Clary's POV
"Mom!" I say rushing over to her. I get up and run to the kitchen. I open the fridge and grab a water bottle, then I grab a washcloth and get it wet with cool water. I turn around and head towards the hall. When I get out the door I see Sebastion in the hall.
"Go away!" I say. Instead of listening to me he grabs the washcloth from me.
"Relax," he says as we get to the library. He goes over to the couch where Luke and Jace moved my mom, and then with a gentleness none of us have seen from him, he sets the washcloth on her head. I take the water bottle over there and open it. He grabs it and gently lifts my mom up.
He puts the bottle to her mouth and she takes a sip.
Jocelyn's POV
I feel something cool against my forehead. I feel something against my lips it is a water bottle, so I take a sip. I open my eyes to see Clary and Sebastion both looking down at me with a concerned look
Wait, I think, why would Sebastion be concerned?
Sebastion's POV
After Jocelyn wakes up Clary and Jace grab my arms and pulls me to the hall.
"You still haven't answered me," Clary says.
"I have been here this entire time." I say, "Congratulations on your engagment!"
