Chapter 35

Meanwhile, inside a garage was a limousine. Inside the limousine turned out to be Rick Discker, Winston Deavor, Mrs. Lunatin, Ma'am, and the four cats, Jennifer, Henry, Ms. Ginger, and Squeaker. They were all sleeping inside, well, almost all. Jennifer and Henry were awake. "This is ridiculous, honey!" Jennifer growled. "Why are we resting at a time like this?! We have a daughter out there, who's life is at stake from a group of soldiers and so far, we hadn't heard a word from the supers ever since that last message from the owl one!" "Sweetie, they had to stop, because it's clearly dangerous to drive this late at night." Henry said. "So, that's why the guy had to find us a shelter. Be thankful that we're still alive." "Well, Avia won't be much longer!" Jennifer hissed. "We should be out there rescuing our baby because you know how young and delicate she is! Besides, we cats have excellent night vision, so we could've at least helped him drive in the dark!" "Not really, he'd still get distracted." Henry said. "Well, whatever! It's just that I'm not in the mood to rest right now! I wanna make sure that my baby is safe out there!" Jennifer said. "Sweetie, I want her to be safe too, but I think she might handle this." Henry said. "After all, she did survive that vicious cat attack that gave her that scar. We even helped that by praying. So, it's possible that if we do the same thing, she's likely to be okay." "I don't know. The Lord also answers our prayers differently, so I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you." Jennifer said. "I would get my faith up." Henry said. "If you just have faith, everything will be okay." Jennifer tried to believe and relax. It was true. If you would just have faith in the Lord, everything was surely going to be okay. God might answer prayers differently, but we should still appreciate everything He does for us, even if some of His plans are not what we expect from Him. Jennifer tried to keep her faith in herself. Suddenly, a phone rang, causing Jennifer and Henry to jump. It woke the entire group up as well. "Wha...what's happening right now at this time?!" Ms. Ginger asked. Rick picked up the phone. "Agent Rick Dicker of the National Supers Agency speaking. What can I help you with?" He called. "We managed to find her." A voice called on the phone. It turned out to be Screech. "We found her in Singapore. We told her where you guys are and she's on her way right now." "Alright, perfect! Thank you so much!" Rick said. "Talk to you later." Rick then hung up the phone. "They found her and she's on her way." He announced. "That's fantastic!" Winston said. "Wait. What are they talking about? Who's she?" Jennifer asked. "I don't know." Henry said. "We'll have to wait and see." And so, everybody waited. One hour later, an agent like car arrives. A woman gets out of the car. She had black clothing and blonde hair. Though, her blonde hair actually almost looked white. She had a sly expression on her face. Jennifer had a suspicious look on her face as if she didn't trust the woman. Her ears were back and her hair stood up. "I'm here for the job, Mr. Dicker." The woman said. "Thank you so much for coming." Rick said He turned to the others and said, "Guys, this is Mirage. She used to be an assistant to a villain named Syndrome, but she's now a sidekick to help foil plans from villains by alerting supers. She is going to help us stop the army's plan of taking away your kitten. She did the same thing for Mr. Incredible after Syndrome betrayed her. She helped him escape and protect his family. Mirage, this is Winston Deavor, Mrs. Lunatin, Ma'am, and the ladies' four cats, Jennifer, Henry, Ms. Ginger, and Squeaker." "It's a pleasure to meet you." Mrs. Lunatin said. "I agree as well." Ma'am said. "They're looking for their kitten, Avia, however, an army is trying to hunt her down and kidnap her. Do you think you could help us stop them?" Rick asked. "Hmmmm. Yes. I've handled situations like this before." Mirage said. "There is no doubt that you can count on me. Just listen to my plans and surely, we can take this down for good." "Thanks, Mirage." Rick said. "Honey, I'm not sure if I can trust this woman." Jennifer whispered to Henry. "She looks very scheming." "Sweetie, she's going to help us stop the bad guys before they capture Avia." Henry whispered back. "Just give her a chance." "Did you not hear what she said?! She worked with a villain! I'm not sure if I should follow this woman's footsteps!" Jennifer hissed. "She USED to work with a villain, but she quit after the villain betrayed her!" Henry hissed. "Now, she works as a sidekick to ruin the villains' plans by alerting supers. Just let her help us, sweetie. It'll be fine." Jennifer thought about it. She then groaned and said, "Fine! I'll give her a chance!" "So, when do you want to help us, Mirage?" Rick asked. "By tomorrow morning," Mirage started. "I will track down the army while you guys continue finding your kitten. Once I stop the enemies, I am sure that your precious kitten will be fine. I would do it right now, but I wasn't expecting a call at four in the morning. So let's just stick with my own plan." "Sounds good to me." Rick said. Mirage then went inside her car to sleep while the group inside the limousine did the same thing. "Don't worry, sweetie. Avia's going to be okay." Henry whispered. "I promise." Jennifer was still hesitant but decided to trust her husband anyway. The two cats then slept, hoping for this plan to work. Meanwhile back in the Municiberg hotel, Avia was sleeping with Voyd. The super, however, was tossing and turning as if she was having another nightmare. She then gasps as she wakes up. She looks around to see that she's still in the hotel room. She saw Avia sleeping next to her and her bird of paradise flower that Voyd was carrying. She grabbed it, hugged it very tightly, and began shaking. Ever since being treated unfairly and hunted down by an army, she's been having so much fear and Avia and the others were trying to help the super get over it. Voyd was a super and she needed to find her bravery to prove it. "I just don't understand." Voyd said quietly. "If I'm really a superhero, how can I show everyone that I'm brave? I went to the counsel center. I kept talking to myself that I am brave, but I just don't feel it inside me. Am I really a super? I have to be...I know I am....I just have to show it...but how?" Voyd started to think on how to be brave. As she lays back down on the bed, she suddenly feels something causing the TV to turn on. She jumps up and finds a remote behind her. "How did that get there? Must've forgotten to move it." Voyd said. "Time to turn this off." Voyd grabs the remote and is about to turn off the TV until a show comes on with a little boy saying, "Dang it, I lost again! Daddy, I can't do this anymore! No matter how many times I kick the ball, I never get a goal!" "Oh, don't beat yourself up like that, sport." The father said. "Of course you're going to get a goal. You just need to put faith in yourself and you'll eventually get the hang of this." "I'm trying but it's not working." The little boy said. "It may seem like that, but in order to make it better is by practicing each and every day." The father said. "If you keep repeating this over and over again with more faith in yourself, I guarantee that you will get better until you're good at it." Voyd watched and listened to everything the father had said on TV. Her eyes were focused on the screen as if the father was teaching her to have faith like what Avia, Diesel, and the counselor did. "Keep practicing. Keep practicing." Voyd silently said. Avia woke up by the TV's brightness and sounds. She sees Voyd watching the TV and that the father kept on talking about having faith to accomplish something. Avia smiled. She was proud of Voyd finding something that could help her confidence rise again. "Yes. Just have faith,Voyd, and you will definitely get the hang of this in a second." Avia said. Suddenly, a small banging was heard outside the window. It didn't alert Voyd, but it alerted Avia. The cat looked at the window and spotted a moth hitting on it constantly. Avia saw that it was distracted by the TV's light. Avia didn't want to turn it off since Voyd was so focused on it. She started hitting on the window while saying, "Hey! Get! Go away! Can't you see this is our business?! Now get out of here! Out!" The moth ignored Avia and kept hitting the window. "Come on! Go!" Avia hissed. "Now!" The moth continued hitting. Avia growled in frustration. She unlocked the window and went outside. She began swatting the moth. "I'm warning you! Go! This has nothing to do with you!" Avia said. "Now get!" No matter how many times Avia swatted, the moth refused to leave. "That's it! You asked for it!" She said. Avia leaped in the air while trying to catch the moth. She kept swatting and hitting wherever the moth flew. "Come on! Get over here!" Avia said. She continued fighting with the moth for a few minutes. While she kept swatting and threatening the moth to come to her, she began to lose her balance. She started falling. She yelps and tries to grip the wall with her claws, but fails. She begins tumbling down the building until she falls on the ground without getting injured due to her landing on her feet. "Oh! Well this is fantastic!" Avia said sarcastically. "I tumbled down a tall twelve story building all because of a tiny miniature leaf winged insect! This is so not what I had in mind." Avia was about to figure out a way back inside the building until something caught her eye. She saw a python slithering down the street. He was carrying a villain book with his tail and on his tail was a stitch. He looked really familiar. "Snarley?" Avia called. The python turned and looked at where the sound came from. He looks at Avia in disbelief. "Avia?" He asked. The python was indeed Snarley. He slithers up to her. "Is that really you?" Snarley asked again. "Yes." Avia replied. "What are you doing here? I thought you were at Miss E's mansion?" Snarley said. "Well, I was," Avia started. "But then I wanted to help Voyd find her confidence by taking her to a counselor. I then got kidnapped by an old lady who turned out to be a cat skinner. Voyd rescued me and we came all the way here to return a lost cat. We were about to go until we heard about a tornado watch. We were in lockdown for the rest of the day. So that's why we're here." "Woah. That's pretty suspenseful." Snarley said. "Yeah. The cat we helped get back home was actually the calico cat that gave me this scar." Avia said. "Really?" Snarley asked. "Yep." Avia replied. "My home used to be his home and he lived in depression ever since he and his family moved here. He returned to my house and I thought he was a criminal until I realized that I was wrong. I guess I should've thought twice before fighting with him. But then, I would've never known about Voyd if I did." "Well, everyone makes mistakes. Even animals." Snarley said. "Yeah. You're right, Snarley. You're absolutely right." Avia said. "So, where's Voyd right now?" Snarley asked. "She's in the room watching TV." Avia said. "I accidentally fell all the way down here with my feet while I was trying to catch a moth." "Oh. Okay. But why is she watching TV this late?" Snarley asked. "She must've accidentally laid on the remote or something." Avia said. "She got hooked on the TV since there was a show that talked about gaining confidence in yourself." "Makes sense." Snarley said. "Now Snarley, is there a reason why you're here and not at the mansion?" Avia asked. "Actually, there is." Snarley said. "I saw an army outside and they were talking about you and Voyd." "An army?! Like THE army we ran into that tried to take away Voyd?!" Avia asked. "Umm, I think so. Do you know about this?" Snarley asked. "Yes! Ever since we got Voyd out of New Urbem, the tracking device around her neck has helped the army lead her to where she was!" Avia said. "That's the army!" "Well, I actually found something." Snarley said. "I went to investigate by following them and this is what I discovered." Snarley held up the book of villains and placed it on the ground. He opened the book. "I want you to take a look at this." Snarley said as he flipped through pages. He decided to look in the index. He goes to the V section and shows Avia the picture of Voyd as Vortex. "Is that.....Voyd?" Avia asked in shock. "Yes." Snarley answered. "They put her in the villain book and changed her name to Vortex. They even changed her appearance into an evil like one." Avia was frozen in horror as she covered her mouth with her paw. She couldn't believe it. Her favorite super whom she knew and cared about was in a book of crime committers! "H...how is that possible?! Th.... there's no way!" Avia cried. "She's too sweet and caring to be in a villain book! I don't believe this!" "There's actually more." Snarley said. "I actually found some superhero books and they all had Voyd in them. Probably every copy around the world." "Wait a minute....are you saying that....all of the superhero books I've been looking at have been plagiarized to make it look like Voyd never existed and to trick others into believing she's a villain in the villain book?!" "Precisely." Snarley said while nodding. "I...no! I...I can't believe this!" Avia said. "All this time....the whole time, she's been taken out of the picture for false advertising! Out of the picture to make others believe that she's evil! That explains everything! No wonder my teacher didn't know about her, no wonder those cats who picked on me at school didn't know about her, no wonder Kathleen didn't know about her, no wonder Chuck didn't know about her, no wonder YOU didn't know about her! You've all been tricked! All of those books I've been reading were plagiarized! Even my book! Now that this villain book has her in it, I bet more people are believing that she's a villain each and every day!" That's when Avia started to get angry. She was at a loss of words. For all her life, she read in a plagiarized book and if her parents didn't tell her about Voyd, then Avia would've believed that she was a villain as well. "Who would do this?!" Avia asked. "I don't understand...just who?! Ugh, I have to be dreaming...I...Ugh! Is this why the army was hunting her down?! To kidnap her and make her evil?! I... I don't know what to say....we have to do something...." "This is indeed very serious." Snarley said. "I don't even know where to begin." Avia said. "All I can say is that we have to help Voyd before it's too late." "I'm sure we will." Snarley said. "You seem to know what you're doing. We'll all figure it out. I promise." "I hope so." Avia said. "We actually discovered a secret message on the back of Voyd's collar. It said something about finding treasure as a valuable possession and how it will free Voyd. At first, we thought it was literally treasure, but then we thought harder until we thought about Elastigirl. She was Voyd's idol and possibly her treasure all her life. So my friends went on a journey to look for her. I do hope they found her." Snarley felt Avia's worry. This was starting to get very serious. If they don't do something soon, there is going to be a possibility that Voyd will no longer be a super. Avia didn't want that to happen. A little while later, Snarley went back to Edna's mansion while Avia had to think of a way to get back inside the room she and Voyd were in. She began thinking. "Now how do I get in there? There has to be something. There's no stairs. There's no shelves. I doubt the door is unlocked and my claws aren't strong enough to grip onto the wall. What should I do?" Avia started looking around the building until she stopped. She had an idea. Avia went to the door. She saw a night guard inside. She began scratching and banging the door. The night guard heard her and went to the door. He unlocks it and kneels at the cat. He says, "Hey, cutie pie. What are you doing here? Are you lost?" Avia meowed in reply. "Aww, well would you like me to help you?" The night guard asked. Avia meowed again. She then went to the elevator. She scratches it to get the night guard's attention. He turns around and walks to her. "Is there something you're trying to tell me?" The night guard asked. Avia signaled him to carry her. He grabs her and Avia presses the "up" elevator. The elevator opens. She meows at the night guard to go inside. "Um, okay." The night guard said. He goes inside. Avia presses a button. The elevator closes. A few seconds later, they reach a floor. "Is this where your home is?" The night guard asked. Avia meows in response. "Alright then." The night guard said. Avia then hops off the night guard and walks in the hallway. The night guard follows. They reach a room where Avia patted on. "Is this it?" The night guard asked. Avia nodded. Inside the room, Voyd continued watching the show. She saw the little boy putting faith in himself as he kept practicing. He finally accomplishes his goal. "I did it, daddy! I did it!" He said. "He did it! He did it!" Voyd said. "He finally did it!" Suddenly, a knock was heard. Curious, Voyd answered it. She saw the night guard with Avia. The super froze in fear. Was that guard going to take her away like what almost happened at the zoo? If he did, what did she do? Voyd felt nervous as her heart beated rapidly. "Is this your cat?" The night guard asked. Voyd stopped feeling nervous. Instead she was curious. That's when she saw Avia. "Avia!" Voyd said. Avia hopped on Voyd's shoulder. "How did she end up with you?" Voyd asked. "She was outside. She appeared out of nowhere for some reason." The night guard replied. "I don't know how. Maybe she was lost or something." "Oh, okay. Well, thank you." Voyd said. "Anytime." The night guard said. He then shuts the door. As he was walking back to the lobby, he suddenly said, "Don't I know her from somewhere?" Inside the room, Avia and Voyd went back to sleep. As Voyd was hugging her bird of paradise flower, Avia smiled. The two continued their night as they slept peacefully. It turned morning and back inside the limousine, Rick, Winston, Mrs. Lunatin, Ma'am, and the four cats were sleeping until they were woken up by a knock. Rick opens up the window and sees Mirage. "I am ready." Mirage said. "Take your friends to your kitten. I'll see what I can do to stop the army from getting their paws on her first." "We're on it, Mirage." Rick said. "Good luck." "You too as well." Mirage said. The woman then went in her car and drove off. "Alright, everybody. Let's go." Rick said. He began driving back on the road. Jennifer and Henry held their paws together and nudged each other, hoping that their daughter would be okay. Back at the Municiberg hotel, Avia and Voyd were having fun. Voyd kept peeking through walls with her portals and Avia had to catch her. It was like they were playing a special game of tag. They decided to stay in the room for a few more hours. They continued having fun as time flew. Meanwhile at New Urbem, Evelyn was preparing the army and shepherds for their mission. She set up the guns and helicopters. Most of the helicopters were big enough to fit thirty two soldiers. The total number of helicopters were twelve. "Alright, everyone. Here's the plan." Evelyn started. "You all are going to go out there, grab the cat and her friends, grab the super, and wait for me. Once you get your hands on them, you all are going to call me and I'll be on my way. Once we get her, she'll be ours to make supers become illegal again. Anybody ready?" "We're on it, Ms. Deavor!" A soldier said. "Good. Now start your gears and get ready!" Evelyn said. "This is going to be UnaVoydable!" And so, the army went inside their helicopters as the shepherds came along while barking, growling, and laughing aggressively and evilly. They flew off as they looked at the GPS to show where Voyd was. Evelyn waited patiently as she smiled cunningly. Meanwhile on the road, a car was driving. Inside were Avia's friends, the Incredibles, and Frozone. They finally managed to get Elastigirl. As they were driving off, Mr. Incredible got a phone call. "Mr. Incredible. Your mobile is ready." The voice said. "Okay. Where should we meet you?" Mr. Incredible asked. "Meet me where you've crashed." The voice replied. "On it!" Mr. Incredible said before he hung up. "Honey, drive towards the left!" "On it!" Elastigirl replied. The car drove towards the left side of the road. Inside the car, Violet was changing Jack Jack's diaper. "I am SO lucky that the dog is in here." Violet said as she was talking about Donatello while sniffing. "Because I can't smell anything." "I can. Whew!" Stare exclaimed. "Those brussel sprouts sure got him good! Ack!" Jack Jack giggled. "Thank goodness it's not broccoli. That would've been worse!" Dash exclaimed. "Okay, let's stop before I lose my appetite more." Violet said. She eventually finished changing Jack Jack. "There! Finally! Fresh as perfume!" Violet said. A few minutes later, the car stopped next to the Incredibile. Frozone was paying the repairman some money. "Thank you so much. You don't know how much this means a lot to us!" Mr. Incredible said. "Always there for needs." The repairman replied. "Now, if there are any more problems with your mobile here, just give me a call." "Okay. Once again, thank you." Mr. Incredible said. "No problem." The repairman replied. "Always there to help others. Even supers." And so, Elastigirl continued driving in her car as Mr. Incredible drove in his Incredibile. Donatello, Kathleen, and Chuck sat as they were holding the golden key. "We got it, kid. We're on our way." Donatello said. Back at the Municiberg hotel, Avia and Voyd were leaving after they were allowed to go out again. Voyd carried her bird of paradise flower in her mouth as she walked with crutches since she was still in her cast. Avia was on Voyd's shoulder. The cat was carrying a cellphone. "Alright. Time to get back to the mansion." Avia said. "Do you remember Miss E's phone number?" "I think so." Voyd replied. Avia handed the super the cellphone. As Voyd turned it on, she realized that the battery was low. "Oh no. I forgot to charge it last night! Dang it!" Voyd said. "Well, hopefully this phone call isn't too long." Voyd then looked through the apps to find the phone call app. Due to her holding the phone, she almost loses her balance from the crutches. Voyd immediately grabs them but accidentally drops the phone. "Oh no!" She exclaimed. "I'll get it." Avia said. The cat leaped down and grabbed the cellphone. She leaps back on Voyd's shoulder. Avia hands Voyd the phone. "You know what? How about you carry the phone and I speak to Miss E?" Voyd suggested. And so, Avia went through the apps until she found the phone call one. She presses it and enters in. Voyd told Avia what numbers to type in to call Edna. Avia typed the numbers as she mumbled, "Come on, come on..." She was about to press the pick up button until the cell phone suddenly turned off. "Oh no! No no no no no!" Avia exclaimed. "Dang it! It ran out of power!" "Now how are we going to get back to the mansion?!" Voyd asked. Avia began thinking. "I'm pretty sure that there's phone booths around here." Avia said. "Do you have any money?" "No. I don't even have any pockets." Voyd said. "Oh. Well, that could be a problem." Avia said. "Well, I'm pretty sure we'll figure out something. How about we ask someone?" Suddenly, shouting was heard. Avia and Voyd looked at where it was coming from. They see a little girl yelling out, "Help! Somebody! Help! My puppy is stuck on the rooftops! Polly!" Avia and Voyd looked up to see a small Pomeranian stuck on the rooftops of a tall building. "Voyd! We gotta do something!" Avia exclaimed. "We have to save that dog!" "But that building looks too high..." Voyd said nervously. "Can we at least get a superhero who has the ability to fly to do this job?" "Voyd! We've been helping you try to regain your confidence and be brave again out in the world, and this is your chance!" Avia said. "But still, I'm not sure if I'm ready..." Voyd said. "It'll be fine. Just try it." Avia said. Voyd began thinking about it. She was still worried about this, but she knew that she was a super and that saving the world is what she was meant for. Her new friends have been trying to help her find faith in herself for days that way she can get her confidence back. Now this was Voyd's chance to prove that she's brave. She remembered everything her friends told her, from Avia to Diesel to the counselor. And so, Voyd said, "Alright...let's do this!" She then went towards the direction where the little girl was. The little girl gasped when she saw Voyd. "Voyd?" She asked. Voyd turned around at the little girl after saying her name. Did she know the super? The little girl stood frozen. Suddenly, Voyd was interrupted by the Pomeranian's yaps. "Polly!" The little girl cried. "Come on, Voyd! Do something!" Avia encouraged. Voyd immediately had to do something. She was still nervous. She didn't know what to do. She couldn't let go of her crutches to make her portals. If she did, we would fall. Voyd began breathing heavily. She looked at Polly and went to the building. Avia carried the bird of paradise flower. The Pomeranian yapped and ran towards the other direction. "Polly! No!" The little girl cried. "Voyd, follow it!" Avia commanded. Voyd went inside the building and an elevator. They reach the top floor. "Now how are we going to get to the rooftops now?!" Avia asked. The two began looking around until they saw an employee walk by. "Sir! Hey, Sir!" Voyd called. The employee heard Voyd and went to her. "Yes, super? How can I help you?" He asked. "Hi, you see, there's a puppy on the rooftops and I need to save it." Voyd explained. "I would use my portals, but I can't open them without holding crutches since I have a broken leg. So could you help me get up there? I promise I won't tell." "Well, you are a super and this is very important. Sure, come with me." The employee replied. Voyd and Avia followed him. They go to a door and the employee opens it. He even opens up another one upstairs that led to the rooftops. "Alright, got it." He said. "Thank you." Voyd said. The super then carefully went up the stairs and outside. Voyd and Avia head towards the Pomeranian. "Hey, little guy." Voyd said as she slowly walked up to it. "I'm Voyd and I'm here to save you. Why don't you come over here that way you won't get hurt." The Pomeranian stepped back while growling and yapping. "Hey, it's okay. I'm not going to hurt you, I'm going to help you get off this rooftop." Voyd said. "Now, just come to me and..." Suddenly the Pomeranian jumped on Voyd. The super began screaming. She began running around with her crutches. "Woah! Voyd! Wait! Voyd! Stop!" Avia pleaded. Voyd didn't listen. She kept screaming and running around circles with her crutches as the Pomeranian began attacking her. Meanwhile, two cars were driving in Municiberg. It turned out to be Elastigirl's car and the Incredibile. Inside the Incredibile, Mr. Incredible began to hear screaming from the outside. He rolls down the window to look at where the screaming was coming from. He looks outside to see what it was. That's when he saw a familiar figure getting attacked. Mr. Incredible then realized that it was Voyd. He immediately calls Elastigirl on his speaker. "Honey, I think I've found her!" "You've found Voyd?!" Elastigirl asked. "Yes! She's on a tall building, screaming!" Mr. Incredible answered. "We gotta go help her!" "On it!" Elastigirl said. The cars then drove to where the screaming was coming from. "Voyd's in trouble?!" Kathleen asked. "What do we do?!" "We're gonna have to do everything we can to save her." Donatello said. "We have no time to lose." "No time indeed." Chuck said. "Let's go save a super!" Back on the building, the Pomeranian jumped off of Voyd and ran. "Hey! No! Wait! Get back here!" Voyd cried as she chased the puppy down. The Pomeranian stopped by the edge and was cornered by Voyd. "This all ends right here, little guy!" Voyd said. "Now come over here and be a good doggie." As Voyd got closer, she tried to pick up the Pomeranian only to start slipping. Voyd starts to scream as she begins losing her balance. Avia held on tightly. Voyd screams as she grabs the Pomeranian and falls off the building. Even Avia began screaming. Voyd immediately tried to open up her portals but nothing worked. That's when they made a hard landing. "Polly?" The little girl called. Meanwhile the cars parked. The Incredibles, Frozone, and animals exited out of the cars. "I don't see her!" Elastigirl said as she looked at the top of the building. "Where is she?!" "She was right there!" Mr. Incredible said. "I know she was!" "Where's Voyd?" Kathleen asked. Chuck began gliding around the building. That's when he spots Voyd. Chuck gasps at the sight and glides back to his friends. "I found her!" Chuck alerted. "She's at the back of the building!" "Take us to her." Donatello said. Chuck glided towards the back of the building as Donatello and Kathleen followed him. "Where are they going?" Frozone asked. "I don't know." Mr. Incredible replied. "Must be something." Donatello, Kathleen, and Chuck ran behind the building and met Voyd. The super groaned as she got up. The little girl came over. "Where's Polly?!" She asked. Voyd looked around and spotted the Pomeranian. She picks it up and hands it to the little girl. "Polly!" She exclaimed. "Thank goodness, you're okay! Don't ever scare me like that the next time you see a squirrel!" "Thank goodness it wasn't me." Chuck said. "And thank you for saving my Polly!" The little girl said to Voyd. She then went away. Voyd saw Donatello, Kathleen, and Chuck. She then realized that Avia was not on her. "Avia?! Avia?!" Voyd cried out. The three animals noticed what Voyd was panicking about. "Avia's here too?!" Kathleen asked. "Where is she?!" "Kid?! Kid!" Donatello called out. Chuck looked around as well. Voyd looked around and then realized something. She got up and saw Avia on the ground, unconscious. "Kid!" Donatello exclaimed as he, Kathleen, and Chuck went up to her. Voyd stared in horror. Did she injure Avia? "Kid? Kid! Kid, wake up!" Donatello said. "Kid! Avia!" Avia slowly opened her eyes. She started to regain a little consciousness. She saw her friends huddled around her. Avia sat up and began coughing. Voyd started to feel sad. She couldn't believe that she almost hurt Avia. Or worse...kill her. "Guys?" Avia asked. "Kid? Are you okay?" Donatello asked. "I think so." Avia replied. Kathleen hugged Avia's leg. Her friends were happy that Avia was okay, except for Voyd. She saw what she did and immediately felt horrible. She then got up with her crutches and began walking away. "I'm glad you're okay, kid!" Donatello said. After the embrace, the animals noticed Voyd walking away. Worried, Avia went up to her. "Voyd? Where are you going?" The cat asked. "I don't deserve this..." Voyd said, her voice breaking. "What do you mean?" Avia asked. "You saw what I almost did to you." Voyd said. "I almost got you hurt from falling off that building. How can I be a super if I injured you?" "Oh, Voyd. That was just an accident. It could happen to anyone." Avia said. "But you almost died!" Voyd said. "You almost got killed because of me! I'm a monster!" "Voyd, stop. No you're not." Avia said. "You know that's not true." "Really?! Then, explain to me why I fell from a high building and then the next thing I saw was you on the ground looking like your soul escaped from your body!" Voyd said. "But...Voyd....that could've been anything...." Avia said almost running out of things to say. "I'm a cat.....I land on my feet...." "Really?! It didn't look like you landed on your feet!" Voyd said. "It looked like you landed on your back! You could've been paralyzed! You could've been murdered! I was wrong, I don't deserve to be a super, because I'm nothing but a big failure!" That's when Voyd started to cry. Avia felt heartbroken by Voyd's negative comments. Even the other animals felt hopeless too. For days, they had tried to help Voyd find her confidence and it turned out that nothing worked. Now Voyd was letting herself down by calling herself negative names and thoughts. She felt useless inside. She even felt that way when she almost killed Elastigirl and kidnapped Violet, Dash, and Jack Jack back on the hydroliner. "Oh, Voyd..." Avia said as she went up to Voyd. Voyd immediately backed away. "No! Get away from me!" The super cried. "I'm dangerous! Go before I hurt you again!" Avia stood very sadly. "Goodbye, Avia." Voyd said as she began walking away. "Voyd, no! Wait!" Avia cried. "Don't go! Voyd!" Voyd was walking away until she was stopped by a light shining on her. She looked up and saw a helicopter above her. Avia and the other animals notice. From the helicopter came some soldiers and the shepherds. They landed and surrounded Voyd, who gasped in terror. "Ha! We finally got you now, missy!" One soldier said. "Voyd!" Avia called out. The cat was about to run at the soldiers until she got pinned down by the shepherds. "Like you're going anywhere this time, furline!" Max said. "This time, nothing's going to stop us or save your super now!" "Kid!" Donatello yelled. He, Kathleen, and Chuck ran towards the shepherds. They were about to help Avia, but were stopped by more soldiers surrounding them. They all sunk in fear while Kathleen shook. "No!" Avia exclaimed. "You can't escape us now!" A soldier said to Voyd. "And there's no way that your animal friends are going to help you get out of this situation now! We finally got you red handed! Now come with us! Miss Deavor has a treat for you!" "Voyd! Don't listen to them! Run! Use your portals! Get out of there, now!" Avia cried. "Hush it, hairball!" Mitch said. Voyd heard Avia's cries. "Come on." A soldier said. "No! Voyd! Don't do it!"Avia cried. The soldiers only heard meows coming from Avia. One soldier went up to the cat and squirted water on her. Voyd watched in horror. She didn't know what to do. Should she follow the army or should she listen to Avia's warnings? The cat was her friend and she did help her at everything she went through. She trusted Avia before. Should she trust her now? Voyd decided to take the risk and teleport. "Run!!!" Avia cried. Voyd listened to Avia and ran away. "Stop her! Don't let her get away!" A soldier said. "And don't let the animals leave!" The army began chasing her. The army then went inside their helicopters and flew to where Voyd was going. Avia looked at the shepherds, who had an evil grin. "Good luck, there's no way you're saving her now." Moki said. Some of the army were still around Avia's friends. Donatello has to do something. He suddenly got an idea. He viciously bites a soldier's leg. "Chuck! Take the rest down! Now!" He called Chuck. The flying squirrel glides on one soldier at a time and begins attacking. The army spreads out and Donatello escapes. He then pounces on the shepherds and begins fighting with them. "Run, kid! Go to her!" He called out. Avia listened. She went and grabbed the bird of paradise flower. Avia ran towards the direction Voyd went while carrying the bird of paradise flower in her mouth. Kathleen and Chuck followed Avia. After injuring the shepherds enough, Donatello ran. Meanwhile, the Incredibles and Frozone notice helicopters flying. "What's going on?" Violet asked. "Let's go check it out!" Mr. Incredible said. The family follows the helicopters. They notice Avia, Donatello, Kathleen, and Chuck running. "It's those animals!" Dash said. "Why are they following the helicopters?!" Stare asked. Elastigirl gasped when she saw someone far in the distance. "Look!" She exclaimed. The family looked and saw Voyd far away while running with crutches. "Voyd!" Violet exclaimed. "It's her!" Stare said. "Why does she have crutches?!" Dash asked. "We gotta follow her!" Frozone said. The family continued running with the animals as they began heading out of Municiberg. Meanwhile outside of the city, a cow was eating grass when she suddenly heard helicopters. She looks and sees millions of them. "What in the name of goat's milk is going on over there?!" She wondered in a southern accent. A farmer came out of the barn. He notices his cow staring at the sky. "Daisy? Everything alright?" He asked. "What's the matter?" Daisy pointed to the sky with her horn. The farmer looks up and sees the helicopters. "Oh dear me and my haystacks!" The farmer exclaimed. "What in the name of corncob is going on over there?!" They both stared as they saw the helicopters flying away. Meanwhile, the other cows see the flying helicopters. They immediately start panicking. "Oh no! Not my other cows!" The farmer cried. "Hey! Remain calm! I repeat, remain calm!" The cows begin scattering everywhere. "Uh oh." The farmer said as he saw them herding up. He screams as they chase him. Daisy went back to her eating. Back at Edna's mansion, Harrion, Carlos, Claudio, and Ramona were relaxing under the tree. "You know, I hadn't seen Avia in a while." Harrion said. "I wonder what's going on with her?" "Who knows?" Carlos said. "Hopefully nothing too serious." "Uh, guys, look!" Ramona said. The three animals looked and saw helicopters flying towards Metroville. "What's going on over there?!" Claudio asked. "I don't know, but it looks serious!" Ramona said. "Could this have something to do with Avia and Voyd?!" Harrion asked. "I don't know!" Ramona said. "We gotta go alert somebody!" Carlos exclaimed. "Who?!" Ramona asked. Harrion looked around frantically and saw the gate. "Be right back!" Harrion said. He jumps on the edge and into Edna's yard. He runs towards the mansion. "What is he doing?!" Ramona asked. "I don't know!" Carlos said. "Whatever it is, I hope it's good." Claudio said. Harrion ran to the door and began scratching and meowing loudly. Inside the mansion, Edna, Nurse Sally, and the other animals heard Harrion outside. "Oh, now what in the name of Gamber Jack's father could that be?!" Edna asked. She walked to the door and opened it. She sees Harrion at her doorstep. "What? What do you want? What do you want?" Edna asked. Harrion meowed in a panicked tone. Nurse Sally joined in. "What's going on here?" She asked. Harrion meowed in a panic. "This cat is trying to tell me something, but I don't know what it is!" Edna said. "Maybe, I can help. Since I'm a veterinarian, I can translate animal languages." Nurse Sally. "So, maybe he can talk to me." Nurse Sally crouched next to Harrion and asked, "Hey, little guy? What seems to be the problem?" She then began meowing the same question to Harrion. Harrion meowed back to what he was saying. Nurse Sally had a look of shock on her face. "What did he say?" Edna asked. "There are twelve helicopters heading towards Metroville." Nurse Sally answered. "What?!" Edna exclaimed in disbelief. "Twelve helicopters?!" Meanwhile, Lucille, Balthazar, Snarley, Valerie, and Matt were hearing everything. They had shocked expressions on their faces. "Twelve helicopters heading towards Metroville?!" Valerie asked. "Why twelve?! That's not normal!" "Something is going on and I don't like it." Matt said. Snarley then realized something. He remembered sneaking in Evelyn's lair and overhearing her plans. The helicopters must belong to the army and they must be chasing after Voyd! Snarley slithered out of the room. "Where's he going?!" Valerie asked. "He must be trying to investigate the helicopters!" Balthazar said. "Oh, this is not good! We gotta do something!" Matt said. "Let's follow him!" Lucille commanded. "Quick! On my back!" Valerie and Matt went on Lucille's back as Balthazar remained on her head. The albino deer then ran out of the room and followed Snarley. The python went through Edna, Harrion, and Nurse Sally. The three notice. "My snake!" Nurse Sally exclaimed as she saw him slither away and climb on the gate. "Where is he going?!" Nurse Sally asked. Suddenly, Lucille with the other animals ran through as well. "Lucille?!" Edna wondered. "She's better! And so are the other animals!" Nurse Sally said. Lucille turned at Harrion and the two humans. She bleated. "I think she wants us!" Nurse Sally said. She, Edna, and Harrion run towards Lucille. "What is it Lucille?!" Edna asked. Lucille bleated in alert. "She wants us to follow the snake!" Nurse Sally said. "Follow him?!" Edna asked. "Why would we want to follow a snake towards twelve helicopters?!" "It's an emergency and we have to help!" Nurse Sally said. "Besides, I know this snake! I understand him! So, we have to do this!" Edna felt hesitant but agreed. "To my car!" Edna said. The group followed Edna. They reach towards her car. Edna, Harrion, and Nurse Sally got inside. "Alright, let's do this quickly!" Edna said. The car began driving and Lucille and the rest of the animals followed it. Carlos, Claudio, and Ramona notice this. "Where are they going?!" Carlos asked. "They must be following the helicopters!" Ramona said. "Well, what are we waiting for?! Let's go!" Claudio exclaimed. The rabbit, chameleon, and lobster followed the car and albino deer with more animals on her back.  At the ocean, Willamina, Samson, and Faelynn notice the helicopters. "It's the army! They must be hunting down Voyd! We have to stop them!" "But how?!" Samson asked. "Follow me! I've traveled around the world before and I know what to do!" Faelynn said. Willamina and Samson followed where Faelynn was swimming. Back at the Metroville Zoo, Diesel notices the helicopters flying in the city. Orina and Tasmo notice this as well. "What's going on over there?" Diesel asked. "Is there some sort of crime scene happening?" "Must be a sports game or something." Tasmo said. "Or an accident." Orina said. "Probably a big one." "I don't think those helicopters look sporty or hospital-like." Diesel said. "Well, whatever it is, surely it's not important." Orina said. Suddenly, they hear a voice coming from one of the helicopters. "Stop right there, super!" It called out. "We got you red handed! Now get over here this instant! You're not escaping with your portals this time!" "Did it just say something about a super?" Tasmo asked. "And escaping with portals?" Orina asked. "They're talking about Voyd!" Diesel exclaimed. "That must be the army Avia was telling us about! Now, they're after Voyd! We gotta go save her!" "But how are we going to do that?" Orina asked. "We're held captive!" Diesel started to think of a plan. "By making the highest jump!" "But I can't jump over fences." Orina said. "And the guard might catch us escaping." Tasmo said. "Hmmmm. I wonder what we can do to escape." Diesel said. Orina began thinking until she had an idea. "Hey, Tasmo, you know what I heard last night?" She asked Tasmo. "I overheard that the guard called you a chipmunk." "WHAT?!" Tasmo asked angrily. "Yeah, he was talking on the phone and he said that he needed to get the chipmunk out of the tiger's den." Orina said. "He was obviously talking about you." "OH, THAT LITTLE SON OF AN ECHIDNA!!! HE IS SO GONNA GET IT FROM ME!!!" Tasmo shouted. Orina helped him out of the fence. Tasmo runs towards the office and begins scratching the door. Inside the office, the guard was on his phone until he heard the scratching coming from the door. He opens it and sees an angry Tasmo snarling. "Hey, what are you doing out of the den?" The guard asked. "Get back in there!" Tasmo continued snarling angrily. "What?! What's the matter with you?!" The guard asked. "Stop bearing your teeth at me, chipmunk!" "OH, THAT TEARS IT!!! YOU ASKED FOR IT, MATE!!!" Tasmo yelled. He jumps on the guard and begins attacking him. The guard screams in agony. Diesel and Orina hear the screaming. "That's our cue!" Orina said. "You make the highest jump, I'll head butt the entrance gates! Here, help me out of the den!" Diesel pushed Orina out of the den. "Now go!" Orina said to Diesel. The tiger went towards a wall. He crouches down and leaps in the air. He grips on the edge. Orina heads to the entrance. She begins head butting the gates. Fortunately after a few head butts, she was able to take the gate down. Orina notices a siren that alerts animals that escape. She destroys it with her horns as well. Diesel jumps off the edge. He was out of the den. "Tasmo, come on!" Orina called out. Luckily, Tasmo was worn out from the attack. The guard was out, cold with wounds everywhere. Tasmo hears Orina's call and heads out of the zoo to meet with her. "Don't worry. I got him pretty good. He shouldn't be able to wake up for a few hours." Tasmo said. "Hopefully his concussion is not too bad." Orina said. "Ah, don't worry, he'll be fine." Tasmo said. "I did the same with an aborigine and he came back to life after a few hours. So, the guard should be awake by the same time." "Okay," Orina said. The oryx then called out for Diesel. "Diesel! We're out!" She called. Diesel heard Orina's shout. He heads towards the direction and meets them. "Alright, let's go and follow those helicopters!" He said. "Follow me!" The zoo animals then ran towards the Metroville city. Everybody who knew Voyd was now following her. The super continued running away. She didn't care if her collar was helping the army follow her. She continued running. Avia and her friends finally see Voyd clearly. "There she is!" Avia said. The cat ran at a quick pace to catch up with Voyd. "Voyd!" Avia called out. Voyd heard Avia and turned around to see her. "Avia!" Voyd yelled. Avia ran to Voyd and leaped on her shoulders. "What are you doing?! Get away from me! I don't wanna hurt you!" Voyd said. "I wanna help you, Voyd!" Avia said. "I'm your friend and I won't leave you!" Voyd continued running. They spot a building. Avia turns around and sees her friends with the Incredibles following her. She then came up with an idea. "Quick! Inside that building!" Avia said. "Are you crazy?! They'll still catch us!" Voyd said. "Don't worry! We got something for you before they can catch you! Just trust me! Please!" Avia said. Voyd was still unsure about Avia's plan, but she was her friend. She went inside the building anyway. "They went inside the building!" Elastigirl said. "My home! And it looks like Honey returned!" Frozone said, noticing his wife's car. "Let's go!" Mr. Incredible said. The whole group ran towards the building. "Why are we here?!" Voyd asked. "So that they can meet us here without running endlessly!" Avia said, "Don't worry, you'll like this! Trust me!" "But the army will still know where I am since I have this device on me!" Voyd said. "The surprise will be here before the army! It'll be just enough time to free you!" Avia said. "What do you mean?!" Voyd asked. Suddenly the elevator opened and revealed Honey. The woman noticed Avia. She screamed when she saw her scar. Honey grabs a fly swatter from a counter. She swings it around and Avia screams. "Out! Shoo! Filthy cat!" Honey said. "Go!" "No! Wait! You don't understand! She's with me!" Voyd said. "That thing is full of rabies! I can tell from the scratch!" Honey said. Avia felt embarrassed after Honey mentioned her scar. "Now get that thing out of here before everyone gets infected here!" Honey said. "But..." Voyd started. Suddenly, the door opened causing Honey, Voyd, and Avia to look. It reveals the Incredibles family, Frozone, and all of Avia's friends. "Lucius!" Honey said. "Honey?" Frozone asked. Voyd saw that Elastigirl was there. The super gasped. "Elastigirl?!" She exclaimed. "Voyd!" Elastigirl said. "Donatello! Kathleen! Chuck!" Avia said. "Kid!" Donatello said. Avia then noticed more familiar faces in the back. "Lucille! Snarley! Balthazar! Carlos! Claudio! Ramona! Valerie! Matt!" Avia exclaimed. She suddenly blushes when she sees Harrion coming along with Nurse Sally and Edna. "Harrion?! Miss E?! Nurse Sally?!" Avia exclaimed. "Avia!" Harrion cried. The male cat ran to Avia. They both nudge each other. "What are you all doing here?!" Avia asked. "We saw the helicopters flying and we wanted to investigate! Thank goodness, you're okay!" Harrion said. Suddenly, Violet screamed. Everybody then saw Diesel, Orina, and Tasmo coming in. "Diesel?! Orina?! Tasmo?! You guys, too?!" Avia asked. "That's right kid!" Diesel said. "We saw and heard everything and we had to come!" "It was all thanks to me!" Tasmo said. "Actually, it was me." Orina said. "Whatever." Tasmo said. "Avia, did you really find Elastigirl just for me?" Voyd asked. "Yep." Avia said. "After we figured out the message, my friends went out to look for her. Now she's here." Voyd smiled. "Is this the collar?" Elastigirl asked, pointing at Voyd's collar. "I think so." Violet said. "Do you have the key, mom?" Dash asked. Elastigirl felt both of her boots until she felt a lump. She digs in and takes out the golden key. Voyd was stunned. It was the key to unlock the collar! Now, Voyd was surely going to be free! "I still gotta figure out how this got in there." Elastigirl said. "Alright, Voyd. Everything's going to be okay now. I'm right here." Elastigirl went up to Voyd. "Okay, Voyd. Now show me where the keyhole is." Elastigirl said. Before Voyd turned around, she saw something outside. "Voyd? Is everything alright?" Elastigirl asked. "Voyd? Voyd? What's wrong? Voyd? What's going on with her?" "Uh, mom!" Violet called. Elastigirl turned around. That's when she froze. The army ran inside the building, pushing everyone aside. Elastigirl yelped. She tried to help Voyd, but was immediately pulled away from two soldiers. "No!" Elastigirl cried. "Elastigirl!" Voyd cried. "Let me go, you creeps!" Elastigirl demanded.  A pair of soldiers grab everyone. Even Avia. Some grabbed Voyd, who screamed. "Voyd! No!" Avia cried.
"No escaping now!" A soldier said to a struggling Voyd. "We finally got you and nobody here is going to help you!" Suddenly, more soldiers and the German shepherds walk in. It turns out they were the ones Avia and her friends escaped from. It was possible that the enemies followed where the rest were. They head to Voyd. "Well, well, well. Looks like we now got a visitor to the dog house!" Max said. "More like the pound, because that's where she's really going when she deals with Miss Deavor!" Mitch said. "Ooh, I love the sound of that!" Moki said. Voyd shook in fear while whimpering. Elastigirl looked at the young super hopelessly. She felt bad for her. "Alright, call her." A soldier said. The other soldier held up a phone and began calling. "Miss Deavor, we got her." He called. "As well as the animals and other supers." "Good," Evelyn called. "I'm now on my way. Meet you there." The phone hung up. "Miss Deavor?" Elastigirl asked. That name sounded familiar and so did the voice on the phone. The soldiers continued holding on Voyd so she wouldn't escape. Avia wanted to help, but she couldn't. Not even her friends or the supers. "Voyd! Use your portals!" Avia whispered. Voyd tried to open up her portals, but her hands were grabbed by the soldiers. She couldn't do anything. "No way are we falling for it again, miss!" A soldier said. "We finally got you and there's nothing you can do to escape!" "You leave her alone!" Elastigirl yelled. "She's just a young super! Now, I don't care if I'm restrained by you or if your boss comes, let her go! She doesn't need this!" "Aw, look at that." A soldier said. "A super trying to save another super. How sweet....NOT! We finally got our hands on this super and there is no way you're going to stop us! Not even your family or animals can help you! Your super now has nobody to save her, so enjoy seeing her right now, because after today, she will change forever!" Voyd didn't like the sound of that. She continued whimpering. She even looked at Elastigirl. Her eyes read, "Please, help me." "We'll just see about that! Because you goons aren't getting away with this!" Elastigirl shouted. Suddenly, a helicopter was heard. "I believe we already have." A soldier said. Another helicopter landed. Avia gasped. Out of the helicopter came a woman. She had pixie cut brown hair and black clothing with white stripes. Her boots were black and white as well. She looked like she hadn't slept in days. She was carrying a special purse. As she walked in the building, Voyd gasped in fear. "Evelyn!" Elastigirl said when she saw the familiar face she encountered back at Devtech. The woman, who was indeed Evelyn, looked at Elastigirl. "Well, hello there, Elastigirl. Long time, no see." Evelyn said sarcastically. "Isn't that a surprise meeting each other again after that hydroliner fiasco thing, huh?" "You were the one behind all of this?!" Elastigirl asked angrily. "Exactly." Evelyn replied. "Ever since I got arrested, I swore to get revenge on you and your family after you stopped me from making supers stay illegal. However, you weren't the only one. It turns out you let Voyd help you stop me by having her teleport you in my jet! If it wasn't for you or her, then I would've gotten away with it! But now, she won't help you, because I have her now! She is now my slave and if she ever disobeyed my orders, she's gonna hear it from me!" Voyd crouched in fear. "I also didn't want her to escape from me, so that's why I put that tracking device around her, because no matter where she goes, I always know where she is! Not only that, but I can also shock her if she ever tries to talk to anybody who might help her." Elastigirl was applauded by what she was hearing. Evelyn was using Voyd as a prisoner and a slave. "But what about that key?! How did you get that in my boot?!" Elastigirl asked. "Well, you see, since Voyd adores you very much, I decided to add in a secret code to the back of her collar that meant getting help from something or someone you adore to be free and hide the key that could free her from it in your boot by secretly sneaking into your house while my new trusted army broke the security system. We even made sure the key wasn't too noticeable the next time you wore your suit. Voyd knew about the meaning of the code, but if she'd ever tell somebody about this or allow the person to help her, she gets an EXTREMELY SHOCKING punishment by me!" Evelyn held up a remote and pressed it, causing Voyd to get shocked. Avia and Elastigirl stared in horror. They couldn't believe that Voyd was going through this. It was painful to watch. "Not only that, but that collar is also used for another thing." Evelyn said. "You see, I wanted people to believe that supers were still illegal by taking them out of the superhero book and putting them in the villain book while changing their names and appearances. And I decided that since I have Voyd, she can be my first one. I can also shock her so I can force her to do bad things outside in the world. I already copied the superhero books while taking Voyd out of the picture and sold them in stores and libraries. Next, I'm going to sell the villain book that has her in it so people can mistake her as a villain!" Avia couldn't believe what she was hearing. Evelyn was forcing Voyd to do crime by shocking her. The cat even imagined Evelyn not feeling any guilt while Voyd was getting hurt by the force shocking. The super had been through a lot and she needed help. She was now getting falsely advertised in a villain book so people can cast her out again. It was no wonder Voyd didn't appear in any superhero books. Not even Avia's book. They were all copyrighted. Avia felt her heart hurting. "You're a monster!" Elastigirl shouted. "Threaten me all you want, but that's not going to free your friend now." Evelyn said. "Evelyn, she doesn't want this! She's just a young super who's struggling with regaining confidence!" Elastigirl said. "You're torturing her and that's ruining her! Just please let her go!" Evelyn laughed. "Not a chance. Not right now." Evelyn said. "She's mine! And since she disobeyed my orders, she's going to regret her actions!" Evelyn then walked towards Voyd, who was shaking in fear. "You know, I trusted you to not let others help you! But I guess I was wrong!" Evelyn said. "Now, you're gonna face serious consequences with me, young lady!" "I'm sorry...really..." Voyd said, still shaking. "Just please don't hurt me...." "Don't hurt you?! How come?!" Evelyn asked, her voice raising in anger. "You disobeyed my orders and trusted some animals to help you!" Evelyn grabbed Voyd by the suit and yanked her. She let out a cry. "I gave you ONE rule and that was to NOT let anybody know my secret plan! Now, you let that rule go to waste! Tonight, you WILL face an EXTREME punishment from me!" Voyd started to shake. She began whimpering as tears streamed down her face. Voyd started to sob. "HUSH!!!" yelled Evelyn. She then tossed Voyd to a wall not caring for the super's casted leg. Voyd yelped in pain. Avia felt her soul about to leave her body as she watched her super facing Evelyn's cruelty. Voyd continued to cry as Evelyn walked towards her. "You look so ridiculous!" Evelyn said. The woman then turned around. She saw Avia. She walked towards the cat and grabbed her by the back of her fur after the soldiers released her. "And what do we have here?!" Evelyn said in disgust. "Looks like you bought your disease carrying feline friend with you! Isn't that shocking?!" Avia shrank in fear as Evelyn stared coldly at her. The woman turned to look at Voyd and said, "So, this is who you were trusting the whole time?! A rabid looking hair bag whom you can understand! You make me sick!" Voyd weeped at Evelyn's rude comment. Even Avia felt hurt by this. She desperately wanted to help Voyd. Evelyn then threw Avia at the soldiers, but not roughly. "Kid!" Donatello yelled. "Avia!" Kathleen cried. Evelyn then looked around more. Her eyes then see the bird of paradise flower on the ground. She picked it up. Voyd stared in shock. "And you got a gift, huh?" Evelyn asked in a spoiled tone. "Isn't that sweet. I bet your furry friend really cared for you. Really worried and concerned about you. So, she gave you this plant you call a gift! Well, I'm going to give you a gift as well." Evelyn viciously threw the bird of paradise flower on the ground and stomped on it a few times. She even skidded on it causing it to wrinkle and tear off some pieces. Evelyn picked it up and continued ripping it more. She even ripped off the pedals and squished them. She threw and stomped them on the ground. She even tore the stem into pieces. She continued until the flower was now a bunch of debris. "No!" Voyd cried. The super then broke down in tears again. Avia was even heartbroken to see the flower that she gave to Voyd destroyed. That flower really meant a lot. It was a special present to Voyd and now it's damaged. It couldn't be fixed. "That should teach you a lesson from listening to trustworthy people and animals!" Evelyn said. "Now for your real punishment!" Voyd was shocked. Even Avia didn't like the sound of that. Evelyn then slapped Voyd. The super yelped in pain. Avia gasped at the sight. Kathleen jumped. Donatello was disgusted. Lucille's ears drooped as she felt her heart shatter. Chuck froze in horror. Snarley watched helplessly. Harrion felt pity inside him. Claudio cringed. Carlos turned blue. Valerie cried while hugging Matt. Balthazar shook. Ramona covered her mouth. Diesel looked in sadness. Orina turned away. Tasmo covered his eyes. Nurse Sally was disturbed. The supers had an appalling reaction as well. Mr. Incredible left his mouth open. Elastigirl felt her heartache. Jack Jack cried. Dash hugged Violet. Stare whimpered. Honey hugged Frozone. Edna was in pure shock. Evelyn continued hitting Voyd as the super continued screaming. Avia had tears streaming down her face. She couldn't do anything. All she could do was watch her favorite super get abused by Evelyn. It was unbearable to watch. She saw everything. Evelyn kicked Voyd by the side a few times. The super cried. After a few hits and kicks, Evelyn breathed heavily while Voyd layed on the floor, shaking and whimpering. She was crying as well. "Alright, I think that's enough for you right now." Evelyn said. "Come on!" Evelyn pulled Voyd's arm, causing her to let out a cry and stand up. She left the crutches behind. Voyd felt the pressure in her foot and collapsed while letting out another cry of pain. "What the heck are you doing?! Get up!" Evelyn demanded. Voyd curled herself in a ball while shaking and whimpering. "Fine, I'll help you!" Evelyn said. Evelyn yanks Voyd by the arm again. She viciously grabs the super. "Let's go!" Evelyn called the army and shepherds. The army and shepherds followed Evelyn while pushing Voyd. "No!" Avia screamed. They viciously shove her inside the helicopter. "You all go back inside your helicopters. I'll take her with me." Evelyn said. The army and shepherds saluted and went back to their helicopters. "Voyd!" Avia yelled. "Avia!" Voyd cried. "Hush it!" Evelyn shouted before she slapped Voyd again. The super cries as Evelyn shuts the door and goes inside the helicopter. She starts flying away as the other helicopters follow her. Avia ran outside as she watched her super get taken away. "NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!" She cried. But it was too late. Voyd was gone. "No! Voyd! Oh, Voyd!" Avia cried. The cat then breaks down and cries. All of her friends watched her hopelessly. They were defeated. Meanwhile, Willamina, Samson, and Faelynn saw the helicopters flying away. They realized that there were thirteen helicopters instead of twelve. That's when they realized that the army had caught Voyd. The three animals watched helplessly. "Voyd..." Willamina said quietly. Samson cried while Faelynn stared. In Metroville, a car was driving and it was revealed to be Mirage driving it. She saw the helicopters flying away. She got out her binoculars to get a closer look. That's when she realizes that they weren't ordinary helicopters. Those helicopters belonged to the army! They were flying away, which could only mean one thing. "Oh no." Mirage said. "I gotta go break the news." Mirage turned her car around and drove away. Meanwhile inside a limousine, Rick, Winston, Mrs. Lunatin, Ma'am, and the four cats were on the road. They were still going to Edna's mansion. Jennifer was still worried about her daughter. "Henry, I'm so nervous. What if the army caught her already?!" Jennifer asked. "It's been hours and I'm starting to have a bad feeling about this! I'm not sure if I can handle this!" "Sweetie, I'm sure she's fine." Henry said. "Besides, Edna probably handled it before the army could get their hands on Avia. Perhaps Rick called Edna about what was happening and she understood. Edna's pretty understandable." "I don't know, honey." Jennifer said. "I'm still worried." "Well, no matter what happens, I'm sure Avia's fine." Henry said. Suddenly, Rick sees a familiar car coming towards him. He stops. "Uh, what's going on?" Squeaker asked. "I don't know." Ms. Ginger said. "Hey, it's that lady again!" Ma'am said, noticing Mirage. "Did she stop the army?" Mrs. Lunatin asked. "Hey, Mirage. What brings you here?" Rick asked. "Were you able to stop the army?" Winston asked. Mirage sighed sadly and said, "I'm sorry, guys. But I was too late. They already took her. I saw the helicopters flying away and I knew right away that they got her. I saw this before and I'm pretty sure they have her. I'm sorry." "Oh. Okay. Well, thank you for helping us anyway." Rick said. Mirage went back in her car and drove away. Jennifer and Henry were curious. Did she manage to stop the army? "I'm sorry, Mrs. Lunatin. But I'm afraid that they got her already." Rick said. Mrs. Lunatin gasped. "No." She quietly said. Ms. Ginger and Squeaker froze. Ma'am was in shock. Jennifer and Henry's jaw dropped. They couldn't believe their ears. Their daughter was taken away. They were too late. "No...No! This can't be! No! AVIA!!!!!" Jennifer cried. "Oh, my baby!!! No!!! Avia, no!!!" The mother cat began sobbing on Henry, who was distressed as well. He hugged his mate back while tears streamed down his face. "Thank you, anyway." Mrs. Lunatin said. "Again, I am so sorry." Rick said. "Well, I should probably go break the terrible news to the supers once we get back home." Winston said. "Yeah. Let's go." Rick said. "I'm sorry," Ma'am said to Mrs. Lunatin. "It's alright." Mrs. Lunatin replied. The limousine then drove away while Henry continued comforting a devastated Jennifer. Meanwhile back at New Urbem, the helicopters land on the same building Snarley sneaked into. The army and shepherds get out of their helicopters while Evelyn did the same. She opened the door and jerked Voyd out. The super collapses on the ground while whimpering. "Get up!" Evelyn shouted as she pulled Voyd off of the ground. She pushes the super as they both get inside. "You are in real trouble!" Evelyn hissed at Voyd. The army and shepherds follow Evelyn and Voyd inside as well. Inside a room, Evelyn puts duct tape around Voyd's hands and fingers so the super wouldn't escape with her portals. Evelyn shoves Voyd Inside a human sized cage and locks her up. "Now, if you ever try and disobey my orders ever again, your punishments are gonna get more severe!" Evelyn threatened. "I already told you to not tell or let anyone know about this, yet you disobeyed my orders! For now, you're gonna be locked up in here until further notice!" Voyd curled up and began whimpering. She felt hopeless and didn't know what to do. Nobody could save her now. Not even her friends. Not even Avia or Elastigirl. She was held captive now with no confidence. "Sweet dreams, WEAKLING!!!" Evelyn said. She kicks the cage, causing Voyd to jump. Evelyn then laughs evilly and walks away. Voyd lies down hopelessly in defeat. She began thinking about her friends. Not only Elastigirl, but also Avia. Voyd let the tears stream down her face as she quietly said, "Avia...." Even though her friends failed to save her, Voyd still hoped for them to come. This wasn't going to end this way.
