I have to admit Shawn is extremely attractive. For once I'm happy that I'm relatively clumsy.
I rush home and quickly wash up. My legs were all sticky from the juice. I change into light wash shorts and my favorite red flannel tucked in. I pair my outfit with a pair of white converse. Once I'm satisfied with the way I look, I make my way out of the house.
I'm not supposed to meet Shawn for a few minutes so I decide to get some pretzel bites and window shop. I have money on me but I'm not really in the shopping mood.
I make my way to Forever 21 to see that Shawn isn't there. I don't expect him to be punctual so I'll just wait.
I've been waiting for about 10 minutes and he still hasn't showed up so I go inside the store to see if he's in there. I'm convinced I searched every inch of the store and still no sign of him. I walk back out to see that he still isn't there. It has to have been about 30 minutes now. Hopefully he's just stuck in traffic or something.
I go back into the store, but this time to look for the shirt so when he came, if he came, I could get it and go. I find something similar in my size that isn't pricey so I set it aside. I walk back out to see that Shawn still hasn't shown up. I don't want to get annoyed because I'm not a very punctual person myself.
I take out my headphones to listen to music to pass time but one bud is broken. F.Y.E is right across the way so I go in there to grab a new pair of headphones. After I pick out a pair I find myself looking at some vinyl records. (CHECK OUT RECORD STORE!!!) I pick up FROOT and buy it along with my headphones. I spent about 15 minutes in there, I'm almost positive Shawn's waiting for me outside the store.
I get Forever 21 to see that he still isn't present. I scan the store yet again with no luck. I wait outside for about another 20 minutes with no sign of Shawn. He failed to show up I'm irritated, I look like an idiot.
"What a waste of time," I mumbled to myself. I decide not to wait any longer and leave the mall.
Shawn totally stood me up.
