An explanation

Clary's POV
We land in the library and Izzy starts yelling at me.

"Stop," I said, "I can explain. Jace can get a shower, and then we will meet in the training room in 10 minutes."

"Fine, but it better be good," is he says. She leaves, and I ask Alec if he can get a bucket of water a random piece of metal, and bring it to the training room. Alec says he will and leaves. Me and Hailey help Jace to his room, and Hailey leaves to go to the training room.

"How?" Jace asks.

"How what?" I ask him.

Water, ice, wind, fire, and invisibility?"

"New powers," I tell him, "you need a shower." He nods and us to get a shower. I change into training gear. Then I pull my hair up into a bun, Jace finishes and we head down to the training room.

As soon as we get there, I lift water out of the bucket and Hailey turns into ice. I melt the piece of metal with fire. Hailey makes it windy. Then I turn invisible and climb up onto the jumping beam where I turn visible again.

"See," I said for jumping off. I look around and see Isabelle and Alec's mouths wide open.

"How?" Isabelle asks.

"Don't know," I say, "we just woke up with these powers."

"Oh," izzy says.

"I am hungry," I say, "let's get food."
