Third Person's POV :
"CHOI-YOON HANNAH!" Seungcheol shouted as he stepped outside, his voice stern. Jun followed suit, a frown etched on his face.
Hannah and Hyunjin froze, their faces turning crimson as they realised they had been caught. "Dad, we—"
"Don't 'Dad' me!" Seungcheol interrupted, hurt that his daughter had felt the need to hide this from him. Jun chimed in just as he was about to continue, revealing an equally startling discovery.
"And look at this!" Jun pointed fiercely towards his daughter Byeol, who was standing sheepishly with Heesung at a distance, her hand intertwined with his.
"WEN BYEOL! , WHAT ARE YOU DOING MISS?"
As the tension escalated, Joshua and the others came outside, sensing the commotion. Joshua glanced at Hyunjin, then at Seungcheol. "What's going on?" he asked, looking concerned.Seungcheol took a deep breath, trying to compose himself.
"Hannah and Hyunjin were... together," he said, gesturing towards the couple. Then he turned to Jun. "And your daughter is with Heesung!"
"We weren't hiding it forever!" Hannah piped up, her voice small. "We just didn't want to make it a big deal...""But that's exactly what you did," Seungcheol replied, struggling to contain his frustration. "You know how we feel about all this. You should have been honest with us."
The husbands stepped in, ready to defuse the situation. Joshua took a deep breath.
"How about we all sit down and talk about this? It's important that you both feel safe to share your relationships with us," he said gently, directing the last part at Hyunjin and Hannah.
As Seungcheol observed the attentive expressions on the faces of everyone around him, he realized that, while he initially felt angry and betrayed, this was also a chance for open communication—a time for understanding rather than confrontation."Okay," he finally said, his voice steadier. "Let's talk about this as a family. But I want to understand what this means for both of you," he added, glancing at Hannah and Hyunjin. The kids nodded, realizing that they had a chance to explain themselves in a supportive environment.
"Okay, okay, everyone calm down!" Seungkwan said, trying to mediate. "Let's just take a breath here. They're still young and figuring things out."
"Figuring things out? They've been sneaking around for months!" Seungcheol raised his voice, drawing the attention of the other parents, creating an atmosphere of tension.Joshua stepped forward, placing a hand on Seungcheol's shoulder. "Seungcheol, let's hear them out. This is a big moment for them, maybe we should..." he hesitated, searching for the right words, "give them a chance to explain?"
Jeonghan, observing the unfolding drama, chimed in gently, "Hannah, Hyunjin, Byeol and Heesung, we need to talk about this."As the kids shuffled forward, Byeol and Heesung approached, clearly nervous. Jun took a deep breath, attempting to maintain his composure. "Can someone explain what's going on? Why didn't you tell us?"Hannah glanced at Hyunjin, and he nodded encouragingly. "We didn't know how you'd react," she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper, "We really care about each other, and we thought we could keep it a secret until we were sure."
Hyunjin nodded in agreement, his cheeks flushed. "Yeah, Uncle Seungcheol. We just didn't want to make things awkward for everyone."
