

Oh well, probably telling me to put stock into the market or something.

[M/N] placed the quarter into the slot and pushed it in, the lights twinkled as the slot pushed out and [M/N] watched the machine glitter and the monocle on the Penguin. Pop goes the Weasel rings loudly and the machine shakes before the smell of smoke wafted through the machine as a piece of paper slipped out.

"Here's a penguin fact! Male or female, Penguins will fuck everything!" The animatronic machine says with a flap of his arms.

[M/N] grimaced as he shook his head as he took the paper from the slot, and hissed loudly as he felt the metal cut his finger. "Fuck man, fuck..." he grumbled, putting his finger into his mouth as his eyes gazed at the piece of paper with the words.

Everything happens for a reason, follow your heart.

"Cliche." [M/N] says as he poked the paper and flinched when a hand tapped his shoulder, looking and saw Dipper who looked annoyed.

"You okay dude?"

"Yes..." Dipper huffed before shaking his head, "No....Robbie stole my spot playing with Wendy at the game we were playing."

[M/N] peeked over to see Robbie and Wendy playing the fighting game, both hip to hip with the occasional cuddling between the two with Robbie's arm around her. "We should report them. Couples should be illegal to cuddle like that and game."

"Nah, I don't want to get Wendy in trouble." Dipper says, as he peeked over [M/N]'s shoulder. "What game were you playing with?"

"Oh, this animal aesthetic fortune teller-" [M/N] explains as he turned but his eyes going wide a bit to see the Penguin fortune teller was gone, nothing but another arcade game with a tarp over them. [M/N] pulled up the tarp and looked at the old and broken arcade game, but nothing like the bird fortune teller. He frowns to himself as he glances around but doesn't see it as Dipper comes into his vision who smiles awkwardly at him.
