I wouldn't directly give Lilith PTSD but she surely has some sign of it. Such as getting flashbacks off her past from certain smells or sounds. People who have as an example been to war might get triggered by the smell of smoke and start reliving memories. Lilith has that with coffee as an example.
It seems silly to the bare eye but the smell of it makes her want to cry and throw up,often making her relive memories of her parents as example the few times her mother would pour still burning hot coffee over Liliths skin,which caused a lot of old burn scar on her body. Other things that give Lilith similar responses as PTSD after her assault she couldn't sleep in her own room (where the assault happened) bc she'd constantly be terrified and wouldn't stop shaking and staring at the door in complete terror,causing her to sleep in jules room up until they moved out together. If you look at the old pictures she keeps,her parents faces will always be scratched away or they will be completely ripped off as seeing their faces triggers Liliths trauma. Her trauma responses are all very PTSD related but I wouldn't directly say that she has PTSD,but multiple different deep traumas that tie strongly together and border very close to PTSD.
