"I'm not going to their wedding." I told Nani as I did my homework. "Why not! I know the perfect seamstress!" Nani sits down next to me on my bed. "I don't think going to a wedding is the right idea right now." I hadn't been having the best time making any friends with anyone. Aside from maybe Gabbi, but that was a maybe. Nani and Tatianna of course, but no one else that I could call a friend. "With that being said, it's the perfect reason to go! You could find some more friends. You not going would be an even bigger issue." I had told them earlier about my conversations with Gabbi, and a little bit about what happened with Melody. I kept some of the details private though. But I'm sure they knew more than I told them since I never came to the dorm last night after they left.

"I'm just saying, don't think it's going to be a bad night, until you actually go. Auradon has more magic than you'd believe." Trust me, I know. I always wondered what it'd be like, to like a boy, but now that I know it hurts. I don't even know anything about him. I can't get to know him. "Ughh. When is this wedding?" I whined flopping back on my bed. Tati and Nani squealed loudly. "How about tomorrow after lessons we all go down to Evie's Closet Clothing and she can curate the perfect dress for you? How does that sound?"

"It sounds fine I guess. I just don't have any money to pay her." Nothing in this world is free. "Don't even think about that, I'm sure she'll let it be on sale anyway since it's you're first dress, you just came from the Isle, and Nani and I can take care of it."

"Okay. What about you guys? Are you going?"

"Of course we're going. We're picking up our dresses tomorrow actually." I bite my lip and sit up. "I need shoes too, my hair needs to get done-"

"Girl! We've got you, no reason to get all worked up over something so little."

"I just... I've never been to a wedding before. Or a party. Or dinner actually. I don't get why you two are being so nice to me anyway."

"Because you deserve it girl. Not everyone gets a chance to live in Auradon. It hurts to think about all those kids down in Wonderland and those in Neverland. They're all stuck there. I'm glad we got paired with such a cool roommate."

"We were beginning to get tired of each other." Tati pursed her lips and glanced at Nani, it made me laugh. "okay okay. I need to get some sleep then if we're gonna have such a long day. I don't think I've ever walked around this much in my life! My feet are absolutely killing me!" Nani and Tati both agreed that it was time for bed, and we all got changed into pajamas. I never thought about bringing Pajamas, Nani let me borrow her black satin set. I felt like I was sleeping in a cloud. As soon as the lights went out, the room covered in darkness, only lip up by moonlight.

"You know I remembered another thing." I said, breaking the silence in the room. "Huh?" one of them replied sleepily. "I don't know how to dance." Tati started laughing. Nani and I joining in soon after that.

"I'm thinking..." Evie, a bright eye'd, blue haired girl with a tiny tiara bit her lip, deep in thought. "Red!" she clasped her hands together, a bright smile on her face. "Well yes." Evie started taking in my measurements. "I have a thousand and one shades of red!" Nani and Tati left me alone with Evie and Doug, who sat at a desk in the corner on a computer and writing down stuff. "Let's head to the fabrics room and we can talk more there!" Evie grabbed onto my hand and pulled me into another room down the hall. "I have a few basic dress designs from old dresses, you can look through that while I collect your fabrics okay?" I nodded as Evie sat me down at a desk, a couple books in front of me. "These are long dresses, these are high-low dresses, and these are short dresses. Look through any of them." I didn't know what a high-low dress was, so I looked through that book first. Evie and I chatted casually about the Isle.
