'Love'

After a particular horrible fight with his parents Jules had enough,he packed his stuff,forced Lilith to do the same and left with her. At first they lived with a friend before finding a place to live.

It started rather peaceful,they got along well and everything was perfect. For maybe a month. After that Jules started becoming more aggressive,always being away and exploding with anger whenever Lilith just approached him the wrong way. Lilith would've probably left him immediately if it wasn't for Jules constantly telling her he just meant well and that if she left him she'd have no one left and would probably get into a even worse life.

He kept telling her everything he ever did was just out of love,he constantly reminded her about all the times he protected her and how he always stood up for her making Lilith believe he was some sort of saint.

Which she definitely saw him as. In her eyes Jules was some sort of saviour. Of course,he was an asshole but he protected her. Nothing could happen while he was there. So the fact she stays with him no matter what he does just stirs from that deep feeling of him being everything she has. Everything she will ever need in her life. And what was a little pain against protection?
Even after she met kido and moved in with him she will always hold on to Jules.

Give her the choice between Jules and kido? She will choose Jules. Definitely. He would probably just have to make a small snap with his fingers and she'd run back to him. Because in her mind Jules is someone that always saved her, someone she will trust with her life even when he threatened to kill her multiple times before.

Especially because with Jules she knows that he will stay with her,with kido she isn't sure about that. There's always that deep fear lingering in her that he'll leave her at some point,toss her aside like nothing special. Which would make Jules words about her being all alone without him true.

On the other hand the thought of Lilith leaving forever makes Jules absolutely livid. Even if he doesn't admit it and doesn't show it he loves her. In his own weird way. Hey he killed all those men just because of what happened to her. That is at least love in his eyes.

Jules has no real concept of human emotions,he never had. He was always the "weird" kid. The one that would just stare at someone or say random stuff that would disturb others. He has no true idea of love. No real concept of asking for something,in his eyes he can just take whatever he wants. In his eyes everyone should just follow after what he wants. Oh you don't want to do this? He will guilt trip you or perhaps beat you up until you say yes. He only needs others when they are good for something he wants.
